문화격차 해소정책 수립을 위한 지역유형분류의 다층적 접근방법 모색

This study aims to do research on the multi-layered approach to regional categorizing for shaping policy to remove cultural disparity. We focus on the case of Jeollabukdo province. Cultural disparity comes from various factors, including economic, social, physical, geographical, cultural, and psychological ones. However, existing studies and/or policies have not considered these factors well when proposing how to remove cultural disparity; they only have categorized by population sizes or by self-governing units(or implementing units) in the way of meeting the convenience of administration. Alternatively, we employ a multi-layered approach, including population, economic status, industrialization, natural conditions, and organizations for social welfare, culture, and education in eup(town), myon(a subcounty), and dong(the smallest administrative unit in a city), which are all a zone of life sharing various cultural activities. The disjoint cluster analysis suggests five types of regions for policymaking to develop cultural infrastructure. Finally, we propose policy directions for developing and utilizing cultural infrastructure after analyzing characteristics of each type of regions.
낮은 노이즈 방출을 위한 AHRS 아날로그 신호 변환기 설계와 구현

The purpose of this paper is to reduce the measurement error associated with the value of an analog sensor, which is caused by the noise induced by the analog signal line at the output signal line of AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System) when various sensors, particularly those sensors outputting very weak analog signals, exist along with AHRS that outputs digital signal at a system having a limited space. The most important example of such system is UUV (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles). UUV is basically equipped with AHRD and also has a limited space. In other words, it is a system to amplify a variety of acoustic sensors by elevated gains. This paper designs and implements AHRS analog signal converter that would convert digital signal outputted by AHRS into a voltage or current signal in order to easily reduce digital noise induced to the signal line of an analog sensor in such system. After then, this paper tests and assesses the performance of this AHRS analog signal converter. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that it had an excellent performance with the angle output error of 0.00015° at the analog output linearity experiment. In the sensor linkage experiment, the mean angle error was confirmed to be 1.2°, whereas the maximum angle error was confirmed to be 3.4°. It was confirmed that the proposed system could be utilized as an analog signal converter of various sensors having digital output if a proper calibration on a sensor was conducted based on these results of the experiments.

In those days of the establishment of the Bank of Korea, the Law of the Bank of Korea, which is a basis of the establishment and the operation of the Bank of Korea, shows the character of the interim legislation that contains the inevitability of amendment as well as can not embody the stabilization of the value of currency, which has to be maintained by the Bank of Korea, for effective achievement systematically and enough, we think. The supreme purpose of the Central Bank is also based on the stabilzation of the value of currency, and for the realization of its purpose, a policy-making institution, the Monetary Operations Board, has been organized and its organization must have been reorganized to eliminate the pressure of politics from this organization. On such as disposition, the Bank of Korea as a Central Bank must keep the stabilization of the value of currency and the soundization of the credit system of the bank for the national economic development and attempt the effective and practical utilization of the national resources and the smooth management of overseas settlement reserve fund for the achievement of the international trading foreign exchange transaction necessary for today. Moreover, for the system atic operation of the monetary policy that the Bank of Korea intends, all financial institutions shall have been performed independently from the compentent institution of the Bank of Korea for their monetary policy for the financial systematic unification. It is because all the financial institutions shall be able to bie free from the chronic and improper intervention of government. Consequently, the system of the Bank of Korea as the monetary policy-making institution of the Central Bank shall be an intention for the sound and firm monetary system for the elevation of the national economy and the sound progress of the national economy.
중학교 기술·가정 교과 재료의 이용 단원에서 프로젝트 학습이 학업성취도에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to verify effects of Project learning on student achievement in the lesson ofUtilization of Materialsof TechnologyHome Economics subject in middle schools.For the purpose, tow kinds of null hypotheses were formulated. The subject for it were 2 classes of the 2nd grade inBmiddle school in Gyeonggido and each class was assigned to the experimental group or control group. In order to investigate their academic achievement by their learning ability, divided higher level, middle level and lower level group. Academic achievement was divided cognitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain.For a four-weeks period, Project Learning class was provided to the group under experiment, while lecture-oriented class to the controlled group.SPSSWIN 10.0 was used for analysis and with significance level of 0.05, independent sample t-test was made. The results of this study were as follows;First, there application of project learning had effect on the academic achievement and showed significant difference.Secondly, middle level group and lower level group showed significant difference But higher level group showed significant difference. and affective domain and psychomotor domain of higher level group showed significant difference.

