계단보행훈련과 경사로보행훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 보행능력에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: The Purpose of this study was on determine whether stair gait exercise and lamp gait exercise might increase the gait ability of the patients with stroke METHODS: Fourty five patients with stroke were randomly assigned to plane gait exercise group(n=15) and ramp gait exercise group(n=15) and stair gait exercise group(n=15). During four weeks, each group participated thirty minutes for five times per week. Subjects were assessed using pre-value and post-value measurement gait ability (Step length, Heel to heel base of support, Step time, Double support ratio, Gait velocity). RESULTS: These finding suggest that stair gait exercise group was significant in Step length, Heel to heel base of support, Step time, Double support ratio, Gait velocity(p<.05). And lamp gait exercise group was only significant increase in Step time, Gait velocity (p<.05). In comparison of three group, stair gait exercise group was high gait ability than other two groups (p>.05). CONCLUSION: This study showed stair gait exercise group can be used to improve gait ability than other two groups. Thus it indicates that the stair gait exercise group will be more improved through the continued gait program.

현대의 서사소설은 젠더적 시각과 일상의 시각이 잘 어우러져 현대 여성의 일상서사가 풍부하고 다양하다는 특징을 보인다. 池莉는 중국 신사실주의 창시자 중 한 명으로 여성의 시각으로 일상의 다양함을 잘 묘사해냈다. 페미니즘과 일상생활을 모두 중시하는 池莉의 소설을 분석하면서, 그녀가 서구 페미니즘 비판사상의 영향을 깊이 받았고, 또한 독특한 서사 풍격을 가지고 있어서 문학의 심미적인 세속화 전환이 비교적 뚜렷하게 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 여성주의 시각으로 보면, 池莉 신시대 소설의 일상생활에 대한 묘사는 여성의 일상생활 의식의 변천에 뿌리를 두고 있어서, 일상생활에서 소재를 찾고 湘방언을 사용하여 湖北省 사람들의 일상생활 진면목을 있는 그대로 드러내고 있다.독특한 시각과 내재적인 직관으로 여성의 심리와 생명성을 그려낸 池莉의 소설은 페미니즘 비판과 문학적인 실천의 전형으로 文學敍事에서 독특한 가치를 지닌다.

Biofuel based on available biomass in rural area could contribute to increase the vitality and income of rural residents. This study estimates the potential production and environmental benefits of biofuel production from surplus rice, rice straw, cow manure, and food waste in South Korea. We could produce about 2.4 billion liters of ethanol using surplus rice and rice straw and 841 million $m^3$ of methane from cow manure and food waste. 1.7 billion liters of gasoline and 800 million liters of diesel could be replaced with these potential biofuel productions, which can annually reduce 4.9 million ton $CO_2$ eq. GHGs.

While the need for analyzing and interpreting agricultural logistics are becoming more and more prominent with the rapid changes within the agricultural environment, previously mathematical models have been proved to have its limitations due to the unpredictable traits of agriculture itself and finding the adequate simulation model is not easy. Therefore, in this research, the tank model that has been used to analyze the rainfall-runoff in watersheds, was used to develop a logistics model for estimating shipment by agricultural production. The model was certified by wholesale market data of garlic.
