        조경 탈영역의 세가지 기제: 미학, 협업, 자연관

        The increasing complexity of design disciplines expects new theoretical contribution to re-examine the territory of their own practice. The ambition of this paper is to theorize the possibilities of trans-disciplinary landscape architecture with the following three perspectives. First, it traces the canonical influence of Picturesque aesthetics as an agency to confirm the trans-disciplinary work at around-Olmsted period. Second, it investigates the evolving role of collaboration in contemporary Dutch landscape architectural context with the comparison to American modernist approaches to legitimate the trans-disciplinary mechanism. Third, it articulates three series of 'The-Idea-of-Nature' and the trans-disciplinary productions derived from each idea within a theoretical terrain of landscape architecture. And eventually, the author proposes 'multiplicity' of nature, replacing conventional concept of singular nature, to mobilize the location of this discipline and to project the possibility of new core ground beyond the existing theoretical gravity.

        [Ca<sub>1-x</sub>Sr<sub>x</sub>Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>:Eu<sup>2+</sup>] 형광체의 상전이 및 발광특성에 관한 연구

        The phase transformations and luminescent properties of Eu-doped $Ca_{1-x}Sr_xAl_2O_4$ phosphors were investigated. $Ca_{1-x}Sr_xAl_2O_4:Eu^{2+}$ phosphors were synthesized by a solid-state reaction with a flux, $H_3BO_3$. A phase transformation from monoclinic $CaAl_2O_4$ to monoclinic $SrAl_2O_4$ was observed as the x values increased. A high-temperature hexagonal phase of $SrAl_2O_4$ was formed during this transformation as an intermediate phase under an $H_2$ atmosphere due to oxygen vacancies; this did not occur in an air atmosphere. Accordingly, the emission spectra shifted from a blue region to a green region as x increased.

        타임으로부터의 플라보노이드 화합물의 추출 조건 최적화

        타임, 바질, 로즈마리 등 20종의 허브 식물에 대한 80% 에탄올 추출물의 항산화 활성을 분석하였다. 탐색 대상 허브 식물 중 타임추출물의 총 폴리페놀 함량은 6.90±0.02mg CAE/100 g로 높은 값을 보였으며, 총 플라보노이드 함량은 1.71±0.19mg NE/100 g으로가장 높았다. 또한 DPPH radical 소거능은 93.14±0.23%로 매우 높은 수준의 항산화 활성을 나타냈다. 타임으로부터 플라보 노이드를 추출하기 위하여 용매로서 물, 에탄올, 메탄올, 헥산 중 추출수율이 높은 헥산을 추출용매로 선정하였다. 반응표면분석법을 이용하여 타임 추출물의 최적화 추출조건으로 추출온도는 35.9 ℃, 농도는 1.63%, 시간은 192분이었다. 예측된 조건으로 제조한 타임 n-헥산 추출물의 총 플라보노이드 함량은 예측 값의 96.3%로 반응표면분석법에 의한 추출조건 최적화의 신뢰성이 검증되었다. 이상의 최적화된 추출 조건은 플라보노이드의 생산을 위한 타임의 용매추출 조건으로서 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Total polyphenol contents, flavonoid contents, 1,1- diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging activities of ethanol extracts of 20 herbal plants (sage, turmeric, mace, bayleaf, fenugreek, oregano, blackpepper, whitepepper, clove, marjoram, cinnamon, coriander, basil, dillseed, mustard, cadamon, thyme, celery, rosemary, cumin) were analyzed for the screening of high flavonoid-containing plant resource. Thyme extract, showing the highest flavonoid content and a high degree of antioxidant activity, was selected as a bioactive cosmetic material. The total polyphenols and flavonoids contents of thyme extracts were measured as 6.90 mg chlorogenic acid equivalent (CAE)/ 100 g and 1.71 mg naringin equivalent (NE)/100 g, respectively, and DPPH radical scavenging activities was 90%. Among the tested organic solvents, hexane gave the highest extraction yield. Thus hexane was selected as the most suitable solvent for the extraction of thyme. Response surface method was used to obtain optimized extraction conditions for thyme: reaction temperature of 35.9 ℃, raw material to hexane ratio of 1.63:25 (w/v), and reaction time of 192 min. These predicted extraction conditions was validated by a total flavonoid extraction experiment showing a value equivalent to 96.3% of the predicted total flavonoid content. It is expected that the optimized solvent extraction conditions could be used for the production of flavonoid using thyme.

