It is essential to perform various plane attempts as well as revaluation of conventional apartments so that the apartments can continue to play a typical role as type of urban housing. Based on these understandings, this study was carried out to examine plane characteristic and change of apartments in Taegu in 1990s and to offer basic data of housing plan through quantitative analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. From the above results of this study, it appears that although the apartment has been recognized as one of urban residential types, concepts of use and residence are not definite in dealing with design determinants. By breaking from uniform and fixed design, the planning of apartment plane should be done on the basis of user-centered supply pattern to which diversification and variability are added, so that wider range of selection can be available to residents.
파형강관의 오수관 활용을 위한 현장시험 및 유한요소해석

During the construction of circular underground pipe, the non-proper compaction along the pipe and the decrease of compaction efficiency have been the main problems to induce the failure of underground pipe or facility. The use of CLSM (controlled low strength materials) should be one of the possible applications to overcome those problems. In this research, the small-scaled model test and the numeric analysis using PENTAGON-3D FEM program were carried out for three different cases on the change of backfill materials, including the common sand, the soil from construction site, and the CLSM. From the model test the use of CLSM as backfill materials reduced the vertical and lateral deformation of the pipe, as well as the deformation of the ground surface. The main reason for reducing the deformation would be the characteristics of the CLSM, especially self-leveling and self-hardening properties. The measured earth pressure at the surround of the corrugated pipe using the CLSM backfill was the smaller than the other cases, and the absolute value was almost zero. Judging from the small-scaled model test and FEM analysis, the use of CLSM as backfill materials should be one of the best choices reducing the failure of the underground pipes.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the soil-water characteristic curves for an unsaturated soil. To this ends, a series of suction measured test was conducted on the selected 4 kinds of soils taken from different sites of Korea, using modified pressure plate apparatus.Form the test results, the water contents, degree of saturation and volumetric water contents were analyzed with the suction. And the soil-water characteristic curves of unsaturated soil were drawn from the test results for various factors. The characteristic curves drawn with water content vs matric suction were classified certainly the difference in wet side but were not classified in dry side. The characteristic curves drawn with degree of saturation vs matric suction for unsaturated soil were shown the opposite inclination as compared with the former curve. But the characteristic curve with volumetric water content vs matric suction was described suitably not only in wet side condition but also in dry side. And it was found that the volumetric water contents of loose soil was high at the initial condition but that of dense soil was high at final condition (dry side). 흙 분류상 명확하게 구분되는 4종류의 시료를 선정한 후, 다짐상태를 달리하여 간극상태를 4단계로 조절한 공시체를 만들고, 이를 개조된 Pressure Plate Apparatus를 사용하여 약 14단계의 공기압을 다르게 가하면서 흡인력 시험을 수행하여 공시체의 수분 이동량을 측정하였다. 측정된 결과를 바탕으로 각 시료의 함수비, 포화도 및 체적 함수비를 분석하여 흙-수분 특성곡선을 도출하였다. 이들의

근년, 일반산업기계, 하역운반기계 및 공작기계등의 유압화가 급격히 진보되고, 더욱이 각종기 계에서의 자동제어 및 원격제어의 필요성이 고조됨에 따라서 유압구동계의 사용이 날로 증가 하고 있다. 그러므로 유압구동계의 특성을 잘 이해하여, 기존의 유압화기계는 성능을 최대한 발 휘할 수 있는 상태에서 운전되도록 하고, 새로운 기계를 설계할 시에는 기능과 성능을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 설계하여야한다.
