        At present, the students majoring in tourism approach theoretically and practically target human resource development which is balanced between creativity and specialty. And yet, the initial step of on-the -job training has not been worked and the area of tourism and experience in this field are known as a beginning stage. Thus, this study is focusing on the on-the -job training in the area of tourism major in technical college. The study outlines: First, to find the purpose, necessity and linkage of on-the-job training Second, to analyze the current situation and process of tourism major in technical college and to provide issues and alternative solutions. The issues and alternative solutions are as follows: First, A placement for trainee is not aligned with a purpose of the on the job training. Second, Due to high staying cost in case of students from provincial area, a systematic support such as a dormitory facility would be required. Third, An amount of subsidy for trainee is too low, and a trainee is used as substitution for regular employee's vacation during summer season and for beginning and end of year during winter season. Forth, According to a survey result, the degree of satisfaction and achievement among trainees is shown as low after the completion of job training. Fifth, As a result of unavailable service training and time barrier by companies, an effective service and technical training have not been provided. Sixth, There is no clear linkage between job training and employment. Seventh, Many students enter a technical college due to learn professional technique and service; however, many other students go to a technical college as means of transfer to university. Eighth, A general image on tourism business is known as a negative influence on students' parents as well as a job market in tourism business circle. In doing so, a flexible operating system is more important for to implement job training than a social system or training program itself. In particular, tourism business known as labor intensive is sensitive to economy change. Since a tourism business is predicted as a potential industry for the twenty-first century, besides a positive national economy and tourism business, the continuing and active supports are needed as follows: First, An active support on job training provided by tourism companies is required. Second, A continuous driving force and a thorough management of job training by technical college and relevant major department are needed. Third, A government's active concern on a system alignment and financial support on-the-job training is inevitable. Forth, In order to achieve a objectives and practical and effective job training, students majoring in tourism should enhance a service mind and manner.

        국내규사를 (國內硅砂) 사용한 합성사의 (合成砂) 고온성질 ( 압축강도 , 팽장 ) 에 관한 연구

        N/A The behavior of sand and mold at high temperatures was generally agreed to importantly affect the quality of castings made. By changing water content through 2,4,6 and 8%, and bentonite content through 5,7,9 and 11%, specimens have been made according to the respective composition. Specimens have been subjected to hot compressive strength and thermal expansion at 400, 600, 800 and 1000℃ respectively. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. At each temperature, thermal expansion decreased and hot compressive strength increased with the increase in water content. 2. After thermal expansion was peaked at approximately 1000℃ the contraction and maximum hot compressive strength appeared. 3. At each temperature, maximum hot compressive strength appeared 2%, 4,6% and 8% water content for 7%, 9% and 11% bentonite content respectively. 4. When 2% H₂O was added, though bentonite content was increased, hot compressive strength did not rarely change. 5. Until the thermal expansion was completed the required time was 15-18 minutes at 400℃ and 600℃, and 10-13 minutes at 800℃. At 1000℃, the required time was 7-9 minutes in order to gain the maximum expansion, after that, contraction proceeded during 3-4 minutes before expansion was completed.

        압축성 Navier-Stokes 방정식을 이용한 가스 분무기 유동의 수치적 해석

        The behavior of the flow about gas atomizers with a supersonic nozzle containing an under-expanded or over-expanded jet is very important with respect to performance and stability characteristics. Since detailed experiments are expensive, computational fluid mechanics have been applied recently to various relating flow field. In this study, a higher order upwind method with the 3rd order MUSCL type TVD scheme is used to solve the full Reynolds Wavier-Stokes equations. To delineate the purely exhaust jet effects, the melt flow is not considered. Comparison is made with some experimental data in terms of density fields. The influence of the exhaust-jet-to freestream pressure ratio and the effect of the protrusion length of the melt orifice are studied. The present study leads us to believe that the computational fluid mechanics should be considered as powerful tool in predicting the gas atomizer flows.

