        대화형대두 부채콩의 생육 및 형태적 특성

        우리나라의 재래종 대화형 대두인 부채콩의 생육 및 형태적 특성을 정상형 대두인 단엽콩과 비교하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같았다. 1. 대화형 대두인 부채콩의 주경은 생육이 진행됨에 따라 대화가 심해졌고 정상형인 단엽콩에 비해 출엽이 불규칙하였으며 주경엽수는 단엽콩보다 훨씬 증가하였으나 총엽수는 크게 다르지 않았다. 2. 부채중의 주경대화정도는 약 3.1정도였으며 대화정도는 정상형인 단엽콩의 주경과 분핵의 생육량과 유관하였다. 3. 부채콩의 분지수는 단엽콩보다 적었으나 분지가 대화하는 경우도 있었으며 엽병의 대화도 관찰되었다. 4. 부채콩은 협의 대부분이 주경 선단부에 집중 분포하였다. 5. 부채콩의 수량은 단엽콩의 60%정도였으며 수량감소의 주원인은 종실중과 협당입수의 감소였다. 6. 주경 횡단면의 유관속수는 부채콩이 많았으나 각 유관속은 단엽콩이 발달하였다. This experiment was carried out to obtain some information about the growth habit and morphological and anatomical characteristics of fasciated soybean, var. Buchai-kong. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Main stern of fasciated soybean, var. Buchai-kong was gradually broadened and became flat, on which leaves emerged irregularly compared with normal soybean, var. Danyeop-kong. The number of leaves on main stern was more in Buchai-kong, but the total number of leaves per plant was not considerably different each other. 2. The degree of fasciation (max./min. in diameter at the broadened part) in main stern of Buchai-kong was about 3.1, and was related to the amount of growth of main stern and branches of Danyeop-kong. Stern fasciation types found in Buchai-kong were linear (the most common) and bifurcated with regard to branching of main stern tip. 3. The number of branches per plant was much less in Buchai-kong than in Danyeop-kong. There were fas-ciated branches and fasciated petiole in Buchai-kong. 4. About 75 percent of pods of Buchai-kong were concentrated on the top of stern, which showed strong pod clustering. 5. Seed yield per plant of Buchai-kong was about 60 percent of that of Danyeop-kong, and the decrease in seed yield was mostly affected by the decrease in seed weight and seeds per pod. 6. The number of vascular bundles of transection of mature stern was more in Buchai-kong, but Danyeop-kong developed the better vascular bundle.

      • VLF에서 船體誤差에 관한 硏究

        VLF에서 方向探池機의 船體誤差에 대하여 考察하였다. 船體誤差는 船舶의 크기 및 周波數에 따라 다르다는 것을 알았으며 船首를 中心으로 해서 到來電波의 方向 45˚,135˚,225˚,315˚에서 最大 誤差가 생기고 到來電波의 方向0˚,90˚,180˚,270˚에서 最小의 誤差가 생기는 것을 알았다. 本 硏究에서는 實際로 測定한 測定値를 基準하여 誤差의 限界値를 定하였다. This paper presents a study on the ship's error of a Direction finder in Very Low Ruequency. It is found that the magnitude of the error is different, depend upon the type of ship, frequency, and that magnitude of the error is Maximum, depending on the direction of propagation at 45˚,135˚,225˚,315˚and magnitude of the error is minimum,depending on the directrion of propagation at 0˚,90˚,180˚,270˚. In this paper a limitation for minimizing the errors is studies on the basic of the actual measurement deta.

      • 地中送電관의 최적 되메움재 선정을 위한 열특성 硏究

        The purpose of this paper is development of the most suitable backfill material which increases thermal stability and decreases thermal resistances for increasing capacity of the transmission of electricity. In order to proceed this study, the sand which recently was used as backfill material and the stone dust as single material for most suitable backfill material was chosen and experiments on thermal character and basic soil properties were proceeded for appreciating stability and economical efficiency. As a result of this study, natural moisture content of stone dust was higher than that of sand and porosity of stone dust and thermal resistance of stone dust was lower than that of sand. Then the stone dust are expected to increase capacity of the transmission of electricity. In point of stability, because total strain of pipe was within allowed strain, two materials are expected to ensure against risks. Stone dust is considered as useful backfill materials by contributing great economical efficiency, because a price of stone dust is half to the sand.

