문화관광 요소를 활용한 전통시장 활성화 정책효과 분석연구: 첫걸음시장과 문화관광형시장을 중심으로

요약: 본 연구는 상업의 중심지일 뿐 아니라 문화관광의 자산이기도 한 전통시장에 대한 정부 정책 개입의 효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구의 자료는 구조화된 설문을 토대로 리서치 전문업체에 의뢰하여 2022년 추진된 전통시장 지원사업에 참여했던 시장을 대상으로 2022년 10월 1일부터 30일까지 조사하였으며, 조사대상은 해당 시장을 방문한 총 3,070명을 유효표본으로 획득하였다. 전통시장을 문화관광의 자원으로 활성화하기 위한 정부의 정책에 초점을 맞춰서 분석을 진행하였다. 이를 위해 특성화시장육성사업 중 문화관광형시장육성사업과 첫걸음시장육성사업 대상지의 방문 고객을 대상으로 로짓분석을 통해 효과를 측정하였다. 첫째, 방문한 시장이 첫걸음시장육성사업 또는 문화관광형시장육성사업 대상지 여부에 대한 인식과 시장 활성화에 도움 정도, 그리고 전반적인 만족도에 대해 문화관광형시장의 평균값이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문화관광형시장 방문객이 첫걸음시장에 비해 카드결제와 원산지표시 항목에서 개선효과가 있으며(1% 유의수준), 위생청결, 안전관리, 문화콘텐츠개발, 대표상품개발 항목도 개선효과가 있는 것(1% 유의수준)으로 나타났다. 전통시장을 관광목적지로 조성하기 위해서 정부는 고객편의, 상품서비스, 문화관광 콘텐츠 발굴 등 다양한 측면에서 종합적인 정책을 마련하고 지원해야 하겠다. Abstract: This study examined the effect of government policy interventions on traditional markets, which serve not only as commercial hubs but also as cultural tourism assets. The data for this study were collected from October 1 to October 30, 2022 by a research company using a structured questionnaire. The survey participants were consumers with prior experience shopping in Korean traditional markets, yielding a total of 3,070 valid samples. The analysis focused on government initiatives aimed at revitalizing traditional markets as cultural tourism resources. The effect was measured by applying logit analysis to survey results from customers visiting the target areas of the Cultural Tourism Market Development Project and the First Step Market Development Project among specialized market development endeavors. First, the average value of the cultural tourism market was found to be high in terms of awareness of the market targeted by the First Step Market Development Project and the Cultural Tourism Market Development Project, as were the extent of assistance in revitalizing the traditional market, and overall satisfaction. Second, compared to the First Step Market, the Cultural Tourism Market exhibited significant improvement in terms of card payment and country of origin labeling (1% significance level). Furthermore, improvements were observed in hygiene and cleanliness, safety management, cultural content development, and representative product development (1% significance level). To transform traditional markets into tourist destinations, the Korean government must formulate comprehensive policies and provide support across various aspects, including customer convenience, product-related services, and exploration of cultural tourism content.

웹 기반 원격 입출력 제어장치의 설계

Remote I/O control and PC based automation system has been insufficient in its capabilities of handling large data, remote data communication, and integration with other systems. In this study, we develope web based image capturing, monitoring and digital I/O Control system, which has client/server architecture with specially designed control and management software. A system collects and integrates images and controls data from/to various CCD, IR sensor, and actuator in remote areas and stores data in database maintaining high quality of remote I/O informations. It provides the centralized real time data access, analysis and remote control with various internet based management applications.

EUREKA-147 표준에 기반한 DAB 수신용 모듈의 설계

DAB can carry not only CD-quality stereo sound but also text and images In this study, we designed DAB tuner module based on Eureka-147 standard. This combines two advanced digital technologies for achieve robust and spectrum-efficient transmission of high-quality audio and other multimedia data. For the DAB module, MPEG Audio Layer II system and COFDM(Coded Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) technologies are adopted. Results show a bit rate of up to 1.5 Mbit/s by full rate audio sampling of 48,000 samples/s and spread the 2.3 million bits of the multiplexed signal in time and across 1,536 distinct frequencies within the 1.5 MHz band, so that even if some frequencies are affected by interference, the receiver will still be able to recover the original sound in full.

스포츠센터 관계마케팅 실행요인이 관계품질, 구매행동에 미치는 영향

The meaning of this research work lies in providing useful basic resources which can be utilized in the strategic respect of internal marketing by investigating how sports center customer in relation to relationship marketing implement factors on relationship quality and purchasing behavior, and by identifying how their service orientation affect business performance taking service quality as parameter. Customer of sports centers in Chungnam region were selected as the subjects of this survey and 248 participants were sampled by Convenience Sampling Method. Resulting data were processed by Frequency Analysis, Exploratory Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis using SPSS 11.0 program. The results from these research methods and analyses revealed the followings: First, results from regression analysis of performance factors of relationship marketing and relations quality revealed that customer-relations orientation, responsiveness and incentive had significant influences on reliability, and that customer-relations orientation and responsiveness, on involvement. Second, results from regression analysis of performance factors of relationship marketing and purchase behavior exhibited that incentive had a significant influence on repurchase intention, and that responsiveness and incentive, on positive word of mouth. Third, results from regression analysis of relationship quality and purchase behavior revealed that there were significant influences of all variables including reliability and involvement on repurchase intention and positive word of mouth.

