면역분석기법을 이용한 서부경남 시판 메주 및 된장에서의 Aflatoxin 생성균 검색

Generally, non-aflatoxigenic fungi, such as Aspergillus oryzae, and Aspergillus niger are main microflora in Korean traditional fermented foods including Meju and soybean paste, but sometimes, Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus can be contaminated and accumulated aflatoxins during fermentation and storage. So the screening of aflatoxigenic strains in fermented traditional food is very important to improve the sanitary quality of those foods. In this work, we screened aflatoxin producing fungi from commercial Meju and soybean paste in Western Gyeongnam by immunoassay. Samples were randomly purchased from market of the commercial Meju(10 EA) and soybean paste(20 EA) in nine areas of Western Gyeongnam. Of the samples collected, 24 strains and 22 strains of Aspergillus sp. were isolated from Meju and soybean paste, respectively. The isolated strains were cultured on SLS media at 25℃ for 15 days. The cultured broth were extracted with ethyl acetate and were analysed to determine aflatoxin B₁(AFB₁) by direct competitive ELISA(DC-ELISA). Six strains(25%) isolated from Meju, and 2 strains(9%) isolated from saybean paste, were confirmed as aflatoxin producing strains. The average range of aflatoxin productivity of isolates from Meju was 54.6 ± 38.7 ng/ml and that from soybean paste was 11.1 ± 8.6 ng/ml, respectively. Among them, isolated strain No. M-5-4 produced a high level of AFB₁ and showed 98.26 ng/ml of AFB₁. Every isolates were also re-confirmed their AFB₁ productivity by thin layer chromatography(TLC). The TLC results also showed same trend as DC-ELISA results. As the above results, the screening of hazard mycotoxigenic fungi from traditional fermented foods should be necessary for the safety and the application of HACCP system in the food manufactory in Korea.

This study selected five observational stations in the normal direction of Jinu-do(island) shoreline and observed water temperature, electrical conductivity and pressure from March, 2012 to January, 2013(about 11 months) and attempted to see the variation characteristics of ground watertable. This study wants to know : 1) External environment force factors(tide, climate, wave etc.) affecting ground watertable variation through time series and correlation analysis. 2) Spatial variations of ground watertable and electrical conductivity change by storm event. First, we found that the station at the intertidal zone was strongly affected by wave and tide level and the stations at sand dune and vegetation zone was affected by precipitation and tide level through time series data and correlation analysis. Second, during the storm event, we found that ground watertable and electrical conductivity are stabilized at the start line of sand dune and vegetation zone and transition zone between freshwater layer and seawater layer exists in the experiment area and is about 50~70 m from coastline of the south side of Jinu-do(island).
Diethylnitrosamine 에 의한 계배 간 조직 손상 및 지질 성분의 변화

Diethylnitrosamine (DEN) is known as a potential hepatic carcinogen by single administration. This study was designed to measure the effects of DEN-induced cell damage on the triglyceride and cholesterol concentration in the liver, excluding dietary effects. Fertilized chicken eggs, 10 days before hatching, were randomly divided into three groups (n=20) and each egg was injected 10 ul of corn oil (vehicle control), 5 ug of DEN/10 ul and 10 ug of DEN/10 ul into yolk via air sac. After 48 hr and 96 hr incubation, the damage of the chick-embryo liver cell was investigated by electron microscopy and by measuring the concentration of lipid components (total cholesterol, free cholesterol, phospholipid and triglyceride). For eggs administered 10 ug of DEN and incuvated 96 hr, in hepatocyte, the nucleus membrane was roughed, the size of nucleolus was apparently increased and euchromatin was accumulated. Mitochondria were condensed and cristae, located mitochondrial inner membrane, were obscured. Additionally, the levels of triglyceride and cholesterol classes were significantly increased depend on the amount of DEN and incubation time. Especially, triglycerides were notably increased in the group treated with 10 ug DEN at 96 hr, but phospholipids, component of cell membrane, were decreased with significance. As a conclusion, carcinogen induced hepatic lesion was correlated with the changes in lipid component of liver.

분무열분해법에 의한 MgO-Al2O3-SiO2계 화합물의 분체합성 및 그 특성

Spinel, mullite and cordierite powders have synthesized from Mg(NO3)2.6H2O, Al(NO3).9H2O and SiCl4 solution by spray pyrolysis method. The two-fluid nozzle was used as an atomizer. The powders of sinel and mullite were synthesized above 80$0^{\circ}C$, but the cordierite composition was noncrystalline for all synthersizing temperature. Those noncrystalline powders were crystallized to $\alpha$-cordierite during calcining at 130$0^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs. The synthesized spinel, mullite and cordierite powders seem to be consisted of agglomerated hollow spherical particles. For all powders, the particle size ranged from submicron to about 3${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and mean particle size was about 1.4${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in diameter. The specific surface area values of spinel, mullite and cordierite powders were maximum for powders prepared at 100$0^{\circ}C$, and those were 45.9, 25.8 and 13.6$m^2$/gr, respectively.

A discourse on the Independence Hall of Korea, a representative cultural project of the 1980s, has been understood as a repetition of the traditional debate of the 1960s. It was considered as a petrified propaganda aimed at ensuring the fragile legitimacy of the military regime, and the architect as a sympathizer. Even if all these facts are true, it does not give any explanation for the architecture. Scrutinizing the building process and the change of discourse in the Independence Hall of Korea, this paper tries to explore a section of contemporary Korean architecture in the 1980s. The architect who designed the Independence Hall of Korea is Kim Kiwoong, however, it was Kim Won who took charge of overall scheme for it. Kim Won replaced the role of a technocrat in the 1960s, who deprived architects of his autonomy. Against this backdrop, Kim Kiwoong attempted to explain his own building via various concept like postmodernism, which gave him very proper context. But, later, he appropriated words like void and madang. These derived from some architectural historian's researches in 1970s, and were to predict the architecture of the 1990s.

전세계적으로 시안화법은 일차 광물 혹은 정광으로부터 금을 회수하기 위해 널리 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 이 공정에서 발생하는 다량의 유독한 잔사 및 시안 함유 폐액은 주변 환경 및 생태계에 심각한 문제를 야기할 수 있어 그 사용에 대해 문제가 제기되어 왔으므로 시안화법 이용 시 반드시 시안 함유 폐액의 적절한 처리가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 금광으로부터 금을 회수하기 위한 습식제련공정인 시안화법과 연계하여 시안 처리 공정을 설계하기 위한 기초연구로서 금 제련에 사용되는 시안화합물의 사용, 규제 및 처리 기술의 국내외 현황을 분석하였다. 또한 무배출 금 회수 및 처리 공정을 설계하기 위한 생물학적 공정에 대하여 소개하였다.