        대학의 산학협력운영에 대한 주관성 연구

        This study on university-industry cooperation aimed at practitioners in the university scene in the industry as a new growth engine of the 21st century scene, universities and research field and support organization, governments diagnostic level for the mutual enemy Development of industry, academia and government cooperation based on mutual collaboration It was from the diagnosis of understanding and awareness. In particular, for this study, subjectivity, utilizing a qualitative research method called Q methods, the comments collected to target practitioners engaged in the field of each institution were recognized based on the typology. It was defined as the analysis results of the four types. <Type Ⅰ> the Cooperation subject is out mainly by “Company”, was named “corporate-led”. <Type Ⅱ>, What is the biggest impact on the industry, academia and government cooperation and stressed that the government’s performance, was named as “enhancing government influence type”. <Type Ⅲ>, this industry, academia and government cooperation agency of the government has provided good support, industry, academia and government cooperation supported the government’s budget to emphasize that enough, “university-government-assisted” was named. <Type Ⅳ> the University are emphasizing a dedicated organization, activities, support services should be equipped during the administrative support systems for industry, academia and government cooperation activities, was named as a “university systematically managed.” Qualitative research is to discover the essential properties of an object by reconstructing the language in everyday life as it happens with many people or things for the purpose of social phenomena. Thus, the real world of social phenomena, things, various “seeing things as they are” a person such as is shown there to hear that and reconfigure complex phenomenon and language as interpretative paradigm that says the essential attributes the method over methodology. 본 연구는 21세기의 신성장동력으로서 산업현장, 대학 및 연구현장 그리고 지원기관인 정부가 상호 협업에 근거한 산학협력의 상생적 발전방안을 위한 진단차원에서 대학, 현장에 있는 실무자를 대상으로 산학협력에 대한 이해와 인식의 진단에서 출발하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 주관성 연구를 위하여, Q방법이라 하는 질적연구방법을 활용하여, 각 기관의 현장에 종사하고 있는 실무자를 대상으로 취합한 의견을 바탕으로 한 인식을 유형화하였다. 분석결과 4가지의 유형으로 정의되었다. <유형 Ⅰ>은 산학협력 주체가 주로 ‘기업’으로 내고 있어, 「기업주도형」으로 명명하였다. <유형 Ⅱ>는 산학관협력 성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 정부(관)임을 강조하고 있어, 「정부역할강조형」으로 명명하였다. <유형 Ⅲ>은 정부의 산학관협력 지원기관이 잘 마련되어 있다”, “정부의 산학관협력 지원예산이 충분함을 강조하고 있어, 「대학-정부지원형」으로 명명하였다. <유형 Ⅳ>는 대학은 산학관협력 활동지원을 위한 전담조직, 활동지원 행정시비스 체계가 갖추어져야 함을 강조하고 있어, 「대학체계적 관리형」으로 명명하였다. 질적연구는 사회현상의 여러 가지 인물이나 사물을 있는 그대로 일상생활에서 일어나는 언어를 재구성함으로써 사물의 본질적 속성을 발견하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서, 현실세계, 사회현상, 사물, 인물 등을 “있는 그대로 바라보면서(seeing things as they are)” 그곳에서 보여지고 듣게 되는 다양하고 복잡한 현상과 언어들을 재구성하여 그 본질적 속성을 밝히는 해석적 패러다임으로써 방법(method)이상의 방법론(methodology)이다. 따라서, 질적연구방법론의 활용은 다양한 연구 소재의 개발 및 연구방법의 활용가능성을 제고한다면, 그 유용성에 무한한 가능성을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

        Expression of gamma-Tocopherol Methyltransferase Transgene Improves Tocopherol Composition in Lettuce (Latuca sativa L.)

        A cDNA encoding γ-tocopherol methyltransferase (γ-TMT) from Arabidopsis thaliana was overexpressed in lettuce (Latuca sativa L.) to improve the tocopherol composition. Seven lines of lettuce (T0) containing the γ-TMT transgene were produced by Agrobacteriummediated transformation. The inheritance and expression of the transgene were confirmed by DNA and RNA gel blot analyses as well as quantification of tocopherols and γ-TMT activities. The ratio of α-/γ- tocopherol content (TR) varied from 0.6 to 1.2 in nontransformed plants, while the T0 plants had ratios of 0.8 to 320. The ratio ranged from 0.4 to 544 in 41 T1 progenies of the T0 transgenic line gTM3, and the phenotypic segregation indicated monogenic inheritance of the transgene (i.e., 3:1 = dominant:wild-type classes). There was a tight relationship between the TR phenotype and γ-TMT activity, and enzyme activities were affected by the copy number and transcript levels of the transgene. The TR phenotype was stably expressed in T2 progenies of T1 plants. The results from this study indicated that a stable inheritance and expression of Arabidopsis γ-TMT transgene in lettuce results in a higher enzyme activity and the conversion of the γ-tocopherol pool to α-tocopherol in transgenic lettuce.

