寒冷環境下에서 腎兪艾灸刺戟이 副腎皮質호르몬類 分泌에 미치는 影響

Purpose ; This Study was carried to investigate effect of direct Moxibustion to shin-su(BL23) on the Adrenal Cortical Hormones in rats exposed to cold stress. Methods ; The control group and the sample groups were exposed to cold stress -18℃ for 4days. And direct moxibustion therapy were conducted 2 times everyday. Results ; Experimental studies were performed for obsevation of the conceration of aldosterone, cortisol, ACTH, cAMP, Na+, K+, Renin activity in blood. The results were as follows : 1. The serum Aldosterone concentration was increased with the statistical significance in the control group as compared with the normal group. Shin- su moxibustion stimulation group and Blnak loci moxibustion stimulation group were decreased significantly comparing with the control group. 2. The serum Cortisol concentration was increased with the statistical significance in the control group as compared with the normal group. Both Shin-su moxibustion stimulation group and Blank loci moxibustion stimulation group were decreased significantly as compared with the control group. Especially Shin-su moxibustion stimulation group was decreased significantly as compared with Blank loci moxibustion stimulation group. 3. The plasma ACTH concentration was increased with the statistical significance in the control group as compared with the normal group. Shin-su moxibustion stimulation group was decreased significantly as compared with the control group. 4. The plasma cAMP conceration was increased with the statistical significance in the control group as compared with the normal group. Both Shin-su moxibustion stimulation group and Blank loci moxibustion stimulation group were decreased significantly as compared with the control group. 5. The serum Na+ and K+ concentration had no significant change in this experiment. 6. The plasma Renin activity conceration was increased with the statistical significance in the control group as compared with the normal group. Shin-su moxibustion stimulation group was decreased significantly as compared with the control group.
