正常 韓國人의 Urea Clearance와 Creatinine Clearance

The urea and craetinine clearances were studied in 50 young Korean males in attempt to investigate their nomal values. Plasma creatinine was 0.7-1.2㎎% and creatinne clearance was 108±5.6(98~120) ml./min. These data showed no significant differences with those of nomal Europeans. Blood urea nitrogen was 10±1.5 (6.5~l3.8) ㎎.%. Standard urea clearance was 46(33~55)mi./min., and maximum urea clearance was 68(55~80)ml./min. These data were lower than considerably those of Europeans. In view of the fact that the Koreans are generally maintained on a low or poor protein diet, these results were discussed in the light of this peculier dietary habit of the Koreans.

Alisma plantago L. 抽出液이 白鼠赤血球系 造血機能에 미치는 影響에 관한 實驗的 硏究

The present study was undertaken to determine the effect of saline extract of Alisma Plantago L.(APL) in crude from on erythropoesis of normal albino rat. Saline extract of APL was prepared by homogenization and millipore filtration of 1.0gm of APL native to Korea and diluted by normal physiologic saline to 1:32. Each albino rat was given 0.5㎖ of prepared APL intravenously and studied the changes of RBC count, hemoglobin level, hematocrit and reticulocyte count from peripheral blood, and cellularity of femoral bone marrow and lymphoid tissue change were studied histologically. The results obtained are as follow: 1. Mild to moderate decrease in RBC count, hemoglobin level and hematocrit was noted on the first and second days after injection, and marked increase in reticulocyte count was observed from the first day after injection. 2. Previously altered hematologic data returned to normal level on fourth to sixth day after injection. 3. Moderate erythroid hyperplasia was noted from first to sixth day after injection. 4. Lymphoid tissue revealed decrease in thymus dependent lymphocyte within six day after injection. 5. Saline extract of Alisma Plantago L., native to Korea, seems to have potency stimdlating erythropoietic activities of normal albino rat.

최근 IT 는 cloud computing 이라는 새로운 컴퓨터 프러다임에 대해서 정부와 많은 IT 기업들이 관심을 가지고 있다. 이 논문은 클라우드 컴퓨팅를 제시한 크리스토프 비시글리아의 생각대로, cloud 라는 공간에 개인 컴퓨팅 환경을 이용했을 때 발생되는 네트워크 트래픽 문제를 분석하여 향 후 클라우딩 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 안정적인 가상 데스크 톱 연결을 위한 방법을 제시한다. 이것은 향 후 모바일 장치를 이용한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 구현하기 위해서도 중요한 문제이다

갑상선 선종을 동반한 부갑상선 선종 1예 : A Case Report

A case of non-functioning parathyroid adenoma with hyper functioning thyroid adenoma is presented. A 40 year old housewife was admitted to this hospital with palpable mass on the anterior aspect of neck and palpitation since last 7 months. Thyroidectomy was performed under the diagnosis of toxic nodular goiter. During thyroidectomy, enlarged left lower parathyroid gland was found and surgically removed. No clinical symptoms and laboratory finding of hyperparathyroidism is noted. Microscopic examination revealed cystic degeneration of adenoma of thyroid and parathyroid adenoma composed of chief cell, water clear cell and oxyphil cells.

Malignant melanoma is known to metastasize to all organs of the human body and' its manifestations are protean. The gall bladder is said to be involved in 15 per cent of fatal cases of malignant melanoma implanting on serosal surface is majority. However, rarely the metastatic lesions were observed in the mucosa of the gall bladder without showing any ante-mortem history of suggestive acute or subacute cholecystitis. This report is concerned with a case of malignant melanoma metastatic to the mucosa of the gall bladder showing multiple tumor ulceration and gall stones in 40 years old male. Clinical history revealed recurrent colicky pain for 8 months and weight loss of 15 kg. during the period. A green bean sized nevus is noted in the back and no metastatic lesion is observed in the abdominal cavity. The patient was discharged on the 8th day after cholesystectomy.

○수출농업에서 난방비의 절감은 농가의 경영안정과 수익증대를 가져오는 중요한 요소이며, 저렴하고 풍부한 난방에너지 활용으로 생산품의 품질향상과 겨울철 난방과 여름철 냉방을 통한 재배기간의 확대로 고비용 시설원예단지의 단위면적당 생산량을 증대시켜 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있어 경남 수출농산물의 국제경쟁력 제고에 핵심적 요소임 ○시설농업분야에서 요구되는 에너지원은 저렴하고, 자연친화적이며 대량의 에너지를 공급할 수 있어야 하며, 이러한 에너지원의 개발은 경남 수출농업의 지속가능한 발전을 위해 반드시 필요함 ○온배수 냉난방 시스템은 현재 추진되고 있는 제주도 사례에서 나타난 바와 같이 지열냉난방 시스템 대비 35% 수준의 시설비절감 효과가 있고, 난방용 에너지 비용은 경유대비 80% 절감효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 대규모 단지화 사업을 통한 효과의 극대화를 추구할 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났음 ○경남에서 추진하는 폐열활용 사업은 발전소 배기열과 온배수열을 활용을 동시에 고려하고 있어 적절한 투자비산정을 위해 대상의 명확화가 필요 ○배기열용 히트펌프와 온배수용 히트펌프를 동시에 설치하는 것은 시설투자비의 증가를 가져올 수 있으므로 효과적 폐열활용을 위해 하나로 선정하는 것이 투자효율을 증대시킬 수 있을 것임 ○시설규모와 시설형태 등은 최적투자비 설정을 위해 심도 깊은 연구가 필요하며, 폐열활용 시설과 더불어 생산 안전성을 고려한 대체 가온시설이 필요함으로 신재생에너지 기술 혹은 기존 석유류를 활용한 효율적 에너지기술의 도입 등을 고려해야 함. 생산기간에 사고로 인한 폐열이용에 문제가 발생할 경우 재배작물에 심각한 악영향이 초래될 수 있음으로 이에 대한 대비책차원에서 대체가온시설이 필요할 것임 ○여름철 폐기되는 열에너지를 활용한 폐열 발전시설 가동방안 강구와 함께 식품 열건조 시설 등 다양한 활용방안을 연구하여 시설투자 효율을 증대시키는 방안을 더불어 강구해야 할 것임
