韓國企業의 管理會計시스템에 관한 實證的 考察 : An Empirical Investigation

Contingency theory of management accounting have become a current vogue but have produced few significant new results. The contingency approach to management accounting is based on the premise that there is no universally appropriate accounting system which applies equally to all organizations in all situations This research study have investigated the relationship between operating context, management style, organization's structure and management accounting. A conceptual framework developed from acoounting, organizational, and management liturature in order to provide an overall framework for the empirical study. A field study was conducted in listed companies in the korean business environment. The questionaire was sent to the controllers who have accounting responsibility of 268 companies. Of the 268 questionaires distributed, 108 were returned, these yielded 96 usable questionaires for this analysis. Based on an empirical study it appears that management accunting systems are a function of organizational structures and management style. Statistical tests confirmed that organization's environment are related to management. In addition, the empirical study indicated that organization's environment and organizational structure are independent of each other. However, after controlling for the effects of the environment, it appears that management acounting system, structure and management style are significantly related to each other.

본 논문은 제주지역 중소기업법인들의 법인세 부담액을 파악하고 법인의 규모와 법인세의 관련성을 분석하고, 현행 조세지원제도가 기업의 실질부담법인세율인 유효세율에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 제주지역 중소기업법인은 규모가 큰 기업일수록 규모가 적은 기업보다 유효법인세율이 높게 나타나 법인세부담에 있어 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. 법인세 절세를 위한 조세지원제도 활용실태를 유효세율에 의하여 측정한 결과 소규모 법인과 대규모 법인간에 통계적 유의성은 거의 없다. 그러나 규모가 큰 기업일수록 규모가 적은 기업에 비해 조세지원에 대한 관심은 높게 나타나고 있으나 그 정도가 크지 않음을 알 수 있다. 이상의 분석결과에서 제주지역중소기업에 대하여 주는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제주지역중소기업인 경우 현행 조세지원제도가 유효법인세율에 아무런 영향을 미치지 못함을 주장할 수 있다. 현행 조세지원정책은 정상적으로 상당한 과세소득이 있는 기업에 대해서 그 지원 효과가 있으며, 제주지역중소기업의 경우 규모가 영세하여 조세지원제도에 대한 대상이 아니거나 요건에 해당되지 않아서 그리고 서면신고기준 등 일정요건을 충족시키는 경우 세무 간섭이 배제되는 점을 감안하여 조세지원에 대한 혜택이 적다는 설명이 가능하다. 둘째, 제주지역 중소기업 대부분이 세제지원에 대한 내용과 활용방법 등을 알지 못해서 그리고 적용요건과 신청절차가 까다롭고 복잡하여 조세지원제도를 활용하지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있으며 이러한 현상은 조세지원제도의 활용에 의한 절세를 위한 노력이 미흡한 것으로 판단된다. 기업은 각종의 조세제도를 활용하여 세금부담의 최소화를 위한 세무계획이 설정되어야 할 것이다. 기업실무에 있어서 이러한 절세효과를 고려하고, 세무관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서 경영관리자는 절세효과의 내용에 대하여 깊이 있게 검토한 후 의사결정을 하여야 할 것이다. 세째, 형행 조세지원제도는 거의 대부분이 대기업과 중소기업에 대해 무차별적 지원을 하도록 되어 있어 실제적으로 대기업들만이 혜택을 보고 있을 뿐 중소기업들은 제대로 활용하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 중소기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 중소기업의 세제지원에 있어서는 감명요건의 완화 및 세무신고규정 및 절차의 간소화와 더불어 세금부담 경감효과가 직접적으로 나타나는 직접감면 위주의 세제개편으로 중소기업에게 세제지원의 실질적인 효과를 줄 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 조세감면규제법상 제주지역 중소기업중 1990년 법인세 납부실적이 있는 97개 법인을 분석대상으로 한 연구이다. 향후 연구에서는 분석대상지역과 분석기간을 확장하여 규모와 조세지원제도가 유효법인세율에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 평가하는 연구가 필요하다.

Sun-Ai Lee is well known in Korean ecumenical circles and among Asian women. She will be remembered as the pioneer of the Asian feminist Ecumenical Movement.She tried to help women in Asia to give voice to their social restrictions. She published the first Asian feminist theological magazine, In God’s Image, and worked as the Asian coordinator of EATWOT where she represented Asian women. Also, she established the Asia Women’s Resource Center (AWRC) to build the ground work for Asian feminist theology. Sun-Ai Lee’s theology is rooted in the context of oppression against women in Asian religious cultures. Her theological focus is based on equality and ecumenical partnership. The author of this essay argues that we can renew our faith and attitude by learning Asian feminist theology and studying the life and ecumenical feminist contributions of Sun-Ai Lee who lived a life of love towards Asian women.

한국 여성신학 운동의 역량 강화를 위한 연구 ― 한국여신학자협의회 사업을 중심으로

The Korean Feminist Theological Movement has been ongoing since 1980 with the activities of the Korean Association of Women theologians(KAWT). In the church reality, where there is little understanding and interest in feminist theology, KAWT has been striving to spread feminist theology. However, in these changing times, the Korean Feminist Theological Movement needs to look ahead to the next 40 years. This paper examines what the Korean Feminist Theological Movement should do to empower the capacity of church women. In this study, I look forward to a society where the subjects of the feminist theology movement are established away from Society as a sociological framework and aim for a society which is defined by solidarity, a society in which subjectivity of all people is honoured. This research seeks to empower the feminist theology movement through discussions on the ethics of friendship, suggesting that the society they seek can be created with their efforts. 한국 여성신학 운동은 1980년 창립된 한국여신학자협의회의 활동으로 문을 열었다. 여성신학에 대한 이해와 관심이 거의 전무한 교회 현실 속에서 여신협은 여성신학 확산을 위해 노력해왔다. 이제 변화하는 시대에 알맞게 한국 여성신학 운동은 앞으로 40년을 준비해야 한다. 연구자는 한국 여성신학 운동이 교회 여성들의 역량 강화를 위해 필요한 것이 무엇인지에 대해 질문하였다. 본 연구에서는 사회학적인 틀을 빌어 구조로서의 사회로부터 벗어나 여성신학 운동의 주체들이 세워지는 사회를 기대하며 그 주체들이 모인 연대로서의 사회를 지향한다. 또 그들이 세워가는 창조로서의 사회에 요청되는 우정의 윤리에 대한 논의를 통해 여성신학 운동의 역량 강화 해법을 모색하고자 한다.
