      • 蹴球競技의 基礎訓練에 關한 硏究

        The reason why the soccer in korea has not achieved enough development to cope with that of other countries for the present, when the soccer has advanced so much andis prospering all over the world, can be calculate, in two fundamental defects that the training for the basic drill and physical power has ben neglected, and the want of players rather thatn the technique or skill of soccer. These are two urgent and immediate problems to be solved. Forthe former, tho more scientificand dynamicmethods for the basic training course of soccer is required, taking account that passing is one of the most primary and fundamental one among basic trainings. For the latter, it is necessary to train more players during secoundary school courses. In order to advance the technique and skill of passing, the following methods are indispensable ; 1. The characteristic of football 2. Some training methods of Running for the accuracy. 3. Some training methods of kicking for he faccuracy of passing, 4. Some training methods of Dribbling for the accuracy of passing. 5. Some fundamental training methods of Passing. 6. Synthetic training methods of passing. For the more efficient cultivation of technique, some tests are necessary as well as useful ; each individual Player must see theresults, good and weak points, of his own playing to cultivate his skill. Through these course of tests, one can also realize how the physical condition on each occasun is influential to the result of playing, and his realization will lead him to voluntary cultivation of physical condition. Concluding in brief, with speedy accurate passing and sufficient physical power and advanced technique and skill of various passing, which are aquired through the methods proposed above, every player will meet the requirements to play the game composedly with great reserve in ability and energy on any occasion.

      • 과학교육에서의 포트폴리오 평가

        The purpose of this article are to discuss the needs of portfolio assessment in science education, and to introduce the development methods and processes of science portfolios. The first goal of assessment is to improve learning and teaching. Teachers can use portfolio assessment to gain more clearer view of the students' understanding and to reflect on teaching practices that will affect their studnets' understanding. Portfolios have the potential to influence how science is taught and how science learning is assessed. The processes of conceptualizing and designing a portfolio present opportunities to teachers and students alike to identify clearly the instructional objectives for the science class, to articulate the criteria for success, to participate in both the design and development processes, to express individual strengths, to become self-reflective, and to become co-learners and co-evaluators. This mode of assement conjures up a different perception of a classroom - a portfolio cultural center where knowledge is constructed communally, individual strengths developed, and learning becomes an adventure where success is displayed. Portfolio learning and assessment bring about instructional changes in the classroom. Therefore, above all, for such a change of assessment in korea assessment system have to be changed from conventional external assessment to internal assessment in the classroom, at least in the elementary school.

        Man desire to have good health in personal of national sstand. Because it gives us personal and familial happiness, and for the prosperity of a ccountry it is absolutely the necessay basal condition. The feeble and the sicklt person can not have happiness, self-growth and welfare by the fine will and go-getting. And motive power to make the peacefull home, the constructive society, the rich and powerful contry starts from the very health, and crowning glory is won from healthe. WHO says in the charter that health is absolutely perfect state physically and mentally, socially as well as not ill and weak. This means that health does not have an final obiect to cure a disease, but increase our active energy to construct the social welfare. These points are studied in this paper.

        건강보험에서 5인 미만 사업장의 직장보험 편입 효과 평가와 정책 방향

        본 논문은 건강보험공단이 2001년 「월 이후 추진하고 있는 5인 미만 사려장의 직장보험 편입을 평가하고 향후 정책방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 5인 미만 사업장의 직장보험 편입은 보험 가입자의 보험료 부과의 형평성을 제고하고, 영세사업장 노동자들의 보험료 부담을 경감시키며 건강보험재정 안정 효과를 위한 것이다. 2001년 7월 이후 12월 31일까지 직장보험으로 신규편입한 대상자는 모두 약 64만명이었으나 편입이전지역보험 대상자는 약 53만명, 직장보험 대상자는 약 10만명이었다. 또한 동일 기간동안 직장보험으로 편입된 사업장은 모두 88,751개였다. 편입 전후 개인별 보험료 수준 변화를 살펴보면 보험료 부과대상 중 77.6%는 본인이 부담해야 할 보험료가 감소하였다. 대신 사업주의 보험료 부담은 상대적으로 늘어났다. 한편 2001년 7월 이후 12월까지 직장보험 편입으로 건강보험의 재정은 약 19,530백만원의 재정절감효과가 있었다. 직장보험은 7,331백만원의 보험료 수입 증가가 발생하였으며, 지역보험은 12,199백만원의 재정절감 효과가 있었다. 향후 5인 미만 사업장의 직장보험 편입이 원만히 추진되기 위해서는 피부양자 인정기준의 개선과 영세사업장 사업주의 보험료 부담을 경감시켜주기 위한 방안을 강구해야 하며, 사회적으로는 비정규직 노동자에 대한 사회보장 적용 확대를 위한 노력이 동시에 추구되어야 할 것이다. This study was conducted for the purpose of evaluating coverage of small companies with less than 5 persons by Corporate Insurance since July 2001 and of suggesting policy implication. This coverage expansion by Corporate Insurance was intended for improving equity level of contribution imposition, alleviating financial burden of employees and achieving financial stability of health insurance. While, from July 2001 to December, the number of newly covered beneficiaries was about 642 thousand persons, the number of Regional beneficiaries before the new coverage expansion by Corporate Insurance was 533 thousand persons. And the number of Corporate Insurance beneficiaries before the coverage expansion was 101 thousand persons. For the same period, the number of companies by the new coverage expansion of Corporate Insurance was 88,751. Before and after the expansion, taking into account changes of individual contribution levels, payment share levels of contribution were reduced to the 77.6% of the beneficiaries newly covered by Corporate Insurance. Instead, payment share level of contribution of employers was increased more than before. And 19,530 million won was increased in National Health Insurance Expenditure. 7,331million won was increased in Corporate Insurance revenue. Expenditure reduction effect of 12,199 million won was able to be obtained in Regional Insurance. In order to implement successfully the coverage expansion by Corporate Insurance in times ahead, employers' contribution share should be reduced, when considering low profitability levels of small companies.

