Objective : Auricular acupuncture is a method of treatment that involves needling the ear in order to produce relief of symptoms. This concept was first developed by P.Nogier, french doctor and referred to as somatotopic representation. Many authors have commented the fact that the vagus nerve supplies the external auditory and the concha. The aim of this randomised, single blind study was to investigate whether auricular acupuncture of the ear produced changes in the pulse rate, an indicator of vagal tone. Methods: 10 healthy man volunteers were divided into normal and epinephrine stimulation group. Then each group was divided into vagus area acupuncture and control area acupuncture group again. Epinephrine stimulation group was injected by epinephrine 0.3cc twice, first. All of them were needled in either the vagus area or control area of the ear, and pulse rate changes were measured by patient monitor over 1 hour. Results : In the epinephrine stimulation group, there was significant differences in the pulse rate change between vagus area acupuncture and control area acupuncture group. After injection of epinephrine, the basal pulse rate was increased 1.3~1.4 times in the control group. However, in the vagus area acupuncture group the basal pulse rate was increased only 1.1~1.2 times.

PyoBon GeunGyul - one of the twelve regular meridians theory - play a important role on the principle of point selection and point prescription in acumoxibustion. PyoBon explain the connection of the concentration and diffusion of channel qi, GeunGyul explain the relation of both poles of channels flow. So, Geun and Bon means the starting point of channel qi, and Pyo and Gyul means the terminal point of channel qi. But the flow of channel qi on PyoBon GeunGyul different from today's circulation courses of twelve regular channels based on Kyungmaek(經脈) chapter of Youngchu. Thus this study investigate the contents of PyoBon GeunGyul and consider its connection with channel flow. The results are as follows : 1. PyoBon GeunGyul theory explain that the relation of the limbs and trunk at meridian and emphasize that the connection of meridian and the importance of the limb acupoints. 2. PyoBon GeunGyul theory can be understandable in the view of the primordial qi and explain that the primordial qi of twelve regular channels acts from the limbs to the trunk. 3. PyoBon GeunGyul theory is based on the system of primordial qi channel which circulates from fingers and toes facing toward heart or the head, different from today's circulation courses of twelve regular meridians. 4. PyoBon GeunGyul theory act as a basis of principle of a part or distant point selection which applicated widely in acumoxibustion.

Osteoarthritis(degenerative joint disease), the most common arthropathy affecting the aged people, is characterized by degeneration of articular cartilage with proliferation and remodeling of subchondral bone. Osteoarthritis of the knee, which probably has greater social cost and more associated disability than osteoarthritis of any other joint, prevalence is known to increase with age, and females have higher rates than males; radiographic abnormalities are present in more than 30% of persons more than 65 years old, with approximately 40% of these persons symptomatic. Though the etiology of osteoarthritis is not entirely understood, much information is available regarding risk factors for the development of knee osteoarthritis that permit some reasonable guideline for preventive strategies. Traumatic damage or occupational or recreational overuse of knee joint may result in osteoarthritis, and obesity also is related to osteoarthritis of the knee. A variety of other possible risk factors for the development of knee osteoarthritis have been proposed, including increased bone mass, smoking, diseases such as diabetes or elevated serum uric acid, and some metabolic factors, but the contribustions of these and other factors such as smoking or race and diseases such as diabetes are as yet undetermined. The usual clinical manifestations include pain, stiffnesss, crepitus and loss of function. In oriental medicine, osteoarthritis of the knee is very similar to diseases such as Bijung(痺症), Haksulpung(鶴膝風), Youkjeolpung(歷節風) in symptoms. The diseases such as Bijung(痺症), Haksuipung(鶴膝風), Youkjeolpung(歷節風) is related to the of function liver(肝) and kidney(腎) and risk factors are regarded as Pung(風), Han(寒), sub(濕). The diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee has often been based on radiographic appearance and clinical manifestations. The acupuncture therapy of osteoarthritis of the knee has often been based on Stomach meridian(ST), Spleen meridian(SP), Kidney meridian(KI), Liver meridian(LR).
태양광 웨어러블 에너지 하베스팅의 전력 전달을 위한 최적의 전도사 스티치 회로 설계 및 출력 전력 분석

