서독연방헌법재판소는 75년 3월 낙태허용 규정은 인간의 살 권리와 인간의 존엄에 위배되는 위헌적 규정이라고 판시했다. 동판결문은 약250매나 되므로 이를 요약하고 반대 의견도 요약설명하기로 한다. 기본법 가치 질서내에서 인정될 수 없는 이유를 근거로 낙태 행위를 처벌하지 않게끔 새로이 입법한 것은 기본법이 입법자에게 부여한 의무인 인간의 생명을 보호하라는 규정과 일치하지 않는다.
밀리미터파에서 자동차 레이더 응용을 위한 오프셋 포물면 반사기 안테나 설계

The vehicle collision avoidance systems(VCAS) for safe driving are a sector of millimeter-wave applications. These systems use the attenuation characteristics and linearity of the millimeter-wave. In order to increase the distance and resolving to detect the target, the system needs an antenna with high gain and wide bandwidth. Particularly, parabolic reflector antennas which can be applied to the radar technology of the Adaptive cruise control(ACC) system uses conical horn antenna for the feeder. In this paper, we design and analyze a single feeding conical horn antenna and a offset parabolic reflector antenna with a center frequency of 77 GHz that can operate in the W-band. As a result, this paper is proposed the possibility of prototyping by offset reflector antenna design for long range radar(LRR) system in millimeter-wave.
지능형 순항제어 시스템을 위한 밀리미터파대역 마이크로스트립 배열 안테나 설계

In particular, in the adaptive cruise control system (ACC) being studied as the future of the transportation systems, the inter-vehicle distance sensors for alarm has been used Laser Radar, mm-wave Radar, Ultra-sonic Radar, and CCD camera. The sensors of anti-collision system should be less affected for temperature, humidity, weather conditions, etc. In addition, the smaller size and the exact distance and relative velocity must be measured. Thus, as a sensor of automotive anti-collision system, the mm-wave sensor is suited for ACC. In this paper, we have designed the patch array antennas with the slots capable of working in the E-band as the size of patch capable of operating in Ka-band. The slots inside the patches have the symmetry as the U-shaped slots. The designed array antennas have multi-mode characteristics at central frequency 77GHz millimeter-wave band. Based on this, we are designed and analyzed 4×4 array antenna. As a result, this paper is proposed the possibility of prototyping by design and analysis of microstrip array antennas for automobile anti-collision system.
단락 핀을 이용한 다중대역 소형 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나 해석

An analysis of a multi-band small microstrip patch antenna with shorting pins is proposed for multi-band operation in this study. The proposed antenna covers 2.4 GHz bands with multi-band that are caused by the shorting pins and the dimension of the slots. The substrates used are the general Taconic TLC. As a result, this paper presents possibility for the design of optimizing to select the required bandwidth for a near region RF wireless network as controlling the number of pins and/or the size of slots and patch.
온-칩 안테나의 실리콘 기판 내에 홈의 크기 변화에 따른 반사손실 특성 해석

This paper have designed a antenna with a arbitrary-shaped single slot in the substrate underneath the patch to increase the efficiency of a designed on-chip antenna on HRS Si wafer. Also, this paper suggested that it can be used as a postprocessing step to change, or to tune, the operating frequency as variation the width dW and the depth d of slot. Therefore, we suggest that it is possible to design of the on-chip antenna for USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Networks) applications.

A novel dual band circularly polarized (CP) microstrip patch antenna for wireless power transmission (WPT) at 5.1 GHz and 5.5 GHz is proposed. In particular, we are designed to be able to services for 5.1 GHz wireless local area network (WLAN) in wireless battery charging at 5.5 GHz. The designed antenna has the diagonal slot and the edge-cuts in the square patch. As a result, this paper presents possibility for the design of microstrip patch antenna (MPA) with dual band and CP characteristics with the general TLC substrate.
유한차분시간영역법을 이용한 곡면 마이크로스티립 패치안테나에 관한 해석

This paper analyzed the curved surface micrpstrip patch antenna using the finite differnce time domain method of the cylindrical coordinate. Also, this paper are treated Mur's first order absorbing boundary condition as ABC in free space. The results show the time reponses of electromagnetics Er, Eø, Ez, and Hr, Hø, Hz on the single patch with central frequencies 2.0[GHz] in L -band for mobile communication. The results of this paper shows that its results was compared the mixed second order dispersion boundary condition (SIBC) with the Mur's first order absorbing boundary condition. In accordance with, the validity of the present method is confirmed.
시간영역 유한차분(FDTD)해석에 있어 해석영역 제한을 위한 무분할 비등방성 완전정합층(UAPML) 에 관한 새로운 방법 연구

This paper describes new formulations on the unsplit anisotropic perfectly matehed layer to apply the analysis of the FDTD. The UAPML presented in this paper is basically different from the methods of Gedney[3] and Sullivan[4] because it satisfies Maxwell's equation in absorbing electromagnetic fields at the time domain on 3-D wire antenna put in the opened free space region, inscident fields in new method are proved to be adequate comparing with Mur's first and second absorbing boundary conditions individually.
