初代總督 寺內, 二代총독 長谷川은 총독정치의 基本方向으로서 日本人을 朝鮮에 移植하고 朝鮮人을 滿洲로 몰아내는 遂出政策을 取하였으나 오히려 축출된 朝鮮人들의 抗日 투쟁이 극심하여지자 三代 總督 薺藤은 총독정치를 전환하여 이른바 文化政策을 표방하고 「朝鮮人을 朝鮮 땅에서 물마른 웅뎅이의 고기떼처럼 잦아서 죽게 하는 涸渴之魚政策을 使用」 하였다.

이 글은 『근대시의 이념들』에서 다룬 식민지 시기 조선 문단의 응전, 곧 서구화와 제국주의 앞에서, 조선의 문인들이 경험한 단절과 연속에 주목하였다. 저자는 ‘근대초극론’을 중심으로 1부에서는 조선 문인들의 이념적 투쟁을, 2부에서는 장르적 탐색을, 3부에서는 창작—이념 사이의 흔적을 다루었다. 이 책의 미덕은 사상적 검토의 치밀함과 엄정함, 그리고 개별 작품의 세밀한 읽기이다. 1부에서는 근대초극론을 중심으로 30년대 비평담론의 특성과 휴머니즘의 양가성, 국민문학론과 신세대론의 향방을 정리함으로써 논의 전체를 입체적으로 이해케 유도하였고, 2-3부에서는 문인들의 이념과 실제 창작의 특성을 개별 및 주제론적으로 검토함으로써 당대의 문학지형도를 촘촘하게 그려낸다. 더 나아가 흥미로운 접근법도 살펴볼 수 있다. 부분적으로 다룬 ‘장르적 무의식’이라는 논의가 그 예이다. 문학장 내의 욕동을 포착한 논의는 이후 문학사 연구에도 의미있는 틀이 될 것이다. This article noted the succession and continuity of Joseon literature during the colonial period, in the face of Westernization and imperialism, as described in “The Ideas of Modern Poetry”. The author dealt with the ideological struggle of Joseon literature in the first part, the genre exploration in the second part, and the traces of creation-ideology in the third part, focusing on “Overcoming Modernity”. The virtue of this book is the meticulousness, strictness, and detailed reading of individual works. The first part focused on overcoming Modernity, the value of humanism in the 30s, and the direction of national literature and new generation theory led to a three-dimensional understanding of the entire discussion. Furthermore, we can look at interesting approaches. A partial discussion of ‘genre unconsciousness’ is an example. The discussion that captures the desires of the literature hall will be a meaningful framework for further research on the history of literature.

웹소설 유료화에 따른 플랫폼과 서사의변화 양상 연구

이 연구는 웹소설의 유료화와 플랫폼의 변화를 다룬다. 플랫폼 운영은 웹소설을 상품으로 전환하며 독자와 작가를 대하는 방식을 바꾼다. 더 나아가웹소설의 서사구조에도 변화를 가져온다. 따라서 상품화된 웹소설의 물리적 조건을 검토한 후, 서사과정의 변화라는 내적 조건의 특질을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 정기연재를 하면서 서사는 클리셰의 반복과 변주에 중점을 둔다. 그러므로 저작권과 예상표절에 대한 이해가 필요하고, 클리셰의 재활용에서 빚어지는 자극적인 설정과 윤리적 재현의 문제를 논의해야 한다. 이 연구의 의의는 현장 중심의 논의를 다룸으로써 앞으로 연구 가능한 주제들을 추출한 데 있다. 상품화된 소설의 장르적 변이 연구, 저작권 보호 연구, 표절 연구, 장르소설의 재소환 연구, 웹소설 서사의 윤리성 연구, 타 문화권과 대중문화의 영향관계 연구, 플랫폼의 전략 등이다. 한계점으로는 현장 중심의 논의여서 고찰하는 논문 문헌 부족, 연구자가 집중한 장르 편중, 특수성 있는 플랫폼의 연구 구체화 부족이다. 이는 후속 연구과제로 남긴다. This study deals with the commercialization of Web novels made possible by the monetization of the web novel platform. Platform management transforms Web novels into products and changes the way treating readers and writers. Furthermore, it changes the narrative structure of web novels. Therefore, after reviewing the physical conditions of commercialized novels, it is necessary to examine the characteristics of the internal conditions of change in narrative process. In the regular series, the narrative focuses on Cliche’s repetition and variation. Therefore, we need to understand copyright and anticipated plagiarism, and discuss the issues of ethical reproduction and the stimulating setbacks of Cliche’s recycling. The significance of this study is to extract topics that can be studied in the future by dealing with field - oriented discussions. The study of genre varieties of commercialized novels, copyright protection studies, plagiarism studies, research on genre novels, ethics research of web novels, cross-cultural studies on influences of popular culture and popular culture, and platform strategies. Limitations are the shortage of literature, the concentration of researcher focused on genre, and the lack of specificization of specific platform. This is left as a follow-up study.

