극저온 공통격벽 추진제 탱크의 열-구조 연계 해석을 위한 모델링 방법 연구

공통격벽 추진재 탱크는 산화제 탱크와 연료 탱크가 병합된 일체형 구조로써, 분리형 추진제 탱크에 비하여 구조 및 공간 효율이 좋다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 공통격벽 탱크는 산화재와 연료가 공통격벽으로 분리되어 있어 공통격벽을 통해 열전달이 발생하며, 공통격벽의 열전달은 탱크의 구조적 안전성이 저하되는 원인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 극저온의 액체수소/액체산소를 추진제로 사용하는 공통격벽 추진제 탱크의 좌굴 특성을 분석하였다. 공통격벽 탱크의 열 하중과 공통격벽의 폼코어 두께에 따른 좌굴 특성을 분석하기 위하여 열-구조 연계 해석을 수행하였다. 극저온의 추진제에 의한 탱크의 온도분포를 해석하기 위하여 열전달 해석을 수행하였다. 열 해석을 통해 얻은 온도분포를 탱크의 열 하중으로 적용하여 좌굴 해석을 수행하였다. 열-구조 해석 결과, 열 하중에 의해 공통격벽 탱크의 좌굴 하중 계수가 감소하였고, 최대 좌굴 하중 계수가 나타나는 폼코어의 두께가 감소하였다. 최종적으로 공통격벽 추진제 탱크의 설계 시 열 하중이 고려되어야 함을 확인하였다. Common bulkhead (CBH) propellant tanks have an integrated structure in which an oxidizer tank and a fuel tank are merged, and have advantage in that the structural and space efficiency are better than the separate type propellant tanks. However, in the CBH tanks, heat transfer occurs through the CBH because oxidizer and fuel are separated by the CBH. The heat transfer of the CBH is a causes of reducing the structural safety of the tank. In this study, the buckling characteristics of a CBH propellant tank containing cryogenic liquid hydrogen/liquid oxygen were analyzed. A thermal-structural analysis was performed to analyze the buckling characteristics according to the thermal load of the tank and the foam core thickness of the CBH. A heat transfer analysis was carried out to obtain the temperature distribution of the tank by the cryogenic propellant. As the results of thermal-structural analysis, the buckling load factors of the CBH tank were decreased due to thermal loads, and the foam core thickness with the maximum buckling load factor was decreased. Finally, it was confirmed that thermal loads should be considered in designing the common bulkhead propellant tanks.

커피전문점의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향

In this study, we tried to examine the effect of service quality of customers using coffee shops on customer satisfaction and intention to continue use. In addition, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data on identifying the exact needs of customers using coffee shops and marketing utilization methods along with service quality components required by coffee shops. In this study, a survey was conducted targeting adult men and women in the Seoul area who had experience of using a coffee shop within the last 6 months, SPSS 26.0 statistical program was used, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed. The survey distributed 300 copies of questionnaires from March 1 to March 20, 2023, of which a total of 268 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, among the factors of 'service quality of coffee shops', it was found that the 'tangibility', 'empathy', 'reliability', 'confidence', and 'responsiveness' factor had a positive(+) effect on 'customer satisfaction'. Second, the factor of 'customer satisfaction' was found to have a positive(+) effect on 'intention to continue use'. Third, among the factors of 'service quality of coffee shops', it was found that 'tangibility', 'empathy', 'reliability', and 'responsiveness' had a positive(+) effect on 'intention to continue using', but it was found that 'confidence' had no effect on 'intention to continue using'. The results of this study will contribute to vitalizing coffee shops by providing differentiated service quality unique to coffee shops. 본 연구에서는 커피전문점의 이용 고객의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 커피전문점에서 필요한 서비스품질 구성 요인과 함께 커피전문점 이용 고객들의 정확한 욕구 파악과 마케팅 활용방안에 관한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 6개월 내에 커피전문점을 이용한 경험이 있는 서울 지역의 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하였고, 빈도분석과 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실행하였다. 조사는 2023년 3월 1일~3월 20일까지 300부의 설문지를 배포하였고, 이 중 총 268부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, ‘커피전문점의 서비스품질’ 요인 중 ‘유형성’, ‘공감성’, ‘신뢰성’, ‘확신성’, ‘응답성’ 요인이 ‘고객만족’에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘고객만족’ 요인은 ‘지속이용의도’에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘커피전문점의 서비스품질’ 요인 중 ‘유형성’, ‘공감성’, ‘신뢰성’, ‘응답성’ 요인이 ‘지속이용의도’에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, ‘확신성’은 ‘지속이용의도’에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 커피전문점만의 차별화된 서비스품질을 제공함으로써 커피전문점을 활성화시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