This study analyzes the effects of the number of angles and bends on resistance in a conductor-embroidered stitch circuit for efficient power transfer through a conductor of wearable energy harvesting to study changes in power lost through connection with actual solar panels. In this study, the angle of the conductive stitch circuit was designed in units of 30°, from 30° to 180°, and the resistance was measured using an analog Discovery 2 device. The measured resistance value was analyzed, and in the section of the angle where the resistance value rapidly changes, it was measured again and analyzed in units of 5°. Following this, from the results of the analysis, the angle at which the tension was applied to the stitch converges was analyzed, and the resistance was measured again by varying the number of bends of the stitch at the given angle. The resistance decreases as the angle of the stitch decreases and the number of bends increases, and the conductor embroidery stitch can reduce the loss of power by 1.61 times relative to general embroidery. These results suggest that the stitching of embroidery has a significant effect on the power transfer in the transmission through the conductors of wearable energy harvesting. These results indicate the need for a follow-up study to develop a conductor circuit design technology that compares and analyzes various types of stitches, such as curved stitches, and the number of conductors, so that wearable energy harvesting can be more efficiently produced and stored. 본 연구의 목적은 웨어러블 에너지 하베스팅의 전도사를 통한 효율적인 전력 전달을 위해 전도사 자수 스트치회로에서 각도와 굽힘의 개수가 저항에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 실제 태양광 패널과의 연결을 통해 손실 전력의 변화를 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 전도사 스티치 회로의 각도를 30˚부터 180˚까지 30˚단위로 설계하였으며 저항의 측정은 analog discovery2 장비를 활용하여 측정한다. 측정한 저항값을 분석하여 저항값이 급격히 변화하는 각도의 구간에서는 5˚단위로 다시 측정하여 분석한다. 이후 분석 결과를 토대로 전도사에 가해지는 장력이 수렴하는 각도를 분석하고 해당 각도에서 스티치의 굽힘 개수를 달리하여 다시 저항을 측정한다. 스티치의 각도가 줄어들수록, 굽힘의 개수가 늘어날수록 저항은 줄어듦을 확인하고 연구결과를 토대로 스티치로 인한 손실 전력을 계산한 결과전도사 자수 스티치가 일반적인 자수에 비해 1.61배의 손실 전력을 줄일 수 있음을 고찰한다. 이러한 결과는 웨어러블 에너지 하베스팅의 전도사를 통한 전달에서 자수의 스티치가 전력 전달에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 후속 연구에서는 곡선 형태의 스티치, 전도사의 개수 등 다양한 형태의 스티치를 비교 분석하여 웨어러블 에너지 하베스팅이 보다 효율적으로 생산 후 저장될 수 있도록 하는 전도사 회로 설계 기술을 개발하고자 한다.