This article reviewed "The Work of Web Novel Writers," which focuses on the platform, CP and paid serial systems. The author recognizes the web novel as a product designed, not a finished master piece, and is reviewing the creative environment. Therefore, Chapter 2 agreed with the premise that the web novel is a planned product, and looked at the possible points for further study. Chapter 3 analyzes the "labor" environment of web novel writers by reviewing the characteristics of readers and platforms. Chapter 4 reviewed the author's discussions on subsections, norms and codes of web novels. The author's view is mentioned in the introduction, he presented his sincere approach to mediaity, presenting his writing as a labor, and providing points where future web fiction research is possible. This article leaves a sense of significance in that it tried to faithfully follow the author's perception of the problem, and further analyzed and reinterpreted the author's discussions in chapters 3 and 4. In Chapter 2, references to the system in which replies are built that are used in the reader’s response were omitted. Also the readers' emotional reactions is not mentioned that reading web novels resulted from consumption and labor. Nevertheless, the fact that the author clearly explained the genre’s norms and left a lot of researchable points in the future can be considered an meaningful achievement. 이 글은 웹소설 연구의 방향을 웹이라는 매체성에 주목하여 플랫폼과 CP, 유료연재 시스템을 중심으로 다룬 『웹소설 작가의 일』을 검토하였다. 저자는 웹소설을 완성된 작품이 아닌, 기획된 상품으로 인식하고 있으며, 창작 환경을 검토하고 있다. 따라서 2장에서는 웹소설이 기획된 상품이라는 전제를 동의하며, 추후 연구 가능한 지점을 살펴 보았다. 3장에서는 웹소설 작가의 ‘노동’ 환경을 독자, 그리고 플랫폼의 특성을 검토하며 분석하였다. 4장에서는 웹소설의 하위 분야와 규범, 그리고 코드에 대한 저자의 논의를 검토하였다. 저자의 문제의식은 서론에서 언급한 것처럼 매체성에 대한 성실한 접근을 드러내며 노동으로서의 글쓰기를 제시한 것, 그리고 앞으로의 웹소설 연구가 가능한 지점들을 제공했다는 것이다. 이 글은 그 문제의식을 성실하게 따라가려 했고, 3장과 4장에서 저자의 논의를 추가적으로 분석, 재해석했다는 점에서 의의를 남긴다. 이 책이 아쉬운 점은 2장에서 지적한 것처럼 독자의 반응으로 활용되는 댓글이 구축되는 시스템에 대한 언급이 생략되었다는 점이었다. 또한 독자들의 감정적인 반응 역시 웹소설 읽기가 소비와 노동에서 비롯됨을 언급하지 않은 부분 역시 아쉬움으로 남았다. 그럼에도 장르 규범을 명쾌히 설명하고 추후 연구 가능한 지점을 풍성하게 남겼다는 점은 앞선 아쉬움을 잊게 할 만한 성과로 꼽을 수 있겠다.

