As the energy consumption increases rapidly, power generation needs the high energy efficiency continuously. To achieve the high efficiency of power generation, the materials used have to endure the higher temperature and pressure. The 9-12%Cr steels possess good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and creep strength in high temperature due to high Cr contents. Therefore, the 9-12%Cr steels are widely used for the high-temperature components in power plants. Even though the steels usually have a fully martensitic microstructure, they are susceptible to the formation of ${\delta}$-ferrite specifically during the welding process. The formation of ${\delta}$-ferrite has several detrimental effects on creep, ductility and toughness. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid its formation. As the volume fraction of ${\delta}$-ferrite is less than 2% in microstructure, it has the isolated island morphology and causes no significant degradation on mechanical properties. For ${\delta}$-ferrite above 2%, it has a polygonal shape affecting the detrimental influence on the mechanical properties. The formation of ${\delta}$-ferrite is affected by two factors: a chemical composition and a welding heat input. The most effective ways to get a fully martensite microstructure are to reduce the chromium equivalent less than 13.5, to keep the difference between the chromium and nickel equivalent less than 8, and to reduce the welding heat input.

Lubrication characteristics between a cylinder block and a valve plate for high speed bent-axis type hydraulic pump play an important role in volumetric efficiency and durability of pump. In this paper, a finite element method is presented for the computation of the pressure distribution between a cylinder block and a valve plate for high speed bent-axis type hydraulic pump. Also, a Runge-Kutta method is applied to simulate the cylinder block dynamics of three-degrees of freedom motion. From the results of computation, we can draw two major conclusions. One is related to the fluid film characteristics between a cylinder block and a valve plate and the other is related to the average leakage that is determined by the pressure gradient and the clearance near the discharge port. The numerical results of cylinder block dynamics were compared with the experimental results using eddy-current type gap sensors those are fixed at a pump housing.

The effect of PWHT time on the pitting behavior in NaCl solution was evaluated in the weld of Mod. 9Cr-1Mo steels. Specimens were fabricated using autogeneous gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and tested using various post weld heat treatment (PWHT) times (i.e., 30 min, 1 h, and 2 h). More retained δ -ferrite was produced adjacent to the fusion line than the weld center. The polarization curves shifted to low Ecorr and large Icorr, therefore decreasing the pitting corrosion resistance of the weld as the PWHT holding time increased. The ‘as-welded’ specimens showed random pitting at the martensite lath. With increasing PWHT time, pitting was also found at the δ-ferrite/tempered martensite (δ/TM) interface. This is because more coarse and dense Cr-rich M23C6 carbides were formed along the δ/TM interface than at the TM/TM interface as the PWHT holding time increased.

본 논문은 영화의 정치경제학에 대한 이론적 제안이다. 맑스의 정치경제학은 화폐가 교환가치의 표상으로 기능하는 방식에 대한 분석으로부터 시작된다. 화폐는 특정한 상품의 생산에 투여된 노동력의 양을 표상함으로, 상이한 상품형식들 사이의 등가교환을 가능하게 한다. 영화의 정치경제학은 맑스의 이론에서 ‘화폐’, ‘상품’, ‘노동력’의 위치에, 각각 영화가 (재)생산한 ‘인지형식들’, 약호로서 ‘뉴미디어’, 그리고 대중의 ‘인지’를 대입한다. 지가 베르토프는 영화적 테크놀로지의 작동이 지각된 세계를 동역학적 에너지들의 “간격”으로 분석한다고 말한바 있다. 반면 에이젠슈타인은 영화적 인지가 이 동역학적 간격들을 하나의 지각으로 가공(몽타주)하는 신경계의 작동으로부터 생산된다고 주장했다. 이들의 논의는 1/24초의 간격으로 점멸하는 영화의 이미지들이 ‘지각된 세계’와 ‘지각하는 주체’ 양자에 미친 영향을 암시한다. 영화의 작동에 의해 물리적 지각장은 감각적 미립자들의 정신분산적 평면으로 현상하며, 주체의 인지는 이 미립자들이 기계적, 생리학적 재배열로 이해된다. 이 재배열-인지를 카메라-영사기와 접속한 신경계의 노동으로 간주한다면, 영화가 산출한 인지의 새로운 형식들은 이 노동의 생산품이다. 영화의 정치경제학은, 전통적 지각장을 감각적 미립자들로 ‘청산’하는 카메라의 작동과 이 미립자들로부터 새로운 인지형식이 ‘종합’되는 영사의 과정, 그리고 이 분자적 감각들로부터 주체의 인지능력과 욕망이 ‘재생산’되는 과정을 서술한다. This essay is a theoretical proposal for the political economy of cinema. Marx began his political economy by analyzing money’s function as the representative of exchange value, which measures the amount of labor power invested in the production of a commodity. In the political economy of cinema, the positions of money, commodity, and labor in Marx’s theory correspond to cinema as media, cognitive forms produced by cinema, and cognition as labor. Dziga Vertov said that a movie camera analyzes the perceived world into interrelated intervals of sense elements, while Eisenstein studied the cinematic cognition as a kind of neural activity which physiologically rearranges these intervals. What their arguments imply is that cinema’s analytic operation, which converts a perceived object into an array of molecular sensations and let them flow through viewers’ nervous system, has changed the socio-historical structure of human field of perception. Through the mediation of camera and projector, the physical side of perceptual field has been exposed as a phenomenological horizon filled with distracted sensations, and the cognition as a conscious process has began to be understood in terms of neural exchange and rearrangement of sensations in reflexive circuits of a nervous system. If this rearrangement can be considered a sort of labor that a nervous system connected to technologies performs, we could regard the cognitive forms yielded by cinema as the products of this laboring. The political economy of cinema describes how the movie camera has liquidated the traditional field of perception into sense elements exchangeable between machines and human nervous systems, how the projector has synthesized them into new cognitive forms, and how the human subjects of cognition and desire has been reproduced from the mechanic and neural rearrangements of sensations in theaters.

In this paper ubiquitous health care system that can monitor health condition was implemented through measuring the sensor that is installed in vehicles. Implemented system consists of various wireless sensors and DB server, transmitting information that is sensed in real-time. In addition, through the sensed data based algorithm, the system which couples Web-based JSP program with Flash GUI, providing information as well as emergency service was established.