현대 레슬링 경기의 이념 연구

Fundamental philosophy and belief that lie beneath wrestling game is a fighting spirit, As a matter of fact, this core spirit within it, which is to be understood by the whole world who witnesses true content of a game, enables a match which far fetches man's physical and technical limitation with unlimited will and indomitable fighting spirit that exist throughout the game. Such spirit and belief are firmly engraved in all objectives throughout the creation of history, which consists of the beginning of wrestling match and the sportsmanship, in order to apprise the fundamental belief of wrestling, a revision and compromise were more than necessary. Hence through certain procedure, all factors were set up to satisfy both players in the game who were to match under even condition. A match between evenly weighted players, point count through actual match and a selection of a finalist via calculation of cumulative technical points are all part of an impartial procedure in wrestling games. Judging system maintains the method which instantly gives out points decided upon a majority rule among the agreed group of judges of the evaluation of wrestler's technical skill. Through this system, wrestling aims so make matches and wrestlers that can express the aggressive and spontaneous will of iron not the defensiveness and to understand their meaning. In order to achieve the objective of this strategy, modern wrestling recommends only the aggressive style of match. For this purpose, firstly, based on[Total Wrestling] theory, continuously perform aggressive and technically valued Hold technique throughout the match, secondly, based on [Universal Wrestling] theory, requires total varieties of technical skills and strategies in every possible position and move, and thirdly, based on[Risk Wrestling] theory, recommends to adopt a large scale technical skill used upon challenging bold, and courageous judgement. Here, we can clearly analyzed the philosophy of today's modern wrestling by understanding its objective, which is to successfully composite all three theories in wrestling games hence bring out the matches and players, who can reach highly aesthetic and artistic level of performance that use continuously developing new technical skill and strategy which would prevent boredom.

중학교 레슬링 선수와 일반 학생간의 기초체력 분석 연구

The purpose of this study was to compare two group of middle school students, one group of wrestlers and another group of regular students, in their levels of physical fitness. For the methods of this study, 7 wrestlers(group 1: G1) and 7 regular students (group 2: G2) were tested by basic physical fitness test and the data were analyzed by t-test to identity the significant differencer between two groups. The results of this study are as follow: 1. In the test results of muscular strength, abdominal muscular strength of G1 showed higher than G2(G1=69.78±43.05㎏, G2=61.35±42.94㎏) that there was a significant difference between two groups (p<.05). In the test results of ball throwing, there was a significant difference between G1 and G2 (G1=45.14±2.21, G2=41.71±3.79, p<.05). 2. In shuttle run test results, there was a significant difference between G1 and G2 (G1=5.48±0.12 sec, G2=6.45±1.14 sec, p<.05). There was no significant difference in the test of horizontal jump and 50m dash between two group. 3. In the test results of sit-up to examine muscular endurance, there was a significant difference between two groups (G1=46.57±3.45, G2=42.71±3.81, p<.05). In the test results of 1,000m run, there was a significant difference between two group (G1=3min35sec±7.46, G2=4min26sec±9.43, p<.05). 4. In the test results of sit and reach, there was no significant difference between the means of two groups. G1 showed 14.11±4.29㎝ and G2 showed 13.33±5.03㎝. 5. In the test results of agility examined by side step, there was a significant difference between two groups (G1=11.57±1.23 times, G2=9.57 times, p<.05). 6. In the test of results of balance of balance examined by one leg standing with closed eyes, there was no significant difference G1 and G2 showed 28.46±13.36㎝ and G2 showed 27.37㎝..

ATM Migration을 위한 FDDI LAN의 Topology적 분석

Asynchronous Transfer Mode(ATM) has a fixed-length packet tranport scheme. It's one of promising proposals in Internet and Broadband ISDN(B-ISDN) for multimedia services. For the access high speed packet data, the traditional FDDI LAN must improved their banwith and traffic control scheme. Topological analysis is one of solution for this problems. In this paper, we suggest a Switched LAN method which improves the transfer speed and network efficience with minor environment change, and discuss various problems and their soultions we have encountered in designing and implementing the ATM migration for traditional FDDI LAN. The proposed scheme is compared with the existing Ethernet bus topology and FDDI ring topology through experiments. The experiment environment is designed highlight the cost efficient, improve data collision and transfer speed. Experimen results show that the proposed star topology Switched LAN scheme performs better when the ring FDDI LAN environment.

ITS 시스템의 DSRC 기술 표준에 관한 연구

This paper describes the Requirements Specification of DSRC(Decidated Short Range Communication) for ITS (Intelligence Transportation System) in matching industry solutions to government wishes. Research are focuses on the ITS application for DSRC and discusses the current status of the air interface standards being prepared by North American version 7, European CEN TC278 WG7 and Japanese draft standard ISO TC 204 WG15 which will be proposed. Proposed physical specifications would be to do high speed packet data communica- tion such as Electronic Toll Collection(ETC), Traffic Information, Route Guidance, Fleet Management which will be provided by single On-Board Equipment (OBE).