웹툰 연구의 현황과 전망-인문사회영역을 중심으로

이 글은 지금까지 진행된 웹툰 연구의 방향 및 특징을 살펴보고, 인문사회연구자가 접근 가능한 연구지점을 찾아보는 데 목적이 있다. 웹툰은 플랫폼뿐 아니라 내용면에서도 다채로운 변화를 겪었고, 이에 따라 성과를 조망하는 연구도 다양해졌다. 이에 기존 연구의 갈래를 점검하고, 소재와 재현 중심의 연구를 넘어 인문사회적 시선을 더하려 하였다. 2장에서는 기존 연구 동향을 정리하였다. 교육, 웹툰독자(소비자), 외국 웹툰과의 비교, 장르 간의 연관성, 주제 및 소재 연구, 연출 기법 및 작법, 웹툰 시장의 특수성, 웹툰의 저작권과 판매를 둘러싼 법적 규제, 연구사 등으로 나누어지는 연구동향에서 주목할 것은 다변화되고 전문화된 연구. 세밀한 연구이다. 3장에서는 해당 분야 중 장르 간 연관성 연구, 주제 및 소재 연구 등을 좀 더 살펴보면서 주목할 연구 몇 가지를 소개하였으며, 웹툰 연구가 소재와 작가 중심으로 치중되어 있고, 특정 작품만 지속적으로 연구되고 있다는 한계점을 다루었다. 제언으로 다양한 작가와 작품을 발굴할 것, 웹툰독법과 독자들의 독서욕망을 연계할 것을 언급하였다. 결론에서는 이 연구의 의의와 한계점을 언급하였다. 기존의 연구 유형을 느슨하게나마 정리하였다는 점, 새로운 연구 가능한 접근법을 찾아보았다는 점은 의의이나, 대상으로 한 연구대상에 대한 효율적인 접근이 어려웠다는 점, 재매개적인 관점을 극복하기 어려웠다는 점을 한계로 꼽았다. 해당 논의의 부족한 점은 추후 연구에서 보충하고자 한다.

환각물질 흡입의 범죄동향 및 분석에 관한 연구

본 논문은 국내 환각물질 흡입의 실태를 살펴보고, 실태와 분석 연구를 하여 환각물질 흡입을 통한 범죄를 예방할 수 있는 기초적인 연구가 되고자 하였다. 대검찰청, 한국마약퇴치운동본부 등 관련기관의 실태자료와 선행연구들을 기반으로 하여 실태조사 및 분석을 실시하였다. 실태는 마약류별 단속현황을 통해 환각물질 흡입의 동향을 살펴보았으며, 흡입사범·유형별 현 황·검찰 처리내역·재판결과 등 환각물질 흡입사범 현황을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해, 최근 5년간 환 각물질 흡입사범의 범죄동향을 통해 실태를 파악하고 사전 예방방안을 모색하였다. 따라서 환각 물질의 폐해 홍보와 예방활동을 강화, 환각물질 판매업소에 대한 지도·단속, 치료재활제도의 적극 활용을 통해 재범 방지 등을 사전 예방방안으로 제시하였다. In this thesis, it is trying to become a fundamental research that can prevent the crime through aspiration of hallucinogens by analyzing actual condition and analytical research, looking at actual condition of domestic hallucinogen aspiration. Survey and analysis of the actual situation was conducted based on the actual situation data of related organizations such as the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Korean Drug Movement Headquarters and previous research. Actually, I have seen trends of inhalation of hallucinogens through drug drug control, and investigated the suction teacher situation of hallucinogenic substances such as suction teacher · type status · prosecution content · trial results. As a result, in the last 5 years I grasped the actual condition through the crime trend of the sucking teacher of hallucinogens and sought preventive measures. Therefore, we strengthened advertisement and prevention activities of hallucinogenic substances, and presented prevention measures such as repeat offenses as prevention measures through active use of hallucinogens dealership maps and crackdowns and treatment rehabilitation systems.