Purpose: In this study we compared the surface wettability of ocular prosthesis and depositions depending on different types of artificial tear eye drops. Methods: The artificial tear eye drops contain sodium hyaluronate (HA) 0.1%, 0.18%, 0.3%, carboxylmethylcellulose sodium (CMC), hydroxymethylcelluose + dextran (HMC), propylene glycol + polyethylene glycol (PG), polysorbate 80 (PS) povidone (Pov) were evaluated. Flat rectangular parallelepiped blocks consisting of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) or silicone materials were made. One artificial tear eye drop was applied on the surface of two different blocks of artificial eyes using a 23-gauge needle. Then, the static method contact angle was measured by using a contact angle goniometer. To measure the deposits, a petri dish was covered with 3 mL of artificial tear eye drops and dried for 48 hours at room temperature. Then, the light transmittance at the center of the petri dish was measured to investigate the amount of the residue. Results: The contact angles of HA 0.1%, 0.18%, 0.3%, CMC, HMC, PG, PS and Pov on PMMA were 78.69°, 84.29°, 75.46°, 80.93°, 66.29°, 71.26°, 58.40° and 70.24°, respectively. The contact angles on silicone were 53.68°, 60.87°, 64.46°, 62.78°, 38.89°, 63.58°, 30.68° and 51.41°, respectively. The largest decrease in transparency was observed in the artificial tear eye drops containing HMC. Conclusions: The wettability and deposits on the surface of ocular prosthesis can vary based on the components and concentration of artificial tear eye drops. The results from this study should be considered when choosing the right artificial tear eye drops for improving dry eye symptoms in patients wearing ocular prostheses. 토양, 종자 및 유묘 검정법에 의한 전남지역 수집 여뀌바늘의 ALS 저해 제초제 Penoxsulam에 대한 저항성 수준

This study was carried out to investigate the resistant levels of Ludwigia prostrata to acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibiting herbicides through soil, seed and whole plant bioassays. A total of 358 soil samples were collected from Gwangju and Chonnam provinces. We also collected seed samples from 26 different Ludwigia prostrata plants from the same areas. We conducted soil tests on collected samples to determine resistance levels to imazosulfuron+pyriminobac-methyl in Ludwigia prostrata. We also conducted seed and whole plant tests from collected species to determine resistance levels to penoxsulam. In the soil tests, Ludwigia prostrata resistance to imazosulfuron+pyriminobac-methyl was confirmed in 12 of the 358 samples (3.3%). Notably, resistance rates of Ludwigia prostrata was the highest in soils from Goheung-gun with 20%. In the seed bioassay, Ludwigia prostrata resistance to penoxsulam was confirmed in 12 of the 26 collecting areas (46.1%). Also worth noting, Ludwigia prostrata from Jangheung (4) was 4 times more resistant to penoxsulam than standard susceptible plants of the same species. However, in whole plant bioassay, Ludwigia prostrata resistance to penoxsulam was confirmed in all 26 collecting areas. In particular, Ludwigia prostrata of Boseong (7) and Jangheung (1) showed appoximately 13 times higher resistance to penoxsulam than standard susceptible plants of the same species. Therefore, it is suggested that we should develop a control system that can inhibit the spread of Ludwigia prostrata which is resistant to penoxsulam and to control it effectively in rice field. 본 연구는 토양, 종자 및 유묘검정법에 의해 ALS 저해 제초제에 여뀌바늘 저항성 수준을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 광주광역시를 포함한 전남지역에서 총 358 지점으로부터 토양을 채취하였고, 26개 지점으로부터 여뀌바늘 종자를 수집하였다. 토양검정은 imazosulfuron+pyriminobac-methyl을, 종자 및 유묘검정은 penoxsulam를 사용하였다. 토양검정에서 imazosulfuron+pyriminobac-methyl 저항성 여뀌바늘은 총 358지점 중 12지점(3.3%)에서 확인되었다. 특히 저항성 여뀌바늘 발생률은 고흥군이 20%로 가장 높게 나타났다. Seed bioassay법에 의한 penoxsulam 저항성 여뀌바늘은 26개 지역 중 12지역(46.1%)에서 확인되었다. 특히 장흥(4)의 여뀌바늘 수집종은 표준 감수성에 비해 penoxsulam에4배 저항성을 보였다. 그러나 whole plant bioassay법에 의해서는 26개 지역에서 penoxsulam에 저항성으로 나타났다. 특히 보성(7)과 장흥(1) 여뀌바늘 수집종은 표준감수성에 비해 약 13배 이상의 높은 저항성을 보였다. 따라서 벼 재배지에서 penoxsulam 저항성 여뀌바늘 확산을 억제하고 이를 효율적으로 방제할 수 있는 방제 체계를 개발해야 할 것으로 사료되었다.
