Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) infects all-age pigs and causes enteric diseases. Genetic diversities in isolates been reported from each country, and those diversities highlighted in pathogenicity and vaccine. In this manuscript, we are reporting of new PEDV isolation in Korea, and with genetic characteristics. Our new isolate belongs to G2b and put the name as CNUP6-2018.

The research problems set for the purpose of this study are as follows. First, Identify the relationship between franchise bakery employees' protean career and job satisfaction. Second, Identify the relationship between franchise bakery employees' protean career and turnover intentions. Third, The relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention of franchise bakery employees. This study analyzed 225 franchise bakery employees in Seoul and Gyeonggi area using statistical program of SPSS 12.0 version to analyze the effect of the profession of franchise bakery employees on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The statistical techniques used were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result, The self - initiative of the protean career showed an impact of negative(−) on job satisfaction. The higher the number of employees, the higher the degree of self-directed career needs. Second, The self-initiative of the protean career showed an impact of positive (+) on turnover intention. This leads to self-directed career and to finding new jobs. The more you lead yourself, the higher the turnover intention. The academic implications of this study should be to find ways to effectively manage the self-leading Protean career owners who constantly try to develop themselves through value orientation that values individual values and continuous learning and cognitive activities. The implications of this study are as follows. It is necessary to assign a challenging job to employees who have a protean career, to analyze their career obstacles and to resolve their own values. Institutional devices are required to encourage loyalty.
The Effect of Emotional Labor of Hotel Employees on Job Stress, Job Burnout, and Turnover Intention

This study examined how emotional labor of special first-class hotel employees affects role stress, job burnout, and turnover intention. I tried to grasp it. From June 10 to August 10, 2021, a survey was conducted on employees at exceptional first-class hotels located in the Seoul area, the capital of Korea, and 311 copies were used for analysis. The study results are summarized as follows. First, surface behavior and inner behavior during emotional labor significantly affected job characteristics, human relations, and job environment during job stress. Second, job stress had a significant effect on job burnout. Job characteristics significantly impacted emotional exhaustion, human relationships on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal achievement degradation, job environment on depersonalization, and personal achievement. Third, it was found that emotional exhaustion significantly affected the turnover intention during job burnout. Looking at the implications of this study, job characteristics and human relationships had the most significant influence on emotional depletion, and emotional lack affected job turnover intention. As a passionate employee, practical implications were presented: job stress and job burnout of special first-class hotel employees are significant in turnover intention.
In Support of the Non-Derivational Analysis of Korean Ditransitive Constructions

This paper investigates the ditransitive construction in Korean, where both the dative-accusative and accusative-dative orders are permissible interchangeably. Two competing analyses have been proposed to account for the interchangeable orders. The first argues that the dative-accusative order is the base, from which the accusative-dative order is derived through the scrambling of the accusative (NP) over the dative (NP) (Kim, 2008, 2015). The second analysis views the accusative-dative order as the base order, with the dative-accusative order being derived by the scrambling of the dative (NP) over the accusative (NP) (Baek & Lee, 2004). However, upon closer scrutiny, we argue that the evidence provided by both analyses is inconclusive. We provide new evidence suggesting that the two orders are not derivationally related, consistent with Miyagawa’s (1997) view on Japanese ditransitive constructions.
