갈화 약침이 알콜 중독 흰쥐의 치상회에서 신경세포 생성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Puerariae flos herb-acupuncture on hippocampal neural cell proliferation. Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into 4 groups; control group, control with herb-acupuncture group, alcohol group, alcohol with herb-acupuncture group group. Control groups were received with NaCl, while alcohol intoxication groups were injected intraperitoneally with alcohol (2 g/㎏) twice per day for 3 days. Herb-acupuncture groups were injected on Zhongwan (CV 12) for 5 consecutive days. Bromo-deoxyuridine (BrdU) was injected into all animal per day for 5 days. For the detection of BrdU-positive cells in dentate gyrus of hippocampus, immunohistochemistry was performed. In alcohol group, a significant decrease in BrdU-positive cells was observed compared to control group. In alcohol with herb-acupuncture group, BruU-positive cells increased significantly compared to alcohol group. In conclusion, the present results revealed that new cell proliferation is enhanced in the dentate gyros of young Sprague-Dawley rats through Puerariae flos herb-acpuncuture in an acute alcoholic intoxication condition.

Objectives : This study was designed to find out whether normal saline(NS) acupuncture is able to be constituted as an appropriate control group for Cervi Cornu Parvum herbal acupuncture(CC). Methods : NS and CC were injected into Quchi(LI11) of the subjects. The subjects completed a questionnaire rating the intensity of 21 kinds of acupuncture sensation(hurting, penetrating, sharp, aching, intense, spreading, radiating, tingling, pricking, stinging, pulling, heavy, dull, numb, electric, shocking, hot, burning, cool, pulsing, and throbbing) and side effects. We compared subjective evaluations of acupuncture sensation and side effects between two groups. Results : As for CC most of the acupuncture sensation items were not significantly different from NS especially in less acupuncture-experienced subjects (average 2, below 10 time experiences) rather than more acupuncture-experienced subjects(above 10 time experiences). Conclusions : We found that NS might be an appropriate placebo herbal acupuncture for CC in small amount of acupuncture-experienced subjects. Further study is needed for new placebo herbal acupuncture for CC in more acupuncture-experienced subjects.

In this paper, improved mold for protecting the overflow of side seal on LM guide was studied. Side seal is to seal with ball guide and to fix the other parts on assembling. But, overflow on side seal is big damage on LM guide. So, this paper is established the mold design protected overflow and the injected condition for each material such as NBR, FPM and Q according to filling ratio. And then, it is possible to improve the quality of side seal and develop the optimum mold.

The effect of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, is transmitted through Meridian, the passway of Chi. Man and animal have Chi and so they maintain his life through Chi. Therefore this Meridian system is not only in human body but also in animal. So ancestors had treated animal's disease by use of Meridian system. But after inflow of Western medicine, Oriental Veterinary Medicine that treated animal's disease decreased. In this study I surveyed history of Oriental Veterinary Medicine in Korea and China for revival and reconstruction of Oriental Veterinary Medicine and I also researched Veterinary Acupuncture in Western Europe. In China Moxibustion was especially developed than Acupuncture in cows and horses In Korea The ministery of eagle was uniqe and other Oriental Veterinary Medicine was very developed. Recently in Western Europe Veterinary Acupuncture was more researched than Moxibustion. Now in Korea Oriental Medicine and Western Veterinary Medicine is studied individually. But for further development of Oriental Veterinary Medicine cooperation is very necessary between Oriental Medicine and Western Veterinary Medicine.