      • Triggering 에 의한 Pulse 幅可變單安定 Multivibrator 回路에 관한 硏究

        2개의 TD를 使用하여 Triggering Pulse에 의해 Pulse 幅可變이 可能한TD Monostable 回路를 堤案하고 理論的인 檢討와 回路設計를 하였다. 動作李論은 減衰發振모드, 不平衛모드와 Overdamping된 平衛보드를 區分하여 設明했다. 이 回路는 動作余有度等이 대단하 좃으며 따라서 인버터, 高速 Pulse 發生回路, 高速記憶回路,時間기억회로, 시간-Pulse 幅變換回路 등 이용度가 매우 높을 것이 기대 된다. A tunnel diode pair circuit, a most reliable operation in the controlled monostable circuit have been developed and theory and circuit desigh are presented. Principle of operations are explained fro damped oscillation mode, unbalanced mode, balanced mode with overdamping. Several applications are possible, for example, as an inverter, pulse shaper, quasi stable memory, and time to pulse width converter, because the circuit has a high degree of freedom.

        LDAP을 이용한 보안 키 관리 시스템 구현

        보안 키 관리 기능은 망 보안을 위 한 필수 요소 중 하나로서, IPSec, HIP 등 다양한 프로토콜에서 이러한 기능을 요구하고 있다. 망 계층에서 보안 키 관리 기능을 제공하기 위한 두가지 방안이 있는데, 그것들은 디렉토리 서비스를 이용하는 것과 DNS 서비스를 이용하는 것이다. 본 논문은 디렉토리 서비스를 이용하여 보안 키 관리 시스템을 구현한 예를 소개한다. 디렉토리 서비스(OpenLDAP)와 공개키 알고리즘(FLINT/C), IPSec(FreeS/WAN)의 기능들을 공개 소프트웨어들을 이용하여 구축하였으며, 보안 키 관리 시스템을 이용한 암호화된 메시지 교환, IKE 데몬과의 연동을 통해 구현된 관리 시스템의 기능을 확인하였다. The security key management function is a key element to secure network environment, and many protocols include IPSec, HIP, etc. demand this function. There are two solutions to provide the key management function in the network layer, one is a method for storing security key material in the directory, and the other is a method for storing security key material in DNS. In this paper we present an implementation of key management system by LDAP. We deployed the open source solutions for directory service(OpenLDAP), cryptographic algorithm (FLINT/C), IPSec(FreeS/WAN), and verified the key management system by the encrypted message exchange and the interoperability test by un daemon.

        혐기 또는 저온처리에 따른 보리 유식물체내 유리아미노산 및 유리산 함량의 변화

        발아후 일주일간 생육한 보리 유식물체를 이용하여 혐기처리, 저온처리 및 기계적 상처에 대한 보리 식물체의 반응양상을 유리아미노산과 유리당 함량의 변화를 분석하여 조사하였다. 혐기적처리에 반응하여 함량의 변화가 뚜렸하게 나타나는 아미노산은 alanine, GABA, glutamic acid였다. Alanlne과 GABA함량은 10시간까지의 혐기처리에 의해 급속히 증가하였으나 glutamic acid 함량은 크게 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 상처에 의한 alanine, GABA, glutamic acid반응 양상은 혐기처리와 유사하였으나, 함량변화 정도는 혐기처리에서 보다 훨씬 낮았다. 저온처리에 의하여 지상부와 뿌리 중의 GABA 함량이 증가하였다. 혐기적 처리에 의하여 지상부의 유리당함량이 변화하였으며, glucose나 fructose보다는 sucrose의 함량변화가 상대적으로 크게 나타났다 Effects of anaerobic, mechenical wounding and cold treatments on free amino acid and free sugar contents were examined in 7 day-old barley seedlings. In barley shoots under anaerobic condition, drastic changes in free amino acid content were observed. Alanine, ~gamma -aminobutyric aicd(GABA) and glutamic acid contents changed most prominantly. Alanine and GABA contents increased rapidly with incubation time up to 10 hr. Glutamic acid content, however, decreased drastically during the first 5 hr of incubation, then increased thereafter. Barley shoots showed similar but smaller changes in amino aicd contents in response to mechanical wounding. GABA content increased in shoots and roots in response to the cold treatment. But increase in GABA content was greater in anaerobic than cold treatment. In anaerobically treated shoots, changes in free sugar content were less prominant than those in amino acid content. Sucrose content changed relatively larger than glucose and fructose contents in excised shoots.

        역대(歷代) 약물(藥物) 비표준(非標準) 계량단위(計量單位)의 고찰(考察)

        Objective : This study was done to clarify ambiguous non-standard weight and measuring units in medical classics. Methods : Using medical classics and research dissertations, we studied the basic definitions of weight and measuring units and the types of non-standard weight and measuring units. We compared non-standard weight and measuring units in the reference literatures, to determine the dose of herbs in the prescriptions. Results : There are three types of units in non-standard weight and measuring units. These are 'Quantity measuring unit', 'Resembrance measuring unit', and 'Eye measuring unit'. And we found historical efforts and progresses for proper ways to convert non-standard weight and measuring units to standard weight and measuring units. Conclusions : This research will be the basic data for the standardization of prescriptions. Additional study was still required for precise weighing and measuring in Korean medicine and pharmacy.
