        완전미율이 높고 숙색이 좋은 벼 ‘상보(上寶)’

        ‘Sangbo’ is a japonica rice (Oryza sativa L.) variety with high head rice grain ratio and good ripened grain color, as well as resistance to rice dwarf virus (RDV) and bacterial blight disease (BB). It was developed by the rice breeding team of the Yeongdeok Branch of the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA, Korea, in 2015. This variety was derived in the 2002 summer season from a cross between ‘Yeongdeog32’, with high eating quality, and ‘Nampyeong’, with a high milling ratio. In 2012, a promising line, YR24256-142-5-3-1-1-2, selected by the pedigree breeding method, was designated the name, ‘Yeongdeog59’. After performing a local adaptability test at nine locations from 2013 to 2015, ‘Yeongdeog59’ was released with the name ‘Sangbo’ in 2015. ‘Sangbo’ has a culm length of 77 cm and a medium-late growth duration. This variety was resistant to K1, K2, and K3 races of bacterial blight, along with the dwarf virus, and was moderately resistant to leaf blast disease. Based on the results of a panel test, ‘Sangbo’ has translucent and clear milled rice kernel without white core and belly rice, and good eating quality. The yield potential of ‘Sangbo’ in milled rice was approximately 6.21 MT/ha at the ordinary fertilizer level of the local adaptability test (LAT). This cultivar would be adaptable to the middle plain, south plain, Yeongnam plain, east coastal area, and south mid-mountainous areas of Korea (Registration No. 7284, 2018.06.25).

        This paper performed the basic study for fabricating the superconducting thin film of high quality and superconducting thin films have been fabricated by co-deposition method at the ultra-low growth rate. In the deposition using co-sputtering method, the single phase of Bi 2201 was fabricated in the low temperature of substrate and the phase of Bi 2212 in above 750℃. In both cases, the c axis-oriented phases were acquired. Despite setting the composition of thin film Bi2212 or Bi2223, in both cases, Bi2201, Bi2212 and Bi2223 phase were appeared. It was confirmed the obtained field of stabilizing phase was represented in the diagonal direction of the right below end in the Arrhenius plot of temperature of the substrate and PO3, and it was distributed in the rezone. Through the thermodynamical calculation of and , in the case of fabricating the single phase of Bi2212, the values of -260 kJ/mol and -225 J/mol․K were acquired respectively. In the compounds of the plural system such as oxide superconducting thin films, a lot of stable phases and semi-stable phases exist. The phase diagram acquired through this study has very similar feature with the case of bulk reaction, so it is strongly suggested that the deposition method in this study can be a cogent means for formulating BSCCO thin films.

        This paper deals with the design and performance evaluation of exciter for generator system to improve the steady state and transient stability. Speed of the system is constnat, but field voltage is varies as load changes. Linearization of the model and application to control purposes through small signal analysis is considered. The performance of designed controller is examined by extensive non-linear time computer simulation. The results is helped the power system stabilizer and generator system to understand.

This is thyristor forced commutation method with commutating current transformer, which is possible for more than/[㎑] Commutating current by raising the utilization factor of capacitor change charged in condenser.

        중생 고품질 복합내병성 신품종 벼 "상옥"

        "상옥"은 밥맛이 뛰어난 벼품종을 육성할 목적으로 1988/1989년 동계에, 미질이 좋고 중생종인 Milyang 101과 Chukei 830과 밀양80호의 F1을 약배양하여 육성된 YR8697Acp97을 (in winter) 교배하여 '89년 하계에 F1 식물체를 양성하고 '90년에는 F2 집단을 전개하고 집단으로 선발하였다. 이후 '91년부터 '93년 F6세대까지 집단육종법으로 세대를 진전시키면서 생육 및 출수 특성 등을 관찰한 뒤 '94년부터 '9 "Sangok", is a new japonica rice variety (Oryza sativa L.), which is a midium maturing ecotype developed by the rice breeding team of National Yeongnam Agricultural Experiment Station (NYAES) in 2003. This variety was derived from the cross of Milyang 101/YR8697Acp97 (in 1988/1989 winter) and selected by combination of the bulk and pedigree breeding. The pedigree of Sangokbyeo, designated as Milyang 182 in 2000, was YR12950-B-B-B-19-2-4-2-2. It has about 79cm stature in culm length and is medium maturing. This variety is resistant to bacterial blight (K1, K2, and K3), stripe virus and moderately resistant to leaf blast disease. Milled rice kernels of "Sangok" is translucent, clear in chalkness and good at eating quality in the panel test. The yield potential of "Sangok" in milled rice is about 5.16MT/ha at ordinary fertilizer level of local adaptability test. This cultivar would be adaptable to the southern plain of Korea below the Chungnam province by latitude from ordinary transplanting to transplanting after barley harvest.