담뱃잎농부병(Green tobacco sickness)은 담뱃잎을 재배하는 지역에서 담뱃잎 수확 중 니코틴이 피부를 통해 흡수되면서 생기는 급성 니코틴 중독증이다. 본 예는 담배 건조기가 가동될 때 이웃에 거주하면서 담뱃잎농부병과 유사한 증상을 호소하여 공기 및 피부를 매개로 하여 담뱃잎농부병이 발생한 사례로 추정하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 증례들은 30대 부부, 50대 여자 1명이었다. 모두 두통, 어지러움, 구역 등을 호소하였으며, 50대 여자의 경우는 구토 증상이 있었다. 이런 증상은 담배를 수확하여 건조기를 이용하여 건조하는 시기에 발생하였다. 30대 부부가 거주하고 있는 관사 주위에는 담배 건조기가 6대 있었으며, 건조기가 가동되는 9월 중순까지 이러한 증상이 계속되었으나 간혹 다른 곳에서 잘 때는 이러한 증상 발현이 전혀 없었다. 50 여자의 경우 최근 5년간 1년에 2~3회씩 건조기를 가동하는 중에 상기 증상이 발생하였다. 50대 여자 1명이 고혈압으로 치료하고 있는 것을 제외하면 병력상 특이점은 없었으며, 모두 비흡연자이었다. 증례들은 보건지소에서 진통제, 안정제, 위장약 등의 약물을 복용하고 증상이 호전되었다고 한다. 담뱃잎농부병은 니코틴의 피부를 통한 중독증으로 알려져 있지만 호흡기를 통하여 흡입하여 발생한 증례는 알려져 있지 않다. 본 증례에서 공기 중 및 혈액에서 소변에서 니코틴 또는 그 대상물을 측정하지 못하였지만 건조기에서 발생하는 니코틴의 흡입에 의하여 담뱃잎농부병의 발생하였을 가능성이 높다고 생각한다. 앞으로 이에 대한 역학조사와 연구가 필요하다. These are cases of green tobacco sickness suspected to be associated with exposure to nicotine in air. These cases as 33-year-ole male, his 32-year-old wife and 50-year-old female. One of those has served as a public health doctor and resided at an official residence with his wife since 2000. he and his wife had been healthy but they complained of headache, dizziness and nausea residing at an official residence during drying leaves of tobacco with dryers. Other woman has served as a tobacco harvester for 24 years. She had been sickened with hypertension and has experienced headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting 2-3 times in a year for 5years during tobacco harvest and drying leaves of tobacco with dryers. They all were non-smoker. They recovered after ingestion of analgesics, tranquilizers, and antiemetics. We present this cases that green tobacco sickness may be occurred by inhalation of nicotine during drying leaves of tobacco with dryers. In the future it is hoped that epidemiological studies and environmental measurements will be conducted for green tobacco sickness occurred by inhalation of nicotine.
무선 CATV를 위한 PLL 발진기 설계 및 제작 연구

본 논문에서는 SPD(Sampling Phase Detector)를 이용한 위상고정 방법의 무선 CATV용 위상 고정 유전체 공진 발진기(PLDRO)를 설계·제작하였다. 이 발진기는 하이브리드 형태인 12.875 GHz의 VCDRO(Voltage Controlled Dielectric Resonator Oscillator)와 완충 증폭기, 방향성 결합기, 주파수 체배기, 샘플링 위상 검출기, 루프 필터, 기준 주파수 발진기, VHF 증폭기로 구성되어 있다. 위상 고정 유전체 공진 발진기의 발진출력은 25.75 GHz에서 1.17 dBm, 기본주파수 억압 -27.83 dBc로 안정된 위상고정 상태를 나타내었다. 이때의 위상잡음은 -101.7 dBc/Hz @ 100KHz로 측정되었다.

국제해사기구(IMO)에서는 사용자 중심의 운항환경 구축을 위해 HCD 가이드라인을 제안하였고, e-Navigation 에서는 사용자 중심의 운항환경을 구축하기 위해 관련 해양장비들에 대한 사용자 입장에서의 평가의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 다양한분야에서 사용성 평가 방법들이 소개되어져 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 항해장비의사용성 평가에 적합한 항목들을 도출하기 위하여 기존의 문헌들에서 사용되었던 사용성 평가항목들을 조사한 후, 항해 도메인에 중점을 두고 QFD를 활용하여 16개의평가항목을 도출하였다. 항해장비 개발 현장에 적용하기 위해 관련 전문가 의견을수렴하여 최종 10개의 항목을 확정하였다. 이들 10개의 평가항목에 대하여 세부항목을 도출하였다. 향후 본 논문에서 제시한 평가항목은 항해장비의 사용성을 평가하는기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In oder to develope the ergonomic workplace, IMO proposed Human Centered Design guideline and e-navigation emphasizes the necessity usability evaluation of navigational equipment on satisfying users and meeting safety requirements. Although many evaluation methods of usability have been proposed in various fields, however still needs improvement in maritime domain. The objective of this study is to propose the evaluation item of navigational equipment. For this purpose, a method of Quality Function Deployment is used for collecting the evaluation item through the literature review. As a result, 16 usability evaluation items are obtained. In addition, 10 detailed usability evaluation items and sub-factors are derived from the questionnaires of experts such as professors, researchers, and navigation equipment developers. It is expected that the result of this study can be used as basic data for evaluating the usability of navigation equipment.
