요구 분석을 통한 학습자 중심 교수요목 설계 방안 : 중국 현지 평생교육원 학습자를 대상으로

본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 중국의 대학 내 평생교육원 한국어 교육 과정을 수강하는 학생들의 교육배경 및 한국어 학습 목적을 조사하고, 이들의 수업내용에 대한 요구를 분석하여 학습자 중심 수업의 교수 요목 설계 방안에 대하여 살펴 보고자한다. 현재 중국에서 진행되고 있는 한국어 교수요목은 의사소통능력향상을 위한 회화 중심의 수업보다는 한국어학에 집중되어있다. 그러나 대학 내 설치된 평생교육원의 한국어 수업을 듣는 학생들은 의사소통 중심 수업을 필요로 하고 있다. 중국 대학교에서 한국어 강의 수는 점점 늘어나고 있으나, 대학 본과생을 제외한 학습자들을 위한 교육과정은 제대로 개발되지 않고 있다. 그래서 그들의 학습시간과 요구에 맞는 교수요목 개발이 요구된다. 본고는 텐진 외국어대학교의 평생교육원 한국어 과정의 현황을 정리하고, 학생들의 요구분석을 통해 평생교육원의 한국어 교수요목 내용 설계 방안을 모색해 보았다. 연구 결과, 학습자들의 학습 목표가 한국어로의 원활한 의사소통으로 나타나 의사소통 중심의 수업을 요구하고 있음을 할 수 있었다. 이는 한국어학이 중심이 되는 일반대학의 한국어과정 교수요목으로는 이들의 요구를 달성할 수 없음을 보여준다. 학습자의 요구분석은 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌는데, 본고의 요구조사는 설문 대상자가 비교적 적었고, 텐진외국어대학교 평생교육원만을 대상으로했기 때문에 전국의 평생교육원 내 한국어 학습자를 대표할 만한 지표는 될 수 없다는 점에서 한계가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 평생교육원의 한국어 교육 교수요목의 설계 필요성이 드러난 만큼, 이제 다양한 평생교육원 내 한국어 학습자를 대상으로 많은 설문과 조사를 거쳐 데이터를 쌓고, 이를 분석하여 이들에게 맞는 교수요목이 재개발 되어야 할 것이다. Through learners’ needs analysis, this study identified the current state and planning methods of Korean language course of Lifelong Education Center in Tianjin Foreign Language Universities. Learners of Lifelong education center are not undergraduates. Their motives and purposes of learning Korean are involved with the real life. They recognized language as a tool for a real life so that their learning needs are focused on learning culture and everyday language through ‘conversation’. In conclusion, it is clear that the syllabus of Lifelong education center should be differentiated from that of University.

After the outbreak of COVID 19, All countries use various resources to construct and provide emergency language service systems. South Korea has established a set of emergency foreign language service system by using existing foreign language service organizations at all levels and network communication technology. It has played an active role in the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic. we can learn from the experience of South Korea to set up an emergency foreign language service system, focus on the organization and construction of foreign language service institutions, build a good hardware foundation, and use communication network technology to realize cross time and space cooperation between foreign language service institutions and form a regional or national service system. In addition, it is necessary to improve the sense of mission of emergency foreign language services, which is the key to realizing emergency foreign language services.
