공무원의 직무불만족이 반응양식(EVLN)에 미치는 영향: 정치적 중립 인식의 조절 효과를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 A. Hirschman의 EVLN의 분석틀에 기반하여 공무원이 조직에 불만을 느꼈을 때 공무원들이 이탈, 발언, 충성, 태만과 같은 반응들 중에 어떠한 선택을 하게 되는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 그러한 행동 대안의 선택에 있어 공직가치가 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단하여 그러한 공직가치의 하나로 정치적 중립성을 조절변수로 고려하였다. 연구 결과 중앙정부 5개 부처 322명의 공무원을 대상으로 조사한 결과 직무불만족이 공무원의 불만족 반응행동(EVLN)에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을, 공무원의 정치적 중립 인식 유형에 따라 직무불만족 변수가 공무원의 불만족 반응행동에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있음을 실증하였다. This study examined the civil servant’s enactment of exit, voice, loyalty, and neglect (EVLN) in response to job dissatisfaction, and the moderating effects of the political neutrality conception upon them. A data set of 322 responses was collected from civil servants of five governmental department and an empirical research was conducted using four segmented models categorized by their conception of political neutrality. Findings showed that job dissatisfaction had effects on the civil servant’s response behavior and that there were differences in the effects of job dissatisfaction on the response behavior according to the civil servant’s conception of political neutrality.
상·하악 전치부의 근관치료에 사용되는 시술길이 (Working Length)에 관한 통계학적 연구

This study was undertaken to obtain the average canal length of upper & lower anterior teeth which was important in canal length measuring procedure of endodontic treatment. It was based upon 827 out-patients who had endodontic treatment on their upper & lower anterior teeth at the Department of Operative Dentistry, Dental Infirmary, Yonsei Medical Center from February, 1978 to June, 1984. The 1249 teeth of these patients were devided into sex and age groups. The root canal length of these teeth were measured. The following results were obtained; 1. The mean root canal length of upper & lower anterior teeth were as follows; Upper central incisors : 21.8mm Upper lateral incisors : 21.0mm Upper canines : 24.1mm Lower central incisors : 18.6mm Lower lateral incisors : 19.9mm Lower canines : 22.6mm 2. There was no significant difference in root canal length between sex. (p>0.05) 3. There was no significant difference in toot canal length between age groups. (p>0.05) 4. The distribution of upper central incisors showed the highest distribution followed by upper lateral incisors and lower central incisors between 10 to 40 year old age groups, and there was no significant difference in the rest of the age groups. There was no significant difference in sex distribution, which was 49.5% for males and 50.4% for females. The number of the upper anterior teeth was 74.3% of all the specimens and the lower anterior 25.7%, and 40.6% of all the specimens were upper central incisors.

The purpose of this study is develop manufacture technology of activated carbon for purification of water, it is investigated suitable manufactures for manufacture of activated carbon for purification of water by use anthracite coal and bituminous coal produced in internal and external through this fact, economic valuation and made method established. it is valuated wether or not suitable high degree purification by know removal characteristic organic matter such as KMnO₄Consumption, DOC, UV-254, and THMFP make use of Pilot-plant (purification of water treatment) for made activated carbon. For mixed anthracite coal and bituminous coal by means of coal tar pitch, completely melt to fixed coal tar pitch apply l50℃ heat at stainless steel box, since then compounding weight rate 1:l of anthracite coal and bituminous coal sieved material, then add coal tar pitch and caking water, mixed suitable compounding rate since then extrude and mix by diameter 5.5m extruder, extruded mold cute and dry length l0mm pellet shape by cutter and then made activated carbon.

Purpose : Bony strength is dependent on bone mass and bony structure. So this study was designed to investigate the relationship between the bone mass and bony trabecular characteristics. Subjects and Methods : Study subjects were 51 females (average age 68.6 years) and 20 males (average age 66.4 years). Bone mineral density (BMD, grams/cm²) of proximal femur was measured by a dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Regions of interest (ROIs) were selected from the digitized radiographs of proximal femur. A customized computer program processed morphologic operations (MO) of ROIs. 44 skeletal variables of MO were calculated from ROIs on the Ward’s triangle and greater trochanter of femur. WHO BMD classes were predicted by MO variables of the same ROI. Classification and Regression Tree analysis was used for calculating weighted kappa values, sensitivity and specificity of MO. Results : The discriminating factors of morphologic operation were branch point, branch point [per cm sq]. Age also played important role in distinguishing osteoporotic classes. The sensitivity of MO at Ward’s triangle and Greater Trochanter was 91.8%, 65.6%, respectively. The specificity of MO was 100% at Ward’s triangle and Greater Trochanter. Conclusion : Bony trabecular characteristics obtained using radiological bone morphometric analysis seem to be related to bone mass.
Cyclohexenylidene과 naphthalenylidene계 비선형 광학 특성 분자의 초분극률에 관한 반경험적 계산

The microscopic origin of nonlinear optical properties of cyclohexenylidene and naphthalenylidene derivatives have been investigated theoretically using MOPAC-AM1 method. In order to prepare promising nonlinear optical active polymers and photorefractive organic materials, the optimized length of conjugation and the kinds of electron donor and electron acceptor were required for the energetically favorable structures. For each compound, the effect of the conjugation length on the microscopic nonlinear coefficients were investigatied. Using the MOPAC- AM1 method, properties calulated include the intrinsic ground-state &pole moments, the polarizabilities, first and second hyperpolarizabilities under the condition of finite-field (w=0). Particularly, anisotropy of the polarizability was also investigated for the application to photorefractive organic materials.

Strain type of lactic acid bacteria was analysed by PCR and SDS-PAGE. PCR allows the rapid and specific detection of lactic acid bacteria using primers based on 16S rRNA gene-sequences. The analysis of protein pattern on SDS-PAGE can be used to determine the differences among the same or similar species of lactic acid bacteria. Therefore, the complementary use of PCR and SDS-PAGE method is one of simple way to classify the lactic acid bacteria and to compare with genetic analysis.

The use of packed column which apply efficient thermal material separation method has been required for absorption process. Absorption is applicable to waste gas from industrial process and incineration and odor control. Since we have used the lattice packing which was recently discovered in Germany, We can prevent drop of efficiency from maldistribution and channeling which were occurred when we use conventional packing. The lattice packing is efficient within the range of thermal, easy to manufacture, low production cost and make a variety of materials. This study aims to control the waste gas and odor with absorption. The dimension of packed column in which used in experiment is 0.45(d) × 2.0 m(H), and the result of and mass transfer apply to practical industry and environmental protection. The systems adopted for the absorption are Air/Water and NH3-Air/Water. We still cannot apply packed column to the domestic industry and environmental protection and depend on foreign technology, but this study will contribute to the industry and environment.
紡絲工程에서의 Emulsion Fume 處理를 위한 充塡塔 適用에 관한 硏究

This study was carried out to interpret hydraulic behavior and component analysis of the emulsion fume, laboratory work of mass transfer in the packing tower which packed 50mm plastic Hiflow-ring. The results from experiment are as follows : 1. The component of emulsion fume is Cyclododecane, 1-Tridecene, 4-Nonene 5-butyl. The kinds of Alkene contained approxymately 76.23 percent. 2. To compare with conventional packing, 50mm Hiflow-ring could save energy because of low pressure drop under high load. 3. The unique magnituteds of packing witch was used are as follows. Cv = 5.18 × 10^(-4) , m = 0.683, n=0.462 so we can predict efficiency which occurres. 4. To require plant of the packing tower in the gas capacity factor 2.7 (Kg^(1/2) m^(-1/2) s^(1))
