This study was performed to determination methods in serum IgE with RIST. In this work, measure of phadebas IgE test kit(Pharmacia, Sweden) with redioimmunoassay. The following results were obtained. ①Reproducibility of each standard solution in this phadebas IgE test kit interassay were 4.4~14.9%, but intraassay were 4.8~13.8%. Shortening within 20~35 hours of incubation time in IgE levels determina-tion ②There was 70 significent different between serum IgE levels and measured serum IgE levels in dilutied(X10) serum. ③In recovery test was satisfactory within 95~105% up to added 5U/m IgE levels. ④The comparison of regression equation and correlation coefficient between stock frojen for a week serum IgE levels and premeasured serum IgE levels show Y=1.6+42.7 r=0.985 ⑤Mean serum IgE Value of 69. healthy Koreans was 287 162U/m. The difference of the mean serum IgE levels among each age grops was not statistical significant. There was also no significant difference between male and female.
황체기 결함의 월경주기를 가진 한국여성의 아침 첫 오줌내 Steroid Glucuronide의 농도 변화

In order to study the characteristics of the dysharmonic luteal phase defect (DLPD) of Korean women, the present study was designed to determine the steroid glucuronides and urinary luteinizing hormone and also creatinine concentration. 12 normal cycling women and 6 DLPD menstrual cycling women were recruited to collect the complete urine samples through 3 continuous menst rual cycles. The concentration of estrone - 3 - glucuronide (E 1G), estriol-16 a- glucuronide (E3G), pregn- anediol-3a-glucuronide (P2G) and ur inary LH were determined in the same samples by radioi mmunoassay (RIA). The urinary creatinine le-vels were also measured and us ed as a basic criteria for the urine vo-lumes. The concentrations of E1G in the follicul ar phases of the DL- PD cycle were significantly lower than those of normal cycles. The E3G levels of the peak days and 0 LH peak days of DLPD were signifi- cant ly higher than those of normal ones, but the levels in less than 8 day in early follicular phases of DLPD were significantly lower. On the other hand, the P2G levels in luteal phases of DLPD women were signi ficantly higher than those of normal cycle women. In assi- tion, the ratios of E1G per P2G in the luteal phases of DLPD were significantly lower than those of estrogens in follicular phases of DLPD women were significantly reduced and that the ratio, that the hormonal imbalances of the steroid secretion may al so one of the dysharmonic luteal phase defect.
