Steel wire is characterized by properties of high strength and good ductility. The factors which influence on strength and ductility in steel wire, are chemical composition, heat treatment and cold working. In regard to chemical composition, the steel wire having higher carbon and manganese contents comes to be demanded to get high strength and elasticity. Recently the behaviour of N, H and O in steel wire comes to be attached importance. In regard to heat treatment, patenting is general for steel wire before drawing. Recently direct patenting, batch patenting and fluidized bed patenting are being applied practically to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce manufacturing cost. For steel wire like PC wire, blueing and stabilizing after drawing are applied practically. In regard to cold working, a part of die drawing is gradually shifting to dieless drawing. Namely, rolling is used practically for drawing profile wire and alternate bending continuous drawing is being developed. Recently the ageing of steel wire, that was liable to be passed over before now, is studied and has come to be made clear.

表面硬化法으로 實用되고 있는 것, 또 現在硏究中의 것도 여러 가지 있어, 그 發達은 顯著하다. 더욱이 最近에는 無公害, 省 Energy, 省資源이라는 것이 절실히 要請되어, 이들의 目的에 따라 새로운 開發, 發展의 段階에 접어들고 있으나, 그 槪要를 表示하면 第一表와 같다. 오늘 이야기 하는 것은, 이들 方法의 하나로 熱源으로는 高周波電流를 利用하는 것에 特徵이 있다. 卽 急熱, 急冷, 部分加熱等을 위하여 여러가지 優秀한 特性을 나타내며 特히 內面加熱도 容易하게 行함으로서, 그 應用分野도 急速히 넓어져, 最近에는 設計者가 積極的으로 그 利用에 着眼하여 硏究의 進步와 더불어 他方法과의 組合, 殘留應力의 利用等도 常識化하였으므로 여기서 더욱 더 基礎硏究, 應用硏究를 充實하게 하여서 從來의 方法을 다시 고쳐 봄과동시에 새로운 應用分野를 開拓하여야 할 時機로 넓게 高周波電流를 熱源으로서 생각을 고쳐야 할 것이다. 또한 高周波加熱에는 誘電加熱(Dielectric Heating)과 誘導加熱(Induction Heating)이 있으며, 各己電界誘導와 磁界誘導로 對象物質이 달라 發熱機構도 使用周波數帶, 回路構成도 다르므로 第1圖, 第2表 및 第2圖에 그 槪要를 表示한다. 勿論 다음부터 記述할 內容은 誘導加熱에 對하여서이다라는 것은 말할 것도 없다.

The microstructures and austenite grain sizes of carbon steel wires treated by high frequency induction heating and quenching were studied. Effects of alloying elements Ti, B added to a carbon steel wire were also discussed. A lot of untransformed ferrites were found in the center of the specimen of low carbon steel: but the volume of those decreased as carbon content was increased under the same test heating temperatures. In regard to Ti and B of alloying elements, Ti showed a significant effect on depressing the austenite grain growth and B tended to increase hardenability.

Investigation of the PC steel rods were performed by using the induction heat treatment at various conditions, corrosion test in 20%NH₄SCN aqueous solution. It was summarized as below; 1) The samples before heat treating were not well corrosed than the samples after heat treating, and the more increasing heat treatment temperature up to 960℃, the more increasing amount of corrosion, and PH value increased in the bulk both heat treated sample and original sample in aqueous solution from PH 4.6 to Ph 7.5 and decreased about PH 6.7 through passing time. 2) Produced oxides through corrosion were became mainly to FeOOH and ε-Fe₂O₃. 3) Fracture time velocity(B) sample involved T₁, B elements were quick over seven times. 4) Hardness of (B) sample involved T₁, B is over about H??450, (A) Sample is below about H??450. 5) When the delayed fracture were performed by FIP method, the reduction area were nearly occured. It is considered that the sample was broken by expanded pressure of H₂ gas in steel from Fe₃C cathode surface as the results equilibrium was broken, so that was produced.
炭素鋼線의 鋼種別 高周波誘導加熱에 따른 機械的 性質에 관한 硏究

This study has been carried out to investigate into the characteristic changes of mechanical properties of carbon steel wires with high frequency induction heat treatment. The results obtained from the experiments are as folows: 1.Yield Point(or yield ratio) was inceased with the increasing of carbon content and relaxation resistance above 0.3% C was improved remarkably. 2.The change of delayed fracture resistance scarcely showed anything by carbon content, but known effet of delayed fracture resistance wiht restraint effect of grain growth of Ti. 3.Spot weldability was dropped excessively above 0.4%C equivalent, but showed the most excellent in 0.28%C steel (AISI10B30) contained Ti.
환경에 대한 소비자의 관여와 경험이 구매정보 탐색에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Consumers look for the information related to goods and services before purchasing them. The information search activities are not limited to any specific part of decision making process of consumers but concerned with the whole process. Therefore, in order to perform a successful marketing activity, one needs to understand the information search process of consumers for purchasing goods and services. While the so-called environmental product or ecological product is perceived different from the non-environmental or non-ecological product, there is a lack of concern in finding differences between them in information search process . Especially, there are few studies to find out how the information gathering process is affected by the environmental consciousness of consumers such as environmental experience, and involvement. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between consumers' ecological consciousness and the information search. To achieve these purposes, several hypotheses are proposed and tested. The findings are as follows: First, there is a positive relationship between the consumers' involvement and the amount of the information search. However, there are no differences on the non-personal sources of information between high-involvement groups and low-involvement groups. Secondly, there is also a positive relationship between consumers' experience and the amount of the information search. And, direct purchase experience has a positive relationship with personal and non-personal sources of information.
