        코로나 시대의 비대면 복합운동이 여중생의 신체조성, 성장호르몬 및 세로토닌에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of non-face-to-face complex exercise programs on female middle school students' body composition, growth hormone, and serotonin. A total of 20 middle school girls were classified into exercise groups (10 people) and control groups (10 people), and exercise was conducted three times a week for 12 weeks for 50 minutes, 50-60% HRR (RPE11-13) for 1-6 weeks, and 60-70% HRR (RPE13-15) for 7-12 weeks. The measurement was performed twice in advance and after, and the mean value (M) and standard deviation (SD) were calculated, and the paired t-test was performed for the pre and post differences and the independent t-test for the differences between groups. The interaction effect between groups and periods was repeated measure ANOVA, and the statistical significance level was set to (α)=.05. As a result, interaction effects were found in %BF, SMM, and GH of the exercise group. It is thought that students who lacked physical activity reduced body fat through continuous complex exercise, and positive physical changes in growth hormone and serotonin were shown through repeated physical movements. Accordingly, it is believed that non-face-to-face complex exercise had a positive effect on female middle school students' body composition, growth hormone, and serotonin.

        In this paper, the authors discuss three main topics including significance of social linguistics research, current research projects of Mongolian social linguistics and possibility of constructing social linguistics in Inner Mongolia University. In his opinion, Mongolian social linguistics shall set it’s focus on the research of three main fields such as language variance, language contact and language plan, and train some professional persons. Our current research projects are the use and variance of Mongolian language, social linguistics research of city Mongolian language and Mongolian name’s Chinese transliteration regulation research. These projects belong to the applied foundation research. Their goals are to satisfy the social needs based on the actual applications of Mongolian language and literature. They are important to resolve the problems of language application in social life, to accelerate modernization and regulation for Mongolian language and literature, to develop the applied linguistics of China.

        12주간 복합운동이 여중생의 신체조성, 혈중지질 및 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the combined exercise program on body composition, blood lipid, and cortisol of middle school aged girls. Twenty girls in their middle school were classified into exercise groups (10 students) and control groups (10 students). Combined exercise programs were conducted with the intensity of 50-60% HRR (RPE11-13) during week 1 to 6 and 60-70% HRR (RPE13-15) during week 7 to 12. The progress was measured twice before and after the experiment to calculate the average value (M) and standard deviation(SD). The changes after the experiment in the identical group were measured through paired t-test and the difference between groups were measured through independent t-test. The repeated measure ANOVA was used to find out interactive reactions between groups or between period. All statical significance level was set to (α)=.05. As a result, exercise groups saw interactive reactions in SMM, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C. It turned out that combination of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise reduced the body fat and repeated muscle strength exercise and muscular endurance exercises both brought positive changes. Accordingly, it is believed that 12 weeks of combined exercises resulted in positive impact on the body composition, blood lipid, and cortisol as well as enhancing health among middle school aged girls.

        체간안정화운동과 근막이완운동이 만성요통여성의 기능적움직임, 골반각 및 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of 8 weeks of non-face-to-face core stabilization exercises and muscle relaxation exercises on functional movement, pelvic angle and stress in women aged 20-30 with chronic low back pain. The participants were divided into a core stabilization exercise group(n=15), a muscle relaxation exercise group(n=15), and a control group(n=15), for a total of 45 participants. The exercise program consisted of core stabilization exercises and muscle relaxation exercises, each conducted three times a week for 8 weeks at an intensity of 40-59% of the Heart Rate Reserve (RPE 12-13).The group-by-time interaction effects for the measured variables were analyzed using two-way repeated measure analysis of variance, group differences were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance, Post-hoc tests were performed using Tukey methodand. paired t-tests were conducted for pre- and post-exercise comparisons and the statistical significance level was set at .05. The results of the analysis on the effects of exercise types on functional movement, pelvic angle and stress in women aged 20-30 with chronic low back pain led to the following conclusions: Significant group-by-time interaction effects were observed for functional movement measures (hudle step, active straight leg raise, rotary stability) as well as pelvic angle. Interaction effects were also observed for stress. In conclusion, it can be inferred that 8 weeks of non-face-to-face core stabilization exercises and muscle relaxation exercises conducted three times a week have a positive impact on functional movement, pelvic angle and stress in women with chronic low back pain.

        필라테스가 폐경 후 중년여성의 신체조성, 성장호르몬, 인슐린 유사 성장인자-1, 칼시토닌 및 오스테오칼신에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the Pilates program on body composition, growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, calcitonin, and osteocalcin in postmenopausal women aged 50 to 60. A total of 34 middle-aged women in the exercise group (n=17) and the control group (n=17) were exercised three times a week for 12 weeks at an exercise self-awareness of 11-13 (50-70% spare heart rate) for 50 minutes. After calculating the average and standard deviation for the measurement variables, an independent t-test was used to test the physical characteristics of the pre-exercise group and the control group and the difference in the pre and post average values within the group. After the Pilates program, the following conclusions were obtained as a result of comparing and analyzing body composition, growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, calcitonin, and osteocalcin. During body composition, body fat rate and skeletal muscle mass had an interactive effect, and growth hormones, insulin-like growth factors-1, and austeo-calcin also had an interactive effect. Taking the above results together, it was found that participation in pilates for 12 weeks had a positive effect on body composition, growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, and osteocalcin. Pilates is thought to be an effective exercise that can strengthen muscle strength and reduce body fat, increase mental and physical balance to maintain a healthy body, thereby stimulating hormone secretion to improve the health of middle-aged menopause women.

