도로터널 내/외부의 영상휘도 측정기 연구개발

본 논문은 터널 조명 시스템을 적절하게 운영하기 위하여, 터널 내부/외부의 휘도를 측정하는 영상휘도계의 개발 내용을 소개한다. 터널을 측정하는 국제규격 CIE88의 L20법 및 광막법이 구현 가능하도록 개발하였으나 현재 주로 적용되는 L20법을 위주로 실험하였다. 독립적 운영을 위하여 컴퓨터가 내장되었으며 외부와는 이더넷 통신으로 연결된다. 내부에 자동 온도조절 기능과 앞면유리의 열선과 와이퍼 시스템이 구축되었다. 정확한 휘도 측정을 위하여 노출시간과 휘도량에 따른 비선형 특성을 보정하는 수식이 적용되었다. 개발된 휘도계의 공인기관 교정결과는 1%미만의 오차를 보여주었다. 개발된 휘도계를 이용하여 실제 터널에서 실험을 하였고, 실험결과 기준 휘도계측기들과 유사한 특성을 보였으며, 매우 안정적으로 작동함을 볼 수 있었다. 다만, 부분적 고휘도로 인한 센서 포화에 의한 측정오차를 해결하는 과제는 남아 있다. This paper introduces the development of imaging luminance meter which measures the luminances of external/internal road tunnel. The developed imaging luminance meter complies with both L20 method and Veiling luminance method of the international standards, CIE88. In this paper the L20 method is mainly presented because most of tunnels currently adapt L20 method. The developed system has an embedded computer to operate at stand-alone. The system has a ethernet port, a heater, a fan, a defroster, a wiper and sun shielder. Compensation algorithm is applied for correcting non-linear responses to the luminance and integration time. The accuracy of measurement is less than 1% when it calibrated at the public certification institute. The developed system was also tested at the real field, road tunnel. The test results were very similar with the reference luminance meter and showed that the developed system operates well at the real field. Partial sensor saturations were happened to show the less luminance, because there were the high reflecting objects in the real field. Further study should be followed for high luminance measurement.

최근 고성능 컴퓨터의 일반인 보급률 향상은 홈스튜디오의 확산을 이끌고 있고, 기존의 아날로그 기반 스튜디오들의 전반적인 디지털 시스템으로의 전환을 자극하고 있다. 컴퓨터 기반에서 음향 및 음악을 제작할 수 있는 시스템을 DAW(Digital Audio Workstation)이라 한다. 지금까지 DAW를 완성시키는 중추인 시퀀서 프로그램은 네트워크 또는 온라인 실시간 작업에 취약한 모습을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 네트워크 기능과 온라인 실시간 작업을 보완해 줄 수 있는 모듈을 개발함으로써 기존의 DAW 시스템을 보완하고 각 종단 시스템 아키텍쳐를 재설계하려 한다. DAW 시스템에서 음악신호 전송의 표준인 MIDI(Musical Instrument Digital Interface) 메시지를 분석 후 Ethernet 기반의 Protocol을 통하여 전송, 연결함으로써 기존시스템의 확장성, 응용성을 보완하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the importance of marine leisure sports event holding through the development of marine facility to the awareness of citizens and intentions to cooperate. In order to achieve these objectives, SPSSWIN 18.0 used after given to a sampling 214 people as purposive sampling method who residing in Jeongok port located in Jeongok-ri, Seosin-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do where marine leisure sports event held from June to July in 2012. First, the result of multiple regression analysis to investigate the importance of the marine leisure sports events held any influence on the consciousness of local residents, the importance of economy/industry factors may significantly affect on self-esteem, social/cultural factors effect on self-esteem, identify and dynamicity. Second, the result of multiple regression analysis to investigate the importance of the marine leisure sports events held to any influence on cooperative intention, the importance of social/cultural factors effects on cooperative intention. Third, the result of multiple regression analysis to investigate the consciousness of local residents in accordance with marine leisure sports event held, the self-esteem and identity of local residents consciousness have a significant effect on cooperative intention.

As the consciousness of value is changing from the collectivism to individualism in the modern Korean, the purpose of this study was to analyze which group of university students, athletic students and non-athletic ordinary students, would show higher tendency to the collectivists value, based an studies conducted previously. And, the population-social factors that determine the formation of the value consciousness with other people(such as family, relative, friend, neighbors)were compared and analyzed to establish a more academic order. And, in order to provide the theory and information, the questionnaire, originally used by Hui(1998), was adapted and made to achieve the following results from a total of 870 students, 457 athletic students and 413 ordinary students. 1. Comparison and analysis between the male groups 1) In their consciousness of value against their family, the results were athletic players (4.24±0.39) ordinary students (l3.92±0.42) showing athletic players a higher tendency to show collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.0.1) compared to ordinary students. 2) In their consciousness of value against their relative, y, the results were athletic players (4.09±0.42) ordinary students (3.90±0.37) showing athletic players a higher tendency to show collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.05) compared to ordinary students. 3) In their consciousness of value against their family, the results were athletic players (4.16±0.34) ordinary students (3.99±0.47) showing athletic players a higher tendency to show collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.05) compared to ordinary students. 4) In their consciousness of value against their neighbors, the results were athletic players (4.08±0.42) ordinary students (3.89±0.14) slowing athletic players a higher tendency to show collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.05) compared to ordinary students. 5) By analyzing the 4 categories to test the consciousness of value of athletic players and ordinary students, we resulted in athletic players (4.14±0.39) ordinary students (3.92±0.42) showing that athletic players showed a higher tendency to collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.01) compared with the ordinary student. 2. Comparison and analysis between the female groups 1) In their consciousness of value against their family, the results were female athletic players (4.28±0.28) ordinary students (3.89±0.37) showing athletic players a higher tendency to show collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.001) compared to ordinary students. 2) In their consciousness of value against their relative, the results were female athletic players (4.14±0.33) ordinary students (3.90±0.45.) showing athletic players a higher tendency to show collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.01) compared to ordinary students. 3) In their consciousness of value against their friends, to results were female athletic players (4.25±0.19) ordinary students (3.93±0.44) showing athletic players a higher tendency to show collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p< .001) compared to ordinary students. 4) In their consciousness of value against their neighbors, the results were female athletic players (4.11±0.43) ordinary students (3.88±0.44) showing athletic players a higher tendency to show collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.05) compared to ordinary students. 5) By analyzing the 4 categories to test the consciousness of value of athletic players and ordinary students, we resulted in female athletic players (4.20±0.77) ordinary female students (3.90±0.41) showing that athletic players showed a higher tendency to collectivism consciousness of value with a significant difference (p<.0l) compared to ordinary students. 6)
