12세기에 여진족은 金나라를 세우고, 중원을 정복한 후 중원의 문화를 흡수하여 발달한 정권을 건립하였다. 이에 대한 학계의 기존 학설은 여진족이 漢人을 포용하면서 이런 긍정적인 효과를 얻었다고 주장하고 있다. 『金史』와 대비해 볼 때 한인의 영향에 대한 과대한 평가라고 본다. 『금사』에서 ‘漢人’을 추출하여 다시 분석하고, 현재 남아 있는 금석문을 입증사료로 발해의 출신임을 논증하였다. 尙書令 張浩의 父親 張行願의 墓誌銘, 金世宗의 母親 貞懿皇后 李洪願의 墓志銘, 금조 第一 文人 王庭筠의 문집에서 모두 자신이 渤海人이라고 밝히고 있다. 아울러 금조 지배층의 종족구성을 살펴보면 금조 지배층은 漢人보다 渤海유민을 더 많이 포용했다는 주장이 더욱 유력해진다. 장씨, 왕씨, 이씨는 발해 유민임이 분명할뿐더러 동명왕, 고려의 邊將임이 묘지명과 문집을 통해서 더욱 두드러지게 나타났다. 이들은 금조에서 발해유민과의 유대 관계에 대해 강조하면서 금조에서 커다란 영향력을 행사하였다. 在12世紀的東北亞,建立了金國的女眞族,在征服遼宋之后,迅速吸收中原文化构建了高度發達的封建政權。對此學術界的基本論調是女眞族建立政權后,大量吸收漢人加入統治曾,從而得到了這樣的效果。作者在對比了『金史』等史料后,提出是否過分地夸大評價了漢人的影響的問題.。爲此從『金史』將‘漢人’,集中整理后進行分析, 同時通過現存的金石文材料作爲傍證史料論證了這些漢人其實往往具有渤海遺民的身份特点。本文集中分析的金朝尙書令張浩的父親張行願的墓誌銘, 金世宗母親貞懿皇后李洪願的墓志銘, 金朝第一文人王庭筠文集,均對這些渤海人的身世進行了記彔. 据此硏究,作者提出了金國統治階層的種族構成中渤海遺民比漢人發揮了更大的作用的主張. 上述張氏、王氏、李氏等渤海遺民更多的時候以東明王、高麗邊將自居,這在他們的墓誌銘和文集中也得到了反映。同時這些金朝的渤海遺民通過這种紐帶關係,确立了他們在金朝的重要的地位. In the 12th century, the Jurchens founded the Jin dynasty in Northeast Asia. They adopted the Chinese culture immediately and built highly developed state after conquered the Liao and Song dynasties. It has been contended that the Jin state’s achievement was made possible by contributions of the many Han Chinese who joined the Jurchen cause. A close examination of 《The History of the Jin Dynasty》 (Jinshi) and other historical documents, it appears that the influence of the Han Chinese has been greatly exaggerated. the influence of Han Nationality. The extant epigraphic materials also prove that the so-called Han Chinese were actually the people of Parhae (Bohai). This paper specifically focuses on the Epitaph of the father of Zhang Hao, the prime minster of the Jin state, and the Epitaph of the Li Hongyuan, mother of Emperor Shizong, and the famous writer Wang Tingjun. These inscriptions unambiguously state that they were the Parhae people. It is clear that the Jin ruling class had incorporated more Parhae people that the Han Chinese. The Zhang, Wang, and the Li families were descendants of Parhae, and they were able to exercise a great influence at the Jin court.

터널화 술식을 이용한 치근 이개부 병변의 치료: 증례보고

Furcation area has complex anatomy and the furcation involvement of periodontitis impedes accessibility for professional root debridement. Many treatment options can be taken and among them, the tunnel preparation exposes the furcation area surgically and eases cleansing. This study described 3 cases treated by tunnel preparation. Before the treatment, mobility, probing depth and clinical attachment level of the tooth were evaluated and thorough tooth brushing instruction was performed at each visit. After treatment, each patient was followed up by suppotive periodontal treatment. By thorough tooth brushing instruction and supportive periodontal treatment, the treated area were well maintained for each follow-up period. Reduction on mobility, probing depth and clinical attachment level of the teeth were observed. Also improved gingival index and plaque index could be obtained. And no further alveolar bone loss could be identified with radiographic examination. These results provide us with good prognosis of furcation-involved teeth treated with both tunnel preparation and supportive periodontal treatment.
