        東醫寶鑑에 收錄된 本草의 分類 : 湯液編 木部를 중심으로 Tree of Decoction Part

        The original plants based on in Tree(木部) of Dicoction Part(湯液編) in Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) are classified and systematized as follows by botanical taxonomy. 1) In Tree which consists of 158 articles, 90 kinds of original plants are identified. 2) 90 kinds of original plants recorded in Tree are classified into 4 divisions, 50 families, and 78 genera. 3) According to our comparing cach divisions, Angeospermac is the largest division because it has 73 genera 84 kinds(93.33%), Fungi has 3 kinds(3.33%), Gymnospermae has 2 kinds(2.22%), Lichenes has 1 kind(1.11%) of Usnea longissima ACH(장송라). 4) The original plants of Ogapi(五加皮), Shinyi(辛夷), Chokcho(蜀椒), Jincho(秦椒), Ansikhyang(安息香), Johyup(조葉), Jokagja(조角刺), Dongyap(桐葉) are as follows. Ogapi(五加皮) - Acanthopanax sessiliflorus SEEM.(오갈피나무) Shinyi(辛夷) - Magnolia liliflora DESR. (신이) Chokcho(蜀椒) - Zanthoxylum piperiticum Dc. (좀피나무) Jincho(秦椒) - Zanthoxylum planispinum SIEB. (개산초나무) Ansikhyang(安息香) - Styrax benzoin Dryand. (안식향나무) Johyup(조葉) - Gleditsia japonica MIQ. (주염나무) Jokagja(조角刺) - Gleditsia sinensis LAM. (조각자나무) Dongyap(桐葉) - Paulownia tomentosa STEUD. (참오동나무)

        대학생 산학실습 속성 만족도의 사회적 지원 조절효과에 따른 진로 결정영향

        For students majoring in hospitality industry, the opportunity of practical training in the field can be described as a professional training course to establish an identity as a professional employee and learn practical skills and qualifications required in the field. The identity of the hospitality industry profession lets students form the correct values, improve their business performance capabilities to ultimately enable them to provide effective and efficient services to customers, and helps them grow to hospitality industry professionals with professional skills and capabilities. To summarize the study results, that the students majoring in the hospitality industry feel satisfied with their major is shown to decision making and pendency in their career decision making, however, the students' importance and satisfaction in the prospect of major looks still low, and we can realize that an education on the prospect of hospitality industry is not being done yet. In addition, in order to train professional manpower the industry requests, providing only a practical training program has a limitation. To do this, the satisfaction and importance about training students, the subject of practical training are realized, and improvement strategy focused on the problems of practical training should be presented to perform the program more efficiently.

        東醫寶鑑에 收錄된 本草의 分類 : 1. 湯液編 殼部를 중심으로 1. Grain of Decoction Part

        The original plants based on in Grain(毅部) of Dicoction Part(湯液編) in Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) classified and systematized as follows by botanical taxonomy. 1) Among 33 articles of Grain, 30 articles' origins are identified, and 20 kinds of original plants are included in them. ; Alcohol(酒) of Grain has 33 articles and 20 articles' origins are identified. 2) Most glutinous rice(Oryza sativa L.var.glutinosa MATSUMURA) is used for wine and wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) is usually into yeast cake(Nuruk;麴) 3) 38 kinds of original plants recorded in Grain are classified into 2 Divisions, 17 families, 37 genera, and 38 kinds. 4) Italian millets(Setaria italica BEAUV.) and broomcorn millets(Panicum miliaceum L.) are called in many different names(synonyms) here. 5) Among the 66 articles, wheat(Triticum aestivum L.), occupying 12 articles, is most frequently dealt with (18.1%), glutinous rice(Oryza sativa L.var.glutinosa MATSUMURA), having 10 articles, holds the second place(15.2%), and soybean(Glycine max MERR.) takes up 6 articles(9.1%). 6) Gramineae and Leguminosae having many genera are chief grain.