        서울 시내 거주 지역에 따른 항고혈압제 복약 순응도

        Background: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between residential area and antihypertensive medication adherence in Seoul, therepresentative metropolis of Korea. Methods: We obtained data from the National Health Insurance Service-National Sample Cohort (NHIS-NSC) of Korea covering the years 2008–2013. NHIS-NSC curates a random data sample comprising 2.2% (N=1,048,061) of the whole population (N=46,605,433). The subject pool consisted of35,478 residents of Seoul over 20 years of age, who had been on an antihypertensive medication for at least one year. Medication adherence wasassessed using the medication possession ratio (MPR). We divided subjects by administrative district (Gu) within Seoul, and analyzed proportions ofadherent patients. Results: Among administrative districts in Seoul, the proportion of adherent patients (MPR >80%) was highest in Gangdong-gu (71.8%), withSeongdong-gu (71.7%), Songpa-gu (71.4%), and Jung-gu (70.9%) closely following. The proportion of adherent patients was lowest in Gwanak-gu(65.4%), and Jongro-gu (65.5%), with Geumcheon-gu (65.7%) slightly higher. Trends in proportion of adherent patients among districts remainedsimilar after adjustments were made for confounding factors at the individual level. Trends also remained similar after adjusting for confoundingfactors at the local level. Conclusion: Health system factors such as distribution and accessibility of medical institutions by administrative districts exerted relatively littleinfluence on antihypertensive medication adherence in Seoul. 연구배경: 도시에 비해 농촌에 거주하는 환자에서 항고혈압 약제복약 순응도가 낮다는 보고는 있었으나 도시 내에서의 거주 지역에따른 약물 순응도 차이를 분석한 연구는 없었다. 본 연구는 대한 민국을 대표하는 초거대 도시인 서울 시내에서 거주 지역이 복약 순응도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 방법: 국민건강보험공단 표본 코호트 2008–2013년 자료에서 서울시에 거주하며 항고혈압제를 1년 이상 복용한 20세 이상의 모든 고혈압 진단자를 선정하였다. 이들을 다시 거주하는 행정구역별로 나누어 각 구의 복약 순응도를 medication possession adherence로 비교하였고 개인 수준 요인과 지역 수준 요인을 단계적으로 보정하였다. 결과: 연구 대상자 35,478명 전체의 평균 MPR은 81.8이었으며, MPR이 80%를 넘는 적절 복약 순응군 비율은 69%였다. 서울 시내 25개구 중에서 강동구가 적절 복약 순응군 비율이 71.8%로 가장 높았으며, 그 뒤로 성동구(71.7%), 송파구(71.4%), 중구(70.9%), 도봉구(70.6%) 순이었다. 한편 적절 복약 순응군 비율이 가장 낮은 지역은관악구(65.4%)였으며, 그 뒤를 이어 종로구(65.5%), 금천구(65.7%) 순이었다. 개인 변수를 보정하였을 때, 적절 복약 순응군 비율이 높은지역은 성동구(71.7%), 중랑구(71.1%), 강동구(71.0%), 중구(70.6%),도봉구(70.5%)였으며, 낮은 지역은 종로구(65.1%), 관악구(65.5%), 양천구(66.8%)였다. 지역 수준 혼란 변수를 보정하였을 때, 적절 복약순응군 비율이 높은 지역은 여전히 성동구(74.3%), 중랑구(71.6%),도봉구(71.2%) 순이었으며, 낮은 지역은 관악구(63.2%), 서초구(65.4%), 양천구(67.4%)였다. 결론: 서울 시내는 전 지역에 걸쳐 의료 자원이 전반적으로 풍부하게 공급되고 있어 의료기관 분포 및 접근성과 같은 의료체계요인이복약 순응도에 미치는 영향이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 관찰되었다.

        Cudrania Tricuspidata Extract and Its Major Constituents Inhibit Oxidative Stress-Induced Liver Injury

        The fruits, leaves, and roots of Cudrania tricuspidata have been reported to contain large amounts of vitamin B, vitamin C, and flavonoids. They exhibit various physiological activities such as antitumor and anti-inflammatory effects. However, the hepatoprotective effects of C. tricuspidata extracts against oxidative stress-mediated liver injury have not yet been investigated. We thus examined whether C. tricuspidata leaf extracts (CTEs) protect against oxidative stress-mediated liver injury in vitro and in vivo and elucidated the underlying mechanism. The cytoprotective effects of CTE through the NF-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)/antioxidant response element (ARE) activation were presented and measured by biochemical analysis in HepG2 cells. To assess the protective effects of CTE in vivo, mice were administered with CTE (250 and 500 mg/kg; 5 days; p.o.) before a single dose of acetaminophen (APAP) (300 mg/kg; 24 h; i.p.). CTE increased ARE luciferase activity when compared with extracts of other parts of C. tricuspidata. CTE upregulated nuclear translocation of Nrf2 and its target gene expression. In addition, CTE inhibited the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and cell death induced by arachidonic acid (AA) and iron (Fe) treatment in primary hepatocytes or HepG2 cells. The cytoprotective effects of CTE against oxidative stress might be due to kaempferol, the major flavonoid present in CTE. Kaempferol pretreatment blocked AA+Fe-induced ROS production and reversed glutathione depletion, which in turn led to decreased cell death. Furthermore, the protective effects of CTE against liver injury induced by excess APAP in mice or primary hepatocytes were observed. CTE could be a promising therapeutic candidate against oxidative stress-induced liver injury.
