국제청소년성취포상제 탐험활동의 효과 검증: 자아탄력성을 중심으로

The objectives of research were to analyze the effects of adventurous journey that provides more comprehensive and various experiences and activities among The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award activities centered on ego-resilience, and furthermore to establish the base for theoretical basis and necessity of “youth activity” effects. To accomplish objectives listed above, this research divided subjects into experimental group who experienced The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award adventurous journey and controlled group who did not, and examined the changes of pre and post points for sub-factors of ego-resilience. The results are as follows. First, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award activity and adventurous journey are effective activities on promotion of youth’s ego-resilience. Second, the experience of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award adventurous journey has a positive effect on youth’s positive thinking, problem solving, friendly behavior and emotion control. Third, limit of voluntarily participation and establishment of plan on The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award adventurous journey is found. The results show that The Duke of Edinburgh's Award adventurous journey is recommended and popularized to the more youth to promote their ego-resilience. Therefore, the function as a “platform” for the youth’s competence improvement and healthy self-growth needs to be maximized based on the nature of adventurous journey and philosophy of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. In addition, continuous attention and effort of licensed operators, award coordinators and activity coaches for the youth’s self-resilience and balanced growth with autonomy, spontaneity, and individuality should be made. 본 연구는 청소년의 전인적 성장과 건전한 육성에 있어서 중요한 요인인 자아탄력성을 중심으로 국제청소년성취포상제 활동 중 보다 종합적이고 다양한 경험과 활동이 이루어지는 탐험활동의 효과를 규명하고, 나아가 ‘청소년활동’ 효과의 이론적 근거와 필요성에 대한 단초를 마련하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 포상제 탐험활동을 경험한 실험집단과 경험하지 않은 통제집단의 자아탄력성 사전․사후 점수의 변화를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 탐험활동은 개인 성향적 특성 관점에서 청소년의 자아탄력성을 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 청소년의 긍정적 사고, 문제해결, 친밀행동, 감정조절에 긍정적 효과가 있으나 탐험활동의 과정에 있어서 자발적이고 자율적인 참여 및 계획수립 등에 한계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 자아탄력성을 향상시키기 위해 탐험활동이 많은 청소년들에게 더욱 권장되고 확산될 필요가 있고, 탐험활동의 특징과 포상제의 철학을 바탕으로 청소년의 역량개발과 건강한 자기성장을 위한 ‘플랫폼’의 기능을 극대화해야 할 것이다. 또한, 자율성, 자발성, 개별성을 살려 청소년으로 하여금 자아탄력적이고 균형 있는 성장을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 포상운영기관과 포상담당관 및 지도자는 끊임없는 관심과 노력을 경주해야 할 것이다.

We shall show the necessary and sufficient condition to be the proper equation φ(λ)=0 have n-tuple in section Ⅱ. In section Ⅲ we shall show the special method and some examples of computation of eigen vectors. And we shall the proper eigen vector e₁and (k-1) generalized eigen vectors when λ₁is a k-tuple zero of f(λ) and rank (A-λ₁E)=n-1. In section Ⅳ we shall show the example of reduction of Jordan matrix.
A Note on Locally Path Connected Space

We showed that the properties of locally connected space and path connected space were investigated in many interesting part by many mathematican. In this paper we will show that the relations between locally connected space and path connected space are investigated well and we will extend many interesting properties about locally path connected spaces.
Pointwise Periodic Semigroups Ⅱ

The purpose of this paper is two folds. One of these in to find a structure of topological pointwise periodic semigroup, the orther one is to discuss about the properties of full ideal of a semigroup. It has shown that the pointwise periodic semigroup on as arc is a semilattice if it is a standard thread. There seems many full ideals in semigroups and they behave like the minimal ideal of a semigroup. Throughout this paper, topological semigroup [2][3] is simply called as semigroup.