만삭 전 조기양막파수 임산부에서의 CRP 측정에 관한 연구

1996년 6월 1일부터 1996년 12월 31일까지 7개월간 대구 파티마병원 산부인과에 입원한 임신 24주에서 36주 사이의 조기양막파수 임산부 70예를 실험군으로, 같은 재태 기간의 임산부 20예를 대조군으로 하여 만삭전 조기양막파수 임산부에서의 CRP 측정의 의의를 조사하여, 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 조기양막 파수군에서는 CRP 음성이 74.3% CRP 양성이 25.7%, 대조군에서는 CRP 음성이 95% CRP 양성이 5%로 나타났다. 2. 연령, 분만 횟수, 내원시 임신 주수에서는 group I, group II와 대조군 사이의 유의한 차이가 없었으나, Bishop score에서는 group I 5.5±1.6, group II 6.6±1.7 로 서 두군 모두에서 대조군 3.6±1.0보다 유의하게 높았다. 3. 입원 당시 임산부 혈색소치는 group II에서만 10.6 ±1.3 g/dl로 대조군 11.8±1.1g/dl 보다 유의하게 낮았으며, 백혈구 수치는 group I 11,417.1±2,419.0/ mm3, group II 14,016.7±3,077.1/mm3로 대조군 10,484.5±1,827.2/mm3 보다 모두 유의하게 높게 측정되었다. 4. 임신 지연기간 또한 group I 12.8±10.3일, group II 6.8±7.2일로 대조군의 54.8±17.0일보다 모두 유의하게 짧았다. 5. 분만 형태로는 조기양막파수군에서 질식분만 77.1%, 제왕절개분만 22.9%이었고, 대조군에서는 질식분 만 85%, 제왕절개분만이 15%이었다. 6. 신생아 평균체중은 group I, group II에서 각각 2,245.8±451.6 g, 2,017.8±558.0 g으로 대조군 3,332.0± 394.8 g에 비해 모두 유의하게 적었으며, 분만시 Apgar 점수에서도 1분 Apgar점수는 group I, group II 모두 대조 군보다 낮았지만, 5분 Apgar 점수는 CRP 양성인 group II 에서만 대조군보다 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 주산기 이환 및 사망률은 group I이 9.62%, 7.69%, group II가 22.2%, 16.7%로 대조군의 5%, 0%보다 유의하 게 높았다. 7. CRP의 융모양막염의 진단에 있어서의 민감도 및 특이도는 각각 83%, 80%이었다. Objective: To evaluate the role of C-reactive protein as a predictor of infectious morbidity with premature rupture of membranes. Study Design: The study group was comprised of seventy patients who presented to the Taegu Fatima Hospital between 24∼36 gestational weeks who had a diagnosis of ruptured membranes. The study group underwent assay of C-reactive protein in the maternal serum, and divided into two groups by the results of CRP, that is 52 cases of CRP negative PROM patients (group I), 18 cases of CRP positive PROM patients (group II), and 20 cases of intact membranes women as a control group. Outcome measures were the occurrence of preterm delivery, the admission-to-delivery interval, maternal characteristics, fetal body weight, 1min & 5min Apgar score, perinatal morbidity and mortality etc. Statistical analyses were performed by means of ANOVA test and Dunnett`s T-test. Results: 1. The prevalence of positive C-reactive protein in premature rupture of membranes was 74.3%. 2. There were no significant differences of age, parity, gestational weeks at admission between group I, II and control group. 3. White blood cell count of group I, II were significantly higher than that of control group. 4. The delay of time from admission to delivery in group I, II were significantly shorter than that of control group. 5. In perinatal outcomes, the mean birth weight, 1 min/5 min Apgar score of group I, II were significantly lower than those of control group, and perinatal morbidity and mortality of group I, II were significantly higher than those of control group. 6. Chorioamnionitis was found in 6 cases of premature rupture of membranes and the sensitivity and specificity of CRP as a test to predict of pathological placental infection were 83% and 80%. Conclusion: C-reactive protein level is a very sensitive predictor of infectious morbidity in premature rupture of membranes.

대학방송의 현실

대학언론이 우리의 캠퍼스에서 중요한 자리를 차지하고 있어야 하지만 그렇지 못한 현실 속에서 두서없이 안타까운 마음으로 이 글을 써 내려갔다. 또한, 충남대학교 방송국이 대학문화의 창달과 대학인의 인격함양에 일익을 담당해야만 하는데 그렇지 못한 것에 대하여 깊이 반성하는 의미에서도 여러 가지를 생각해 보았다. 그러나 분명한 것은 세월이 아무리 변해도 CNUBS의 울림은 대덕골을 떠나지 않을 것이라는 것이다. 울리는 소리가 공허한 메아리로 우리의 귓가를 스쳐 지나는 것이 아니라 진실된 울림으로 받아들이기 위해서 끊임없는 노력과 반성이 필요하다.
