Software reuse is a well-known method to increase the productivity of software, nevertheless it is not employed well an real world. One of the important factors that this problem occurs is programer' s distrust in the existing components. Therefore in this paper, to increase the reliability of reusability decision, we proposed a method which can analyze significance of the reusability decision metrics using Rough Set.
배지 및 첨가호르몬이 돼지난포란의 체외발생능에 미치는 영향

본 실험은 배지 및 호르몬이 돼지 난포란의 체외성숙 및 체외발생능에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 기본 배지는 TCM-199, Waymouth MB75l/l 및 BMOC-Ⅱ를 사용하였으며, 각각의 배지에 첨가된 호르몬을 hCG와 FSH를 사용하였다. 실험에서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. TCM-199을 기본배양액으로 하여 돼지난포란을 체외배양하였을 때, 체외성숙률은 배양액내에 hCG 단독참가의 경우가 78.05%, FSH단독첨가에서 72.50%, hCG와 FSH의 병용첨가의 경우가 67.50%로서 호르몬을 첨가하지 않은 처리구의 54.29%에 비하여 유의적(P<0.05)으로 높은 성적을 나타냈으며, 수정후 같은 배지조건하에서 난할률은 호르몬 첨가의 경우(hCG 46.88%, FSH31.04%, hCG+FSH 37.04%)가 무첨가구(89.47%)에 비하여 유의적(P<0.05)으로 낮았다. 2. Waymouth MB75l/l을 배양액으로 하여 체외배양하였을 때, 체외성숙률은 배양액내에 hCG단독첨가의 경우 69.77%, FSH 단독첨가의 경우가 71.43%, hCG+FSH 병용참가의 경우가 80.00%로서 호르몬을 첨가하지 않은 처리구의 25.64%에 비하여 유의적(P<0.05)으로 높은 성적을 나타냈다. 그러나, 난할률은 호르몬 첨가의 경우(hCG 46.67%, FSH 36.00%, hCG+FSH 35.71%)가 무첨가구(60.00%)에 비하여 낮은 성적을 나타냈다. 3. BMOC-Ⅱ를 기본배양액으로 하여 체외배양하였을 때, 체외성숙률은 배양액내에 hCG 단독첨가 66.7%, FSH 단독첨가 91.89%, hCG+FSH 병용첨가 81.82% 및 무첨가구 66.67%로 각각 나타나서 FSH 단독첨가의 경우가 가장 높은 성적을 나타냈다. 또한, 난할률은 hCG 단독첨가 79.17%, FSH 단독첨가 50.00%, hCG+FSH 병용첨가 66.67% 및 무첨가 81.82%로 각각 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of media and hormones on in vitro maturation and development of porcine follicular oocytes Basic media were used to TCM-199. Waymouth MB751/1 and BMOC-Ⅱ, and hormones were used to hCG and FSH in each medium. The results obtained were summanzed as follows. 1. The maturation rates of oocytes cultured in TCM-199 medium containing hCG, FSH and hCG+FSH were 78.05, 72.50 and 67.50%, respectively. The maturation rates of oocytes with hormones were significantly(P<0.05) higher than those of oocytes cultured without hormone. However, the cleavage rate(hCG 46.88%, FSH 31.04%, hCG+FSH 37.04%) of embryo cultured in TCM-199 containing hormone was significantly(P<0.05) lower than that(89.47%) of oocytes cultured without hormone. 2. The maturation rates of oocytes cultured in Waymouth MB751/1 medium containing hCG, FSH and hCG+FSH were 69.77, 71.43 and 80.00%, respectively. The maturation rates of oocytes with hormones were significantly(P<0.05) higher than those of oocytes cultured without hormone. However, the cleavage rate(hCG 46.67%, FSH 36.00%, hCG+FSH 35.71%) of embryo cultured in Waymouth MB751/1 containing hormone was significantly(P<0.05) lower than that(60.00%) of oocytes cultured without hormone. 3. The maturation rates of oocytes cultured in BMOC-Ⅱ medium containing hormone were 66.67(control), 66.67(hCG), 91.89(FSH) and 81.82(hCG+FSH)%, respectively, showing the highest rate in FSH treatment. And, the cleavage rates of oocytes cultured in BMOC-Ⅱ medium containing hormone were 81.82(control), 79.17(hCG), 50.00(FSH) and 66.67 (hCG+FSH)%, respectively.

The Boolean model is a simple retrieval model based on set theory and Boolean algebra. Since the concept of a set is quite intuitive, the Boolean model provides a framework which is easy to grasp by a common user of and IR system. Furthermore, the queries are specified as Boolean expressions which have precise semantics. Given its inherent simplicity and neat formalism, the Boolean model received great attention in past years and was adopted by many of the early commercial bibliographic systems. The vector model recognizes that the use of binary weights is too limiting and proposes a framework in which partial matching is possible. This is accomplished by assigning non-binary weights to index terms in queries and in documents. These term weights are ultimately used to compute the degree of similarity between each document stored in the system and the user query. Relevance feedback is the post popular query reformulation strategy. in a relevance feedback cycle, the user is presented with a list of the retrieved documents and, after examining them, marks those which are relevant. In practice, only the top 10(or 20) ranked documents need to be examined. The main idea consists of selecting important terms, or expressions, attached to the documents that have been identified as relevant by the user, and of enhancing the importance of these terms in a new query formulation. The expected effect is that the new query will be moved towards the relevant documents and away from the non-relevnt ones. Local analysis techniques are interesting because they take advantage of the local context provided with the query. In this regard, they seem more appropriate than global analysis techniques. In a local strategy, the documents retrieved for a given query q are examined at query time to determine terms for query expansion. This is similar to a relevance feedback cycle but might be done without assistance from the user.

자기장 세기의 측정능력을 고찰하기 위하여 표준 자기장법으로 측정한 자기장의 세기와 표준 안테나법으로 측정한 자기장의 세기를 비교하여 보았으며, 이 결과 두 방법으로 측정한 자기장의 세기가 오차범위내에서 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 자기장 측정용 안테나 및 자기장 세기 측정기의 교정을 10KHz~30MHz의 주파수 범위에서 약 1dB의 오차내에서 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. For the evaluation of the magnetic field strengthmeasured by standard field method with that measured by standard antenna method. The compared results are in good agreement within the error limit. As the Result of this research, the calibration service for magnetic field strenth measurement can be provided whtin the uncertainty of about 1 dB in the frequency range of 10 kHz to 30MHz.