      • 스키장의 지리적 조건과 이용형태 분석 : 강원도 P리조트를 중심으로 In Case of 'P' ski resort

        In Korea, most of the ski resorts are located in kangwon Do and Metropolitan area. The reasons for this are the ability to accomodate the ski population, the climate, and the topography. Especially, if all we do is think about the winter season around the Tae-Baek and So-Baek mountain ranges, in Korea the location of ski resorts is suitable. In the range of the Tae-Baek Mountains, at 700meters above sea level, there is a place for ski resort 'P'. For this resort to become a great in scale as a mountainous rest resort in Korea, it analyzed a couple of things. The first study dealt with the location of the resort. This considered the conditions of the environment with respect to the climate and topography. The second study of the resort analyzed the amenities and services available for customers after the formation of the resort. The area study is efficiently satisfied in regards to the wind velocity, amount of snowfall, temperature etc. of the climate. For the ski resort the maximum snowfall of 198.9cm is satisfactory and beginning in November once the snow is starting to be removed, the resourcefulness of 'S' ski resort will open at about the same. For 'P' ski resort in January the average temperature is -7.2 degrees Celsius, from November to February the average snowfall is 166cm, and the seven months of temperatures below freezing are two months longer than Kangreung city. The report of wind velocity is satisfactory for maximum wind speed of 15m/sec and the study of the wind speed at the resort came out to 4.2m/s. Also the resourcefulness of this resort lies with the rivers. Their supply of water can remove snow during the middle ten days of the month of March when the ski resort is closed. On another point, the topography of the ski resort to satisfactory results TaeGee Mountain's natural environment and its topography can be checked. The ski resort's topography matches the slant and length with the rivers and surrounding area. From the results of the area study about the climate, amount of snowfall, period of snowfall, wind speed, temperature, topography of gradient, incline, length etc. management will undoubtedly decide on this location As the results of user's actional behavior analysis say, for secondary subject, there are 82.71% of users dwelling in the Metropolitan ares at the 'P' resort, the family group in the area occupies highest visitor in the resort. Besides 72.50% of user visit to the resort by their own vehicle, 57.52% of the survey said there are no inconvenience to drive their way to 'P' resort. And also, 48.60% of survey said the resort has good utilization and well-instituted facilities as the tourism area or resort area, second 30.15% of survey said they have good landscape. The other side, according to result of survey for view of expenses of utilization, most of the survey claim utilization cost to much, the length of user's stay in the area is mostly 2nights which is 63.16% of whole visitor. As the result of survey's response, for inquiring their satisfaction of the resort, 68.79% of user shows "Excellent", 28.20% in all ages shows "Generally satisfactory". It shows that 'P' resort could be considered to be toursim area which maintains splendid satisfaction including their improvement to overcome their seasonal bias between on-season and off-season, and their effort to improve lateral point of expensive occupancy prize.

        Identification of the Marker Genes Related With Chronic Mitral Valve Disease in Dogs

        We aimed to identify genomic variations as well as the marker genes related with chronic mitral valve disease (CMVD) in Canis lupus familiaris using whole genome resequencing, which provides valuable resources for further study. Two ten-year old female Canis lupus familiaris English cocker spaniels were used for this study, one control and one who had been diagnosed as CMVD. For the whole genome resequencing, muscles from the left ventricular wall were collected from each dog. With the HiSeq DNA Shotgun library and HiSeqTM 2000 platform, whole genome resequencing was performed. From the results, we identified 5 million and 6 million variants in gene expression in the control and CMVD-diagnosed subject, respectively. We then selected the top 1,000 genes from the SNP, INS, and DEL mutation and 675 genes among them were overlapped for every mutation between the control and CMVD-diagnosed patient. Interestingly, in both groups, the intron variant (91.16 and 91.18%) and upstream variant (3.10 and 3.08%) are most highly related. Among the overlapped 675 genes, gene ontology for intracellular signal transduction is highly counted in INS, and DEL, and SNPs (35, 33, 31, respectively). In this study, we found that the COL and CDH gene families could be key molecules in identifying the difference in gene expression between control and CMVD-diagnosed dogs. We believe further studies will prove the importance of variants in key molecule expression and that these data will serve as a valuable foundation stone the study of canine CMVD.

        두가지 가정으로부터 수소가 첩가된 비정질규소의 전기 전도도에서 Meyer-Neldel 규칙을 유도했다. 그 가정은 온도에 따라 페르미준위가 선형으로 변한다는 것과 활성화 에너지 E의 온도에 대한 상대적인 변화율이 페르미준위의 위치 즉 E의 크기에 관계없다는 것이다. Meyer-Meldel Rule for the conductivity of a-Si:H is derived semi-empirically with following assumptions: Linear statistical shift of Fermi energy with temperature and that the fractional derivative of E with temperature is a constant.
