This study was conducted to find out the effects of ovariectomy and adrenalectomy on body growth, hypophysis, thyroid gland and uterus. For this experiment, 120 heads of Wistar imamichi albino 25 day old female rats with an average weight of 72+3.0 mg were divided into 4 groups ; Ovariectomy(Ovx.). Adrenalectomy(Adx.), Ovariectomy-Adrenalectomy(Ovx. & Adx.) and control group. Thirty heads of rat arranged to each group and every 6 heads of rats in each group were divided into subgroups at 1,3,5,7,9 weeks after treatment. Body weight, body length and tail length were checked in all treatment groups at given times, and then the groups were sacrificed for investigating the weight and histological changes of hypophysis, thyroid gland and uterus. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1. Though body weight in Adx. group showed the low values in comparison with control group, the significance was not recognized except at 1 and 3 weeks. Ovx. group showed significant increase of body weight at all observation times, while Ovx. & Adx. group showed the higher body weight as compared to control group but the significance could not be recognized among them. 2. Body and tail lengths tended to be similar with the changes of body weights though the significance was not recognized. 3. The hypophysis weights showed the recognizable difference between the compared groups from 5 weeks after treatment. All treatment groups had the higher values than those of control group, and Ovx. & Adx. group showed the highest values. 4. The basophils in hypophysis were the most remarkably changed showing hyper plasia from 3-5 weeks after treatment. Acidophils showed the slight hypertrophy at the end of the treatment but chromophobes did not show any special changes. The above results were the most serious in Ovx. & Adx. group and next in Adx. group. 5. The thyroid weights in all experimental groups tended to be decreased as compared with the control group. The weights were highest in Ovx. & Adx. group and the significant difference between the treatment groups was recognized from 5 weeks after treatment. 6. The thyroid glands began to show the degenerative changes of follicular epithelium in Ovx. group from 3 weeks after treatment and became more degenerative with the time elapse after treatment. Follicles also had the functional degeneration from 7 weeks after treatment. The histological changes in Ovx. & Adx. group were approximately similar to those of Ovx. group while the Adx. group had just slight changes at the end of the treatment and no remarkable histological point of view. 7. The uterus weights had the recognizable difference between the compared groups at all observation times and all treatment groups showed the decreased weights than the control group. However, Ovx. & Adx. group showed the lowest weights. 8. In the histological changes of uterus, endometrium, laminar propria and mymetrium were atrophied with the time elapse in all treatment groups. The changes were the most remarkable in Ovx. & Adx. group, but the most slight changes in Adx. group.

대부분의 건설현장에서 채택하고 있는 안전시공 사이클(안전시공일과)활용에 대하여 보다 더 나은 효과를 얻기 위하여 그 정확한 내용을 소개하고자 한다. 이 기법은 일본에서 80년대부터 적용을 시작하여 지금 현재 일본의 전 현장에서 활용되고 있고 이로인한 재해예방 효과도 큰 기법이다. 현대 일본에서의 건설업재해예방을 위한 운동은 크게 3가지로 볼 수 있는데 첫째는 안전시공 사이클운동이고, 둘째는 3대재해(추락, 토사붕괴 및 건설기계 재해)감소운동, 셋째는 안전교육 추진운동이다. 안전시공 사이클 운동은 이 3기둥 중 하나인 것이다.
