        The Wonhyo Tunnel on KTX railroad line is a section of latest concerns from domestic environmental NGOs, which focus on potential destruction of ecosystem or the like due to ever-depleted swamp water at about 300m upward from the tunnel under construction. As a result of study, out of all swamps in the vicinity of the tunnel, it was found that Mujechi 1st and 2nd swamps have been getting smaller in their area little by little since 50 years ago primarily under the influence of eroded streams around lower swamp and even ever-increasing annual mean temperature. As the result of monitoring about swamp before work, it was found that swamp water depends absolutely on amount of rainfall. Besides, the results of monitoring during work also didn’t show any leakage generated in the tunnel during and after excavation works with regard to a wheat field swamp in the most vicinity of the tunnel (80m away). On the other hand, it was found that the range affected by ground water sink in tunnel section without grouting process amounted to about 100m around the tunnel, which indicates that such ground water sink has no significant impact upon most of swamps near the tunnel. As the result of testing by two well tracer test around swamps, it was noted that swamp water didn"t run out from the bottom of swamp even with adjacent ground water level sunk in factitious ways. And the results of physical survey showed that swamp kept saturated even in dry season when ground water level becomes lower than the bottom of swamp. Therefore, even supposing that ground water level becomes sunk due to tunnel works, it is estimated that the water level of swamps would be still kept owing to impervious layer(peat beds).

        구취와 구강위생과의 관계에 대한 예비실험

        The purpose of the pilot study was to know the relationship between halitosis and oral hygine, to examine the difference of the positon of the straw to be placed in the oral cavity by using Halimeter. Fourteen persons that has good health condition without halitosis were participated in this pilot study. They were treated twice prophylaxis and then they had not tooth brushing during two weeks. After two weeks, they were examied to gingival index, plaque index, VSC valuses. The obtained results were as follosws : 1. No significant difference of VSC values were observed during two weeks withoiut tooth brushing. But significant difference of gingival index, plaque index were observed. It was suggested that halitosis was not caused by only plaque, complex reasons(salivary function, stress etc) maybe caused halitosis. 2. Here were significant reduction of VSC values as the depth of plastic straw into the oral cavity decreased (p<0.05)

        육당은 우리나라 근대문화운동의 전모랄 수 있는 신문화운동 신문학운동 국사연구로, 우리 민족문화사의 한 전환점을 마련하는데 초인적인 정력을 쏟고 재능을 보인 일세의 거인이다. 그 거인을 기리고자 후학이 세운 금석문에는 전적기가 아닌 「독립선언서」를 쓰게 한 것이 바로 「조선심」이다. 때문에 이 「조선심」은 한국근대사의 정점을 이루고 있는 민족의식으로, 이를테면 야이론자와 개화론자가 다 같이 독립정신에 의한 자주독립과 문명문화를 앞세우던 개화기, 3.1운동과 독립운동으로 저항하던 일제시대, 분단된 조국 통일을 기다리는 오늘에 이르기 까지, 민족의식의 일체감을 이룬 민족정신사의 금자탑이다. 무릇 역사란 과거와 현재와 미래가 하나로 이어지는 전개과정이라 한다. 그러므로 과거의 경험은 현재에 살아 있어야 하며, 또한 미래로 향해 가는 한 시점이라야 한다. 어느 민족사를 보아도 지혜로운 민족은 현재로 부터 과거를 단절시키지 않으며 복고적인 회상에도 잠기지 않는다. 과거의 전통을 비판적으로 받아 계승하면서 현재를 미래 창조의 발판으로 한다. 따라서 역사를 보는 눈은 과거에서의 동감성을 발견하고, 오늘에 대한 비판정신을 아울러 가져야한다고 할 때, 육당은 한국근대사의 정점을 이룬 「조선심」에서 역사를 바라볼 수 있는 독립운동과 3.1운동을 찾을 수 있었다.

      • 韓國開化期詩歌의 抵抗的 主題 : 金石文을 중심으로 Especially on Inscription

        Recently, the insistence that for the study of modern Korean poetry one should find out the interrelationship in the classical poem but the western poetry should be accepted as an impingement has become an object of notice. This is just the racial self-consciousness as a result of so - called traditional experience. The study with the view of this meaning is the inscription; and it lies where a study of the resistant them on the Siga in the ages of civilization is examined as a link of finding out how the modern racial consciousness which rose from the Thought of Shilhak and reached to the March-1 Independence Demonstration has been reflected to the modern poetry. The Siga in the ages of civilization is that which showed signs of life and developed with the ideological background in the time of severe shock which is called civilization. Therefore, the background of Siga in the ages of civilization is devided into two; one is the civilization school which gives weight to modern-inclination of the thought of Silhak; and the other one is the Woojeongchuksa school which gives weight to the racial consciousness. The modernization of the civilization school taken initiative by outside power finally was deprived of the national rights by Japan. But the Rejeting the West of Woojeong Chuksa school changing to be the Rejecting Japan and inclining to be a righteous army movement made national fixation as the spirit of independence. Reached to the independence movement politically and the self-descovery of civilization, so-called succession of tradition. And that raised up the historical view of identity by Pak Eun-Sil's spirit and June In-bo's soul, etc; materialized by Chu Si-Kyung's Korean Language Movement; and it can be grasped as the spirit of independence in the Inscription of Sawhei-dung-gasa, Wookuk-hansi, Jangbu-ga of the martyr An June-Kun. This spirit of independence is connected to the interrelationship of the modern Korean poetry.

      • 3.1 獨立運動과 韓國詩의 自生的 要素

        These assertions are important fact. Namely, the modern poetry of the korea should be looked from the classic poetry and foreign poetry be recepted only a fresh feeling. Therefore, both classic poetry and modern poetry are can be understood as a identity standard. Yet, foreign literature is only an influence to the modern poetry of the Korea. That is to say, this point of view is national consciousness and it is reached from the traditional experience. For this reason, self-generative essence(This is organized from the Shilhak Sasang) is connected to the Sohak Sasang, Donghak Sasang and Gaehwa Sasang. As a result, this self-generative essence is become the March 1 Independece Movement and traditional discovery. The former is related to the polity and the latter is culture. Then, this self-generative essence is become the center of righteous contention, army contention, folk song poetry movement, Sijo restroation movement and resistant poetry creation. These are resulted not only political standpoint but also cultural standpoint. The purpose of this subject is observation the following. That is, how reflected the March 1 Independece Movement to the resistant poetry and Lee Won Rok's (his pen-name is Yook Sa) Poetry. This is practiced by means of inscription letters on a metal or stone monument. Yook Sa's poetic character can be placed in his poetic conscionsness. This is for the purpose of not despair as independence fighter and revolutionist in the extent of the Japanese,, imperial. The 1930's (This time, he began to write poetry) korean poetical circle is overwhelmingby KAPF(Korea Artista Proletal Federation) and modernism. But, they could not receptedin korean situation of that time. The reason that, political direction of the KAPF and mechanical sence of the modernism are too much incline to each side. But, Yook Sa conquested these fault with chastity, tradional sentiment, and scholarly consciousness. For example, 「Kwang Ya」(This mean is wide plain」, 「Jeol Jeon」(Zenith), 「Cheong Po do」, (blue grape) are his successful poem. 「Jeol Jeong」is included his scholarly chastity and 「Cheong Po Do」is his traditional sentiment. Above all, 「Kwang Ya」is comprehensioned all of them. The significance of his historic poetry is reconstructed the identity in 1930's situation with scholarly chastity.
