This study aimed to understand the impact of innovation and trust of the aT (Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation) agri-food online platform on the activation of service and the switching of service. To gather data for this study, 160 questionnaires were distributed to consumers who had experience purchasing from the aT agricultural food online platform, and 150 of these responses were used for the final analysis. The findings of the study revealed a significant effect of the innovation and trust of the aT agricultural food online platform service on the satisfaction of its users. Furthermore, Hypotheses 2, 6, 7, and 8 were not supported, suggesting that a higher perception of innovation of the aT agricultural online platform may not affect the activation of service and the switching of service, and did not mediate through service satisfaction and cost burden. Based on the stable business foundation for the long-standing agricultural distribution sector in the platform role and function of the Agricultural and Fishery Cyber Exchange, a distribution public corporation in the agricultural sector, it was found that there is a positive and active intention to use the service. The implications of this study are to secure transactions centered on MD (Merchandiser) for matching transactions in the private sector, and to convert the B2B (Posmall) platform service, which has maintained a passive online platform through intermediary transaction activities, from a closed-mall-based business structure to an active open-mall.

This study was carried out to evaluate the breeding values for economic traits in Korean native chicken on the basis of 11,583 birds of record along 7 generations collected from 1995 to 2001 at National Livestock Research Institute, Korea. The results obtained are summarized as follows : The breeding value estimates of the body weights at 150 and 270 days in Dark Brown, Light Brown, Gray Brown, Black and White strains were -16.563~-0.474 and -18.836~21.700, -14.714~9.272 and -23.025~11.297, -25.186~12.953 and -28.368~18.156, -15.549~6.329 and -18.264~4.963, -10.708~20.284 and -25.112~10.132g, respectively.The breeding value estimates of the ages at first egg in Dark Brown, Light Brown, Gray Brown, Black and White strains were -1.236~0.047, -1.509~0.298, -1.362~0.114, -1.436~0.199 and -1.385~0.718, respectively.The breeding value estimates of the egg weight at first egg and at 270 days were -0.105~0.075 and -0.120~0.398, -0.109~0.042 and -0.205~0.173, -0.166~0.084 and -0.256~0.091, -0.119~0.066 and -0.051~0.132, -0.112~0.027 and -0.070~0.101g, respectively.The breeding value estimates of the egg production to 270 days in Dark Brown, Light Brown, Gray Brown, Black and White strains were 0.298~1.807, -0.049~1.146, -0.396~1.125, -1.206~1.173 and -0.474~2.641, respectively. 본 연구는 축산연구소에서 1995년부터 2001년까지 7세대에 걸쳐 능력 검정된 11,583수에 대한 자료를 이용하여 한국재래닭에 대한 경제형질의 육종가를 추정한 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 육종가의 추정치는 적갈색, 황갈색, 회갈색, 흑색 및 백색계통의 150일령 체중에서 각각 -16.563~-0.474, -14.714~ 9.272, -25.186~12.953, -15.549~6.329 및 -10.708~20.284g 이었고, 270일령 체중에서 각각 -18.836~21.700, -23.025~ 11.297, -28.368~18.156, -18.264~14.963 및 -25.112~10.132g 이었다. 산란능력의 육종가 추정치는 적갈색, 황갈색, 회갈색, 흑색 및 백색 계통의 시산일령에서 각각 -1.236~0.047, -1.509~ 0.298, -1.362~0.114, -1.436~0.199 및 -1.385~0.718 일 이었고, 시산난중은 각각 -0.105~0.075, 0.109~0.042, -0.166~ 0.084, -0.119~0.066 및 -0.112~0.027g 이었고, 270일령 난중은 각각 -0.120~0.398, -0.205~0.173, -0.256~0.091, -0.051~ 0.132 및 -0.070~0.101g 이었으며, 270일령 산란수는 각각 0.298~ 1.807, -0.049~1.146, -0.396~1.125, -1.206~1.173 및 -0.474~ 2.641개 이었다.

The genetic correlation coefficients between body weight at 150 days and age at first egg, egg weight at the first egg, body weight at 270 days, egg weight, the number of egg production based on the average of the five lines were 0.27, 0.43, 0.59, -0.13 and -0.03, respectively. The genetic correlation coefficients between body weight at 270 days and age at first egg, egg weight at the first egg, egg weight at 270 days, the number of egg production were 0.33, 0.26, 0.22 and -0.16 respectively. Positive genetic correlation was observed between body weight and age at the first egg. On the other hand, negative genetic correlation was observed between body weight and egg weight at 270 days. The genetic correlation coefficients between the age at first egg and egg weight at the first egg, egg weight at 270 days, the number of egg production were 0.91, 0.54 and -0.71 respectively. Highly positive genetic correlation was observe between the age at first egg and egg weight. However, highly negative genetic correlation was observed between the age at first egg and the number of egg production. The medium negative genetic correlation coefficients were observed between the number of egg production at 270 days and egg weight at the first egg, egg weight at 270 days as -0.32 and -0.39 respectively.

Hydrogenotrophicmethanogens can use gaseous substrates like H2 and CO2 in methane production. We successfully have operateda novel hollow-fiber membrane biofilm reactor (Hf-MBfR) for stable methane production from H2 and CO2 undercontinuous operation. H2 and CO2 were diffused into waterthrough the membrane without bubbles formation in theHf-MBfR operated at pH 4.5~5.5 over 70 days. Focusing on the presence of hydrogenotrophic methanogens, we analyzedthestructure of the microbial community in the reactor. Denaturinggradient gel electrophoresis was done with bacterial and archaeal 16S rDNAprimers. Real-time qPCRwas performed to check the variance in the methanogens according to the operation time. Finally, the microbial community at a condition with maximum methane production were analyzed by pyrosequencing methods. The results showed that acidicoperation of a methane production reactor without any pH adjustment inhibitedacetogenic growth and enriched the hydrogenotrophic methanogens, decreasing thegrowth of acetoclastic methanogens.

Anaerobic fermentation of food waste (FW) and waste activated sludge (WAS) for hydrogen production was performed in CSTR (Continuous Stirred tank reactor) under various HRTs and volumetric mixing ratio (V/V) of two substrates, FW and WAS. The specific hydrogen production potential of FW was higher than that of WAS. However, pH drop in the CSTR for hydrogen production from FW was higher than that from WAS. The maintenance of desired pH during fermentative hydrogen production is regarded as the most important operation parameter for the stable hydrogen production. Therefore, when the potential of hydrogen production from FW and better buffer capacity of WAS, the proper mixture of FW and WAS for fermentative hydrogen production were considered as a useful complementary substrate. The maximum yield of specific hydrogen production, 140 mL/g VSS, was found at HRT of 2 day and the volumetric mixing ratio of 20:80 (WAS : FW). The spatial distribution of hydrogen producing bacteria was observed in anaerobic fermentative reactor using fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) method.
