        금강상류 용담댐 예정지구내의 금강본류와 지천을 대상으로 하여 7 개소를 선정하여 1992년 5월 30일과 11월 29-30 일의 2회에 걸쳐 현장에서 채취하여 수질을 조사하였으며, 중요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. pH는 대체로 수질기준에 적합하였으나, 1차 채수시 금강본류 3개지점에서 이끼 그리고 진안천 하류에는 수초가 왕성하게 자라고 있음을 확인하였다. 2. BOD의 경우 1차시료에서는 금강본류가 유입천 보다 낮았고, 2차시료에서는 본류의 BOd가 상승하는 경향을 보였으며, 지안천하류(L-6)가 1, 2차 시료 모두 가장 높은 함량을 나타냈다. 3. 생활하수와 관련있는 Na+와 Cl-의 함량은 진안천 하류(L-6)에서 가장 높았으며, NH4-N와 NO3-N도 같은 경향이었으므로 진안읍이 금강상류에서 오염원으로 문제가 되고 있음을 알수 있었다. 4. 용담댐 예정지역의 수질은 비교적 양호하였으나, 진안읍의 생활하수와 유역 농경지 토양에서 유입되는 비료성분이 주오염원으로 생각되며, 특히 금강최상류의 죽도유원지는 하절기 수질오염으로 크게 문제시 될 것으로 본다.

        Rennet-induced gels and their mechanical properties

        Casein micelles are the basic building block of rennet-induced gels. The stiffness of these gels is increased with reaction time. This is probably due to the continuous participation of activated casein micelles into growing network. Dual binding model of casein micelles, which explains assembly of casein and colloidal calcium phosphate, can provides fairly reasonable explanation for the changes in mechanical properties of rennet-induced gels made from different milk pHs and varying colloidal calcium phosphates. The changes in stiffness of these gels would be used for controlling textural properties of cheeses.

        3D 프린팅으로 제작된 AlCrFeNi 고엔트로피 합금의 분말 입도에 따른 특성 분석

        Conventionally, metal materials are produced by subtractive manufacturing followed by melting. However, there has been an increasing interest in additive manufacturing, especially metal 3D printing technology, which is relatively inexpensive because of the absence of complicated processing steps. In this study, we focus on the effect of varying powder size on the synthesis quality, and suggest optimum process conditions for the preparation of AlCrFeNi high-entropy alloy powder. The SEM image of the as-fabricated specimens show countless, fine, as-synthesized powders. Furthermore, we have examined the phase and microstructure before and after 3D printing, and found that there are no noticeable changes in the phase or microstructure. However, it was determined that the larger the powder size, the better the Vickers hardness of the material. This study sheds light on the optimization of process conditions in the metal 3D printing field.

        치주질환 심도에 따른 치아동요도와 교합력의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of tooth mobility and bite force according to periodontal disease severity. Tooth mobility and biting force due to change of viscoelastic property of periodontium were influenced by inflammation of periodontal tissue. 30 patients participated in this study, the periodontal disease severity is evaluated with SBI and attachment loss. SBI and attachment loss were examined by periodontal probe. Tooth mobility was tested two times to each tooth using periotest (Siemens Co, Germany) and bite force was evaluated with MPM-3000 (Nihon Kohden Co, Japan). Statistical analysis was applied to correlation ($r^2$) and regression analysis. The obtained results were as follows : 1. As the attachment loss increased, tooth mobility increased with significance, and they had highly positive correlation ($r^2=0.68$) on entire dentition. 2. As the SBI increased, tooth mobility increased with significance, and they had positive correlation ($r^2=0.37$) on entire dentition. 3. As the attachment loss increased, bite force decreased with significance, and they had highly negative correlation ($r^2=0.42$) on maxillary anterior dentition but low negative correlation ($r^2=0.20$) on the other portion of dentition. 4. As the SBI increased, bite force decreased with significance, and they had highly negative correlation ($r^2=0.31$) on maxillary anterior dentition but low negative correlation ($r^2=0.16$) on the other portion of dentition. 5. As tooth mobility increased, bite force decreased with significance, and they had highly negative correlation ($r^2=0.32$) on maxillary anterior dentition but low negative correlation ($r^2=0.16$) on the other portion of dentition.

        The olfactory bio technology is largely based on its corresponding recognition technology and smell stimulus that acquires, analyzes, and processes volatile organic compounds present in chemical molecules, which are present in the breath or air evoked by an electronic nose artificially imitating the human biological nose. The olfactory bio technology is also based on a scent display technology that automatically diverges various digital flavors based on aesthetics, concentration, duration, and intensity information required to enhance the sensibility using a computer. Recently, attempts have been made to apply noninvasive screening of dementia by sensing, analyzing, encoding, and transmitting bio information obtained through an olfactory interface, both domestically and externally; further, the olfactory medical content technology has been applied to delay or reduce the onset of dementia. In this study, we will focus on early screening of dementia using olfactory biology information and dementia cognitive enhancer content that delays or reduces the onset of dementia.

      • 氣化器붙이 機關의 共給燃料 氣化率에 關한 基礎硏究

        This study has been made to observe the effect of vaporization of injected fuel under the several important factors on the carburetor for gasoline engine. To measure the vaporization rate of mixture in the carburetor, the key point of consideration for divising the cyclone which is devised to be able to separated injected fuel with drop diameter 10-30㎛. By using a transparent tube type model of the carburetor, like one of conventional gasoline engines, this experiment has been performed. Results of the study are summarized as follow. 1. In the conditions of this study, Ve=12.6 - 50.4㎧, θ=30 - 90, t = 25.℃ - 50℃, the vaporization rate is 10-50% 2. The vaporization rate increase in proportion to decreasing of throttle valve angle, to rising air temperature and growing air - fuel ratio. 3. When air velocity is increased, the injected fuel flows with thin thickness of liquid film on the inner wall of intake pipe. As air temperature is increased, it flows with more thin.

        製紙슬러지의 畓土壤 施用效果

        The effects of continuous restoration of sludge ito the reclamating paddy soil and teaching test of sludge components by soil column were investigated. 1. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, C.E.C. and organic matter(O.M.) were increased in/on the paddy soil treated with paper mill sludge than non-treated. 2. Humic layer depth recognized by color showed the non-treated(10 cm), second year(15 cm) and third year(20 cm), respectively. 3. The effects of sludge treatment showed in the contents of O.M. such as non-treatment(0.9 %) < second year(1.39 %) < third year(1,75 %) in 10 cm depth. 4. All components in soil tested with column were increased by holding capacity of sludge, and the contamination effects of soil and ground water were not found by leaching test.