        高麗時代 佛事 담당 '都監'의 조직과 특징

        During the Goryeo dynasty, 'Dogam(都監)' was the department of the government established for the construction of temples, the making of Buddhist statues, the printing of complete collection of Buddhist Sutras, Laws, and Treatises. Moreover, it provided financial support for the temples and managed them. Sometimes, it was established for the royal events, the installation of national Buddhist monks, and funerals. It was established with various types from King Hyeojong to the end of the Goryeo dynasty. Like other ordinary Dogams, the Dogam for a Buddhist service was staffed by offic ials who took charge of real works of the Dogam. However, high ranking officials from 3rd rank to 1st rank, even sometimes prime minister (Sijung, 侍中) were appointed as the manager of the Dogam. In addition, Buddhist monks were sometimes appointed with the government officials in order to get the cooperation of the temples and Buddhism circle where a Buddhist service took place. Government-issuing historical records like "the History of the Goryeo dynasty" showed only the government officials of the Dogams, but other materials like epigraphs showed that Buddhist monks were appointed as the officials. Therefore, it seemed that most Dogams for a Buddhist service had Buddhist monks as the officials.

        신체활동이 뇌의 구조적 특성에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 신체활동과 뇌의 구조적 특성에 관한 문헌을 조사하여 신체활동이 노화로 인한 뇌구조에 미치는 영향을 웰니스적 삶을 위해 논의해 보고자 하였다. 연령 증가에 의해 뇌의 전전두엽, 측두엽부위 변화가 유의하게 나타나고, 뇌량의 부피는 감소한 다. 뇌의 구조는 신체활동을 포함한 학습능력 및 경험에 의해 변화하며, 신체활동에 의해 해마 부피가 최대산소섭취량과 정적 상 관관계를 이루며 증가한다. 뇌 구조 발달을 위해 아동 및 청소년은 유산소 운동, 저항운동, 복합운동과 중-고강도의 신체활동이 필요하며, 성인은 개인에 맞는 운동종목과 운동량을 결정할 수 있는 능력을 갖추게 하고, 노인들에게는 중강도 정도의 빨리 걷기, 조깅, 수영 등의 유산소 운동이 적합하다고 사료된다. 학교체육과 생애교육을 통해 어린 시절부터 신체활동과 뇌 구조 특성 및 노 화에 대한 이해를 갖게 하여 인지기능 향상 및 뇌질환을 예방하고 대비할 수 있는 인식을 고취시킬 필요가 있다. This study is to effects of physical activity on structural characteristics of the brain as a review of literature to discuss that physical activity is effects of the brain structure by the aging for wellness life. A changes in prefrontal, temporal of the brain and corpus callosum volume decrease were revealed significantly by the increase of age. The brain structure changes by the learning ability and experiences including physical activity. In addition to the volume of hippocampus increases by physical activity showing positive correlation with maximum oxygen intake. For the structural improvement of the brain in childfood and young people, it is necessary to have aerobic activities, muscle-strengthening activities, bone-strengthening activities and mid to high-level intensity of physical activity. For adults, they require preparing the capability to decide their own exercise type and its intensity, while for old-aged, aerobic exercises seem to be applicable including fast walking in a week, jogging, and swimming targeting. From school physical education and lifelong educations, it essentially needs to have the fundamental knowledge to improvement of cognitive function to prevent and prepare from brain diseases, with understanding of physical activity, structure characteristics of the brain and aging process.

        안정시 및 운동 강도에 따른 고교축구선수의 뇌혈류 속도 및 저항지수의 변화

        The purpose of this research is to prepare exercise stability/safety by predicting possible dangerous situations during competitions in advance and presenting appropriate exercise intensity based on TCD(Transcranial Doppler ultrasound) analysis of Systolic, Diastolic and Mean Blood Flow Velocity, Pulsatility Index(PI) and Resistive Index(RI) from MCA according to exercise intensity as well as at rest. The subjects were 10 soccer players from high school over 5 years in experience. To analyze Cerebral Blood Flow, PI and RI Changes according to exercise intensity, treadmill test was performed among single group at rest and with moderate, high and maximal intensity. In comparison with the velocities at rest, Systolic, Diastolic and Mean Blood Velocity were increased at moderate and high intensity but they were decreased at maximal intensity(p<0.05). On the other hand, Pulsatility and Resistive Index were increased at all the other intensities(p<0.05). In a repeated measured One-way ANOVA, there were significant differences between the each measured values-blood velocities and indexes-and the various exercise intensities (p<0.05). In a post Hoc test, there were significant differences between rest and the other intensities in Systolic Blood Velocity ; rest and moderate/high intensity, moderate and maximal intensity, and high and maximal intensity in Diastolic Blood Velocity ; rest and moderate/high/maximal intensity, and high and maximal intensity in Mean Blood Velocity ; rest and moderate/maximal intensity, and moderate and high intensity in Pulsatility and Resistive Index (p<0.05).