        The original plants based on in Vegetable(菜部) of Dicoction Part(湯液編) in Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) are classified and systematized as follows by botanical taxonomy. 1) In Vegetable which consists of 124 articles, 69 kinds of original plants are identified. 2) 69 kinds of original plants recorded in Vegetable are classified into 6 divisions, 31 families, and 53 genera. 3) According to our comparing each divisions, Angeospermae is the largest division because it has has 41 genera 57 kinds(82.61%), Phaeophyta and Fungi has 4 kinds(5.89%) each, Pteridophyta has 2 kinds(2.90%), Chlorophyta has 1 kind(1.45%) of Codium fragile (SUR.) HAR.(청각), and Lichenes has 1 kind(1.45%) of Umblicaria esculenta (MIYOSHI) MINKS(石耳). 4) The original plants of Baeggae(白芥),Gogeo(苦거), Chumho(甛瓠), Goho(苦瓠), Und-ae(芸大), Baegchae(白菜), Haedae(海帶), Gonpo(昆布) are as follows.         The plants in the part of herbs(草部) of Decoction Part(湯液編) in Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) are classified and systematized as follows by botanical taxonomy. 1) In herbs which consists of 267 articles, 197 kinds of original plants are identified. 2) 197 kinds of original plants recorded in herbs are classified into 5 divisions, 8 classes, 5 subclasses, 42 orders, 75 families, 165 genera, 172 species with 1 subspecies, 23 varieties and 1 form. 3) According to our comparing each divisions, Angiospermae is the largest division because it has 155 genera 187 kinds(94.92%), Pteridophyta has 7 kinds(3.55%), Fungi has 1 kind(0.51%) of Lasiosphaera fenzlii REICH.         본초강목 수재생약의 식물분류학적 고찰 : I. 초부편

        The plant entries in the part of herbs in Ben Cao Gang Mu<Bon-chokang-mok(本草綱目)> was classified according to the protocols of Engler and other botanists. Total numbers of plant written in Chinese names were 635. Among them only 432 entries were able to be classified by elucidation of several references. They were classified as eight Divisions, 13 Classes, nine Subclasses, 60 Orders, 38 Suborders, 119 Families, 304 Genera, 377 Species with 25 Varieties and one Forma. According to the category of division, the Angiospermae was the largest group of 94 Families, 276 Genera, 348 Species, 24 Varieties and one Forma, whereas only one Genus and one Species was belonged to Fungi and the Gymnospermae. Other 203 entries were unable to be classified because of their ambiguities in name.

      • Brevibacterium sp. EL-0272S에 의한 환경오염물질 Diaminododecane 資化에 관한 硏究

        Thirty microorganisms capable of utilizing diaminododecane were isolated from the soil by enrichment culture technique. One of these isolated strains was designated EL-0272S and identified as the genus Brevibacterium from the results of morphological,cultural,and biochemical tests. This isolated strain was named temporaily Brevibacterium sp. EL-0272S. Brevibacterium sp. EL-0272S was tested for ability to utilize different kinds of substituted alkanes containing cyan, amine, chloro, and thiol groups (monoterminally or diterminally substituted) as carbon source. Pentamethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine, laurylamine, n-decane, and alkane derivatives containing cyan, chloro, and thiol guoups were not utilized by Brebibacterium sp. EL-0272S. The alkane derivatives that did not serve as growth substrates were tested further in oxidation tests using resting cell preparations of Brevibacterium sp. EL-0272S. The most remarkable substrate that was being oxidized was dichlorodecane containing chloro groups diterminally. The metabolic products formed from diaminododecane by Brevibacterium sp. EL-0272S were acid compounds containing carboxyl group and not containing amine group. On the thin layer chromatography, Rf value of these metabolic products was different from that of the products formed by Corynebacterium sp.DAD 2-3. These results suggested the specificity of diaminododecane as carbon source.
