明暗이 組織肥반細胞에(Tissue Mast Cell)에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

Used animales were male albino-rats, (130~150 Grams body weight). They were fed by the definite condition and divided into 2 groups. one group was exposured to the direct sunlight for an hour and the other group was stayed in the dark room for an. hour. and in the caurse of time passing, each of them were investigated to the appearances of the tissue mast cells of skin and every organ of the rats. The results as follows: 1. In the group which exposured to the direct sunlight for an hour the number of the mast cells of the skin and every organ was gradually decreased in the caurse of time passing and it reached it's lowest number at 12 hours after taking sunlight and then the number of mast cells was gradually recovered and increased it's number and. one week later the number of mast cells was reached at it's normal condition. 2. In the group which stayed in the dark room for an hour the number of the mast cells of the skin and every organ was gradually increased and showed it's highest number at 12 hours after staying in the darkroom and then the number of the mast cells were gradually decreased in the caurse of time passing and one week later it reached at it's normal condition. 3. In the above two experimental studies, in the cases of the decreasing number of the tissue mast cells, the percentage of the normal type of mast cells showed the decreasing value, on the contrary the percentage of the diffuse type of tissue mast cells were increased. In the cases of the increasing number of the tissue mast cells the percentage of the normal type of tissue mast cells were increased, but the percentage of the diffuse type of mast cells were decreased, 4. According to the above results the appearances of the number of mast cells of the skin and the every organ of the rats were showed the relative sharp definite changes individually by the sunlight and the darkness.

Pathologic-anatomic and pathologic-histologic studies were made on one autopsy case of congenital syphilis which waas serologrcally confirmed in maternal and cord blood, being accompanied with adrenal cyomegalia. Microscopical findinfs are principally composed of diffuse visceral fibrosis and widespread extramedullary hemopoiesis. Visceral fibrosis was most severe in the liver and pancreas, although spleen, lungs, kidneys and adrenal glands are also involved. Hear shows a focal hematopoietic lesion. Thymus cintains many foci of Dubois abscess. Liver is characterized by extensive periportal and intralobular connective tissue increase and laso extensive hematopoietic foci. The fibrotic change is more marked in right lobe especially around ductus venusus. Giant cell transformation of hepatic cells is also prominent. Lungs are enlarged and uniformly firm. In teralveolar septa show diffuse connective tissue increase and mononuclear cell infiltration. spleen is enlarged and also shows connective tissue proloferatin and numerous macrophages in between the splenic sinusoids. Adrenal gands are slighty thickended in capsular structure and the connective tissue increase is focally extended inward between the cords of cells of the permanent cortex. The fetal portion of the cortex shows a widespread change in the size, shape and nuclear pattern of its constituent cells. The cells are polyhedral measuring up to 45μ in diameter, and structures resembling inclusions are present. Brain shows syphilitic leptomenimgitis.