        After the athletic circles of our Country shouted the scientific sports, many years flowed already. Before and after Tokyo Olympics in 1964, he Korea Athletics Association added the basic and medical examination about the minute examination of the body, the management of the parasite and nutritious food etc, to the amateur players. And it is recently one of results of the Korea Athletics Association, the heodquarters of the physical culture, that the scientific training of circuit training, weighttraining and interval training etc. Forms the pattern of player's life. And also the health education of the officer and player through the cultural lecture and the re-education of the professial leader on the establishment of the couch academy, from the scientific point of the Korean sports, have a very great meaning.

      • 光增感劑로서 可能한 몇 가지 錯物의 合成

        Water photolysis by visible light is attractive in collecting and storing solar energy. Light-induced electron transfer processes are artificial systems mimiced from natural photosynthesis. A basic concept in the design of such system is the use of photosensitizer, electron donor and electron acceptor. This study is focused on the synthesis of ruthenium(Ⅱ) polypyridine complex, ruthenium(Ⅱ) bipyridine complex , manganese(Ⅱ) 5, 10, 15, 20-tetra(4-pyridyl)-21H, 23H-porphin complex, zinc(Ⅱ) 5, 10, 15, 2-tetra(4-pyridyl)-21H, 23H-porphin complex as photosensitizers. The complexes were identified by spectroscopic methods (UV-VIS, NMR, IR specroscopy and Elemental analysis). The metalloporphins in 3 ml ethanol that one drop of 0 to 50% aguous sulfuric acid solution was added are stable. These synthesized complexes except ruthenium(Ⅱ) polypyridine complex absorbed longer visible (500nm>) lighit than a general photosensitizer, Ru(bipy)₃². Therefore these complexes are expected to be possible potosensitizers in th artificial water photolysis system.

        In most books of our country or text-books, we can see the Explanation that Germany is the Cradle of hand-ball. Like this we Learned in error about the cradle of hand-ball. And I guess People do not understand clearly in general the difference between the eleven-mamber system and the seven-member system. I have always throught these points. In this thesis I am to explain driefly the origin and the developing course of hand-hall.

      • 大學生의 餘暇活動 實態에 關한 調査硏究

        The result of analysis is like following. 1. They think leisure activities as function of "diverting"(57.5%), "helping to build up their character" (20.4%). 2. Their leisure activities time In a day is from an hour to three hours(80.4%) and they think that time is appropriate(41.7%) or insufficient.(37.9%) 3. They make a plan for leisure activities at times(41.7%) or don't make a plan. (37.9%) 4. They think that leisure facilities lack(79.4% ) and they want expansion of gymnastic facilities(34.7%), public entertainments facilities(24.4%) and a resting room.(14.0%) 5. They mostly do leisure activities with friends(73.9%),and they can't do activities properly because of "lack of time for leisure activities" (29.6% ) "an economical condition"(27.6% ) or "lack of facilities"(22.5% ) 6. Generally they have leisure time in order to dissolve the stress(46.7% ) or relieve their fatigue and promote their health.(23.6%) 7. They get an information of leisure activities from their friends(44.6%),and there are more students who have an experience to attend a group or an organization for leisure activities(51.9%) compared with the number of the students who have no experience to attend. 8. More than 50% students spend "more than 20,000-30,000won" on leisure activities cost and they get it from parents.(71.5% ) 9. They spend the time in conversation with friends(31.0%),rest(19.4%) when they have no any class. 10. That spend "watching TV"(37.1%), "going to the movies or plays"(13.9%), "taking exercise"(9.7%) on weekend or holiday. 11. The leisure activities that all of male and female students want to do extremely are "traveling."(Boy 25.6%, girl 32.9%)