        중생 고품질 단간 복합내병성 벼 품종 "풍미 1호"

        "풍미1호"는 영남농업연구소에서 재배안전성이 높은 고품질 벼를 육성하고자 '92/'93년 동계에 단간이면서 내병성이 양호한 YR13616Acp 1을 모본으로 하고 품질이 뛰어난 밀양 122호를 부본으로 인공교배시켜 집단육종법과 계통육종법을 병행 실시하여 YR15675-B-B-B-32-1-2-3 계통을 선발하였다. 생산력검정 시험과 '03~'05년 3개년간 지역적응시험을 실시한 결과 그 우수성이 인정되어 '05년 농작물 직무육성 신품종 선정위원회에서 국가 A newly developed rice variety "Pungmi 1" is a japonica rice(Oryza sativa L.) with high grain quality and multi-resistant to diseases. It was developed by the rice breeding team of Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute (YARI), RDA. in 2004. This variety derived from a cross between "YR13616Acp 1", having short culm and multi-resistance to biotic stresses and "Milyang 122" with good grain quality. It has short stature of 73cm in culm length and mid-early flowering date of Aug. 13. This variety is moderately resistant to leaf blast showing durable resistance of lower 10% diseased leaf araea in sequential planting meothod. Milled rice kernel of "Pungmi 1" is translucent, clear in chalkness and good at eating quality in panel test. Milling recovery and head rice ratios were comparable to Milyang 122, while it has low protein content. The milled rice yield potential of "Pungmi 1" is about 5.59 MT/ha at ordinary fertilizer level of local adaptability test. This cultivar would be adaptable to Yeongnam inland plains and southern coastal areas of Yeongnam province at ordinary transplanting as well as after barly cultivation.

        중만생 고품질 내도복성 신품종 “종남(孮南)벼”

        “종남벼”는 고품질 안전 다수성 품종을 육성할 목적으로 ‘91/92년 겨울철에 고품질이면서 단간 내도복 내병성인 밀양 96호에 숙색이 좋고 밥맛이 양호하고 초형이 양호한 YR12734-B-B-22-2를 교배하dUT다. 1992년 여름철에 F1 식물체를 양성한 후 ’93 여름에 F 2 양성하여 개체별로 1립씩 채종후 93/ 94겨울철 세대단축온실에서 F 5 세대까지 1수 1계통으로 고정시키고 F 6 세대에서 생육 및 출수 특성 등을 관찰한 뒤 선발하였다. ’98년도에 생산력검정시험을 실시하여 이들 중 미질이 좋고 생육특성이 양호한YR15161-B-B-B-57-2-3을 선발하여 밀양 169호의 계통명을 부여하였다. 지역적응시험과 농가실증시험을 실시한 결과 중만생종이면서 준단간으로 내도복성이며 쌀품위가 좋고 내병성이며 밥맛이 양호한 것으로 평가되어 2001년 12월 농작물 직무육성 신품종 선정 위원회에서 국가품종목록으로 등재할 것을 결정하고 “종남 벼”로 명명하였다. 그 주요특성과 수량성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 출수기는 남부평야지의 보통기재배에서 8월 15일로 동진벼보다 2일 빠른 중만생 종이다. 2. 수당립수는 동진벼보다 많으나, 현미천립중은 23.0 gr 동진벼 보다 가벼운 편이다. 3. 내냉성은 동진벼와 비슷하고 내도복성이 양호한 품종이다. 4. 잎도열병 밭못자리 검정 결과 중도저항성을 보였고 흰잎마름병 K 1 군균에 저항성 이며 바이러스병인 줄무늬잎마름병에 는 저항성이나 오갈병과 검은줄오갈병에는 강하지 못하며 주요 충해에 대한 저항성은 없다. 5. 도정특성은 동진벼와 비슷한 수준이며 심복백은 거의 없이 맑으며 동진벼 보다 밥맛이 우수한 고품질 벼 품종이다. 6. 수량성은 남부평야지 및 남서해안지의 보통기 보비재배(5 월30일이앙)에서 쌀수량 이 5.60 MT/ha로 동진벼보다 7%, 이모작(6월25일이앙)에서 5.52 MT/ha로 6%, 만식재배(7월 1일이앙)에서도 5.85MT/ha로 7% 증수 되었다. 7. 종남벼는 영남내륙평야지 및 해안지 1모작답에 적응성이 뛰어나며 경남북이 보급대상 지역이다. “Jongnambyeo”, a new japonica rice cultivar(Oryza sativa L.), is a mid-late maturing ecotype developed by the rice breeding team of National Yeongnam Agricultural Experiment Station(NYAES) in 2001 and released in 2002. This variety originated from the cross of Milyang96/YR12734-B-B-22-2(in 1991/1992 winter) and was selected by means of a mixed method of bulk and pedigree breeding. The pedigree of Junambyeo, Milyang 169 designated in 1999, was YR15161-B-B-B-57-2-3. It has about 79cm in culm length and tolerant to lodging. And this variety is resistant to bacterial leaf blight(K 1 ), stripe virus and moderately resistant to leaf blast disease. Milled rice kernels of “Jongnambyeo” is translucent with non-glutinous endosperm and clear in chalkness and good at eating quality in pannel test. The yield potential of “Jongambyeo” in milled rice is about 5.60MT/ha at ordinary fertilizer level of local adaptability test. This cultivar would be adaptable to the Yeongnam plain and southern coastal of Korea.

This Paper descirbes the concept used to obtain both drive and regeneration performance while utilizing a single power control unit (PCU) and a single traction motor. The equations determining the control mode are discussed, and test results delineation form factors are Presented. An efficient and economical drive has been implemented using high-power iverter-type SCR(thyristors) in an inductive energy storage circuit.

      • 周波數 非依存性의 線形 三次元 電磁界의 有限 要素法 解析에 關한 硏究

        A finite element formulation of full maxwell's equations in terms of a vector potential and a scalar potential is presented. The vector potential and the scalar potential are approximated by novel vector basis functions and usual scalar basis functions, respectively. The linear equation finally obtained in this formulation always becomes sigular, and then it can be solved only when both the given electric current and the given electric charge satisfy the equation of continuity. It is found that a gauge fixing of the potentials is transformed into regularization of the intedterminate linear equation. Two convenient gauge conditions for solving electromagnetic problems, magnetostatic problems and eddy current problems are proposed. These are the gauge of φ=0 and the extended Coulomb gauge.
