중국의 보험시장에는 전통 보험사의 직영 플랫폼, 종합적인 전자상거래 플랫폼, 전문 보험중개 모델, 보험 겸업대리점 모델, 전문 인터넷보험 모델 등 5개 비즈니스 유형이 있다. 본 논문은 유형별 대표적인 회사를 선정하여 사례분석을 진행하고, 각 모델의 장점 및 한계점을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 종합적인 전자 상거래 플랫폼 및 전문 인터넷 보험사 모델은 앞으로 중요한 인터넷보험 운영 모델이 될 것으로 전망된다. 사용자 수와 트래픽면에서 타오바오와 같은 종합적인 전자 상거래 플랫폼 모델이 큰 우세를 보이고 있으며, 전문 인터넷 보험 사 모델은 혁신적인 제품에 기반한 경쟁력이 우수하다고 볼 수 있다. Insurance companies or third-party companies insurance are providers of internet insurance product and its service online to customers. There have been five types of business model in China: direct management platform of traditional insurance companies, comprehensive e-commerce platform, professional insurance intermediary, sideline insurance agency, and professional internet insurance. In this papers, each representative company was selected from those five models and analyzed its strength and weakness; and then solutions for current problems in the field were proposed.

최근 특허 출원량 예측 시스템을 통해 정확한 결과를 얻기 위하여, Cross-Validation 알고리즘을 이용한 Support Vector Machine (SVM)의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 데이터 실험 결과 본 논문의 제안된 방법이 BP 신경망과 RBF 신경망보다 높은 예측의 정확도와 강건한 일반화 능력을 보여주며, 이에 특허 출원량을 예측하는 것이 가능하였고 보다 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.

This article briefly examines the liability regime of international multimodal transport followed by introduction of international and national multimodal transport legal system. After reviewing the status of multimodal transport liability regimes, this article concluded that the revision of the MT Convention was not a feasible option. And that the harmonization of liability rules could be achieved through the incorporation of self-regulatory provisions into private contract. The main purpose of this article is to study Chinese Multimodal legal regime. The laws and regulations dealing with multimodal transport in China are contained in `the Maritime Code 1993 Chapter IV Section 8 Special Provisions Regarding Multimodal Transport Contract` and `the Contract Law 1999 Chapter 17 Section 4 Contracts for Multimodal Transportation`. It is understood that in principle, the relevant provisions of the Contract Law 1999 apply to all contracts, including contracts for multimodal transport. However, according to article 123 of chapter 8 of the same law: "If there are provisions as otherwise stipulated in respect to contracts in other laws, such provisions shall be followed." It appears that the multimodal transport contracts for carriage of goods involving a sea leg are governed by the provisions of the Maritime Code 1993. They do not, therefore, fall within the ambit of "other laws" referred to in article 123 of the Contract Law. Thus any provisions therein contrary to those of the Maritime Code or the Contract Law will be considered null and void. As there are no provisions dealing with multimodal tranport in rail, road or civil aviation laws, the multimodal transport without a sea leg will be subject to the provisions of the section 4, chapter 17 of the Contract Law, article 311 of which provides for a strict liability system for the MTO in case of concealed damage where the stage of transport in which the loss or damage took place cannot be ascertained. It is, therefore, proposed to examine the relevant provisions of these laws and regulations.

유가는 중국문화를 만들어낸 중요한 요소로서, 전통문화의 중요한 가치관념을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 또한 동아시아 여러 나라의 문화적 함의의 기초 가운데 하나이자, 유학 풍습과 인문적 색채를 드러내었다. 유가는 공자 이후로부터, 공문 제자들이 공자의 철학사상과 인문적 가치를 전승하였으며, 각 왕조, 각 지역 지식계층의 해석과 정착 이후의 철학적 발양을 거쳐, 점차 동아시아 지역에서 다양한 유가 풍습을 이루었다. 그 가운데 전통으로부터 현대에 이르기까지, 유가는 집단 인륜 생활의 가치단계에 속하는 “공명혜(共命慧)”를 주도하고 있으며, 또한 지역화 과정에서 형성된 “자증혜(自證慧)”를 수반하고 있다. “공명혜”의 각도로부터 말하자면, 이것은 곧 유학의 보편성을 드러내는 것이며, 세계 어디에서나 꼭 들어맞는 가치전통을 말하는 것이다. 또한 “자증혜”에 대하여 말하자면, 이것은 곧 유학이 각 지역에서 지역화가 된 이후에 형성된 특수성을 일컫는 것이며, 또한 각 민족의 문화정신이라 말할 수 있다. 본문의 요지는 유학 경전 속에 담겨 있는 “공명혜”와 “자증혜”의 내용을 탐구하는 것이다. 유학은 오늘날 동아시아 문명 발전에 있어서 제공하는 가치가 있는가? 혹은 동아시아 융합 사유와 문명가치체계 가운데 하나로서의 유학은 여전히 훌륭한 가치를 지니고 있는가? Confucianism is an important factor that has created Chinese culture. It not only provided important values of traditional culture, but also became one of the foundations of the cultural connotations of various East Asian countries, and displaying Confucian customs and humanities characteristics. After Confucius, He’s disciples inherited his philosophical ideas and humanities values, and later, various Confucian customs were gradually created throughout East Asia through the interpretation and development of various dynasties and regions. To the present day, Confucianism leads the so-called Gong-ming hui(共命慧) that belongs to the value concept of the group s moral life, and it also involves the so-called Zi-zheng hui(自证慧) formed in the course of localization. From the angle of the Gong-ming hui(共命慧), it is what highlights the universality of studying abroad, and refers to a tradition of values that fits right anywhere in the world. And from the angle of Zi-zheng hui(自证慧) , it refers to the specificity formed after Confucianism was localized in each region, and is also the cultural spirit of each nation. The main topic of the paper is researching specific contents of “Gong-ming hui” and “Zi-zheng hui” inherent in Confucian’s classics. Is Confucianism worth providing in the development of East Asian civilization today? Or, As one of the reasons for East Asian convergence and the value system of civilization, is Confucianism still of great value? The focus of the research relates to these questions.
