교사의 학교책무성 인식을 매개로 한 교장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사협력의 관계

본 연구에서는 교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사의 학교책무성 인식, 교사협력 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 중․고등학교에 근무하는 교사 363명의 설문 응답을 분석에 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사협력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사의 학교책무성 인식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 학교책무성 인식은 교사협력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교사의 학교책무성 인식은 교장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사협력의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 학교 현장에서 교사의 학교책무성 인식은 교장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사협력의 관계를 매개하며, 교장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사의 학교책무성 인식을 매개로 교사협력에 직‧간접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. This study was designed to investigate the structural relationship between transformational leadership of school principals, teachers’ recognition of school accountability, and teacher collaboration. It also intended to examine whether this structural relationship differs according to the gender of teachers, and levels of school. For these aims, the researcher analyzed 363 responses from secondary school teachers working in Gyeonggi Province. Descriptive analysis and correlation analysis were carried out by SPSS. Structural equation model analysis was conducted using AMOS. The main results were as follows. First, the transformational leadership of school principals had a positive effect on teacher collaboration in schools. Second, the transformational leadership of school principals also exerted a positive effect on the teachers’ recognition of school accountability. Third, the teachers’ recognition of school accountability affected teacher collaboration positively. Fourth, it was found that teachers’ recognition of school accountability plays a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership of school principals and teacher collaboration. Based on these results of the study, it is confirmed that the teachers’ recognition of school accountability could mediate between the transformational leadership of school principals and teacher collaboration. Besides, the transformational leadership of school principals could have a direct and indirect effect on teacher collaboration by mediating the teachers’ recognition of school accountability.

導入種마늘의 生態型과 器官別 乾物重의 經時的變化 및 比生長率

Garlic cultivars 'Shanghai' and 'Shenyang' introduced from China were cultured and the ecotype, the changes with time in dry weights of each organ and the specific growth rates were studied to obtain data for culturing these cultivars. 1) 'Shanghai' and 'Shenyang' cultivars, both are southern ecotypes, revealed unadaptable to field culture in inland district of Korea because they are sensitive to cold temperature, that is, short dormancy and early sprouting compared with 'Euisung' cultivar, which is northern ecotype. 2) Dry weights of whole plant and bulb of 'Shanghai' and 'Shenyang' cultivars increased markedly from April 7, 135 days after planting, and from April 21, 149 days after planting, respectively, and the dry weights of leaf, stem, and root showed gradually increase. 3) The leaves of 'Shanghai' and 'Shenyang' cultivars were sprouted and elongated before wintering and the green leaf area reached at maximum on April 21, 149 days after planting, and then began to decrease. Bulb weight began to increase from the time of maximum green leaf area. 'Shenyang' cultivar showed heavie bulb weight and broader leaf area than 'Shanghai' cultivar. 4) Specific growth rates in weight of whole plant, stem, root, and leaf, and in leaf area of 'Shanghai' and 'Shenyang' cultivars reached at maximum on March 23, 121 days after planting, and then began to decrease, but the specific growth rate of bulb weight increased from March 23 and reached at maximum on May 12, 163 days after planting.

마늘 잠재 및 모자이크 바이러스에 감염된 마늘의 조직배양에 의한 바이러스 무병독식물체의 생산

마늘 잠재 바이러스 및 모자이크 바이러스에 감염된 마늘의 조직배양에 의한 바이러스 무병독 식물체를 생산하기 위한 기초적인 연구를 수행한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 마늘의 경정조직배양에 의한 경정분화는 Murashige and Skoog 의 기본배지에 0.1ppm NAA+1.0ppm BA의 첨가구에서 가장 양호하였고, 1.0 ppm LAA+1.0ppm Kinetin 의 첨가구에서는 종구의 형성율이 가장 양호하였다. 마늘의 이병엽과 경정조직, 생장점조직에서 얻어진 소식물체의 조직내에 있어서 바이러스 입자의 유무를 DN 법, 면역전자현미경법, 각종 조직의 초박절편법에 의하여 전자현미경으로 조사 한 결과, 공시된 모든 사료의 전 부위에서 GLV와 GMV의 입자가 검출되었다. 특히 생장점의 조직배양(0.2mm)에 의하여 얻어진 소식물체 및 생장점의 모든 세포에서도 다수의 바이러스 입자가 검출되었다. 그러나 바이러스의 증식을 저해하는 rivavirin 50 ppm을 경엽분화용 배지에 첨가하여 형성시킨 98%의 소식물체에서는 바이러스 입자가 완전히 제거되었음이 확인되었다. This study was designed to investigate a way to produce virus-free garlic plants by means of tissue culture using apical meristems of garlic bulbs infected with garlic latent virus (GLV) and garlic mosaic virus(GMV) which are common to garlic (Allium sativum). For the shooting and bulbing by culture of shoot apex of garlic, Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium containing 0.1ppm NAA+1.0ppm BA or 1.0ppm LAA+1.0ppm kinetin was the most effective in this experiment. The presence of garlic mosaic virus and garlic latent virus in the garlic leaves, roots, and apical meristems of garlic cultivars was revealed by electron microscopy. The analysis of transverse serial ultrathin sections of apical meristems of garlic bulb of donor plants and plantlets cultured from excised meristems, confirmed the presence of virus in the meristematic regions. These observations provide an example for the difficulties encountered in obtaining virus-free garlic plantlets simply by apical meristem culture. However, addition of 50 ppm ribavirin to the MS basal medium plus 0.1 ppm NAA and 1.0 ppm BA that was effective in morphogensis effectively eliminated the virus, showing that 98% of the plantlets were noted as virus-free.

Arabidopsis sCAX1 유전자 발현에 의한 칼슘강화 형질전환 감자(Solanum tuberosum cv. Superior)의 선발

식물세포의 세포질에서 액포로 칼슘을 수송하는 sCAX1 유전자를 이용하여 칼슘함량이 높은 기능성 감자를 개발하기 위하여 이 유전자를 CaMV 35S 또는 patatin promoter에 연결한 후 Agrobacterium 공동배양법을 이용하여 감자 절간조직에 형질전환 하였다. Kanamycin 내성 식물체를 재분화 및 순화시킨 후 얻은 괴경을 이용한 Northern 및 RT-PCR 분석을 통해 sCAX1 유전자의 전사물이 발현되는 것을 확인하였다. Promoter를 달리한 형질전환체의 괴경별로는 patatin promoter-sCAX1에 비해 CaMV 35S promoter-sCAX1이 전사물 발현량이 많았다. 또한, CaMV 35S promoter-sCAX1 유전자가 도입된 형질전환 감자의 괴경 내 Ca 함량은 대조구에 비해 증가하였으나 patatin promoter-sCAX1 유전자가 도입된 감자에서는 Ca 함량이 증가되지 않았다. An Arabidopsis Ca²⁺/H⁺ antiporter (CAX1) contains an N-terminal autoinhibitory domain. Ectopic expression of the N-terminal truncated CAX1, sCAX1, increases Ca levels in several plants. In order to develop transgenic potato tuber with enhanced calcium content, the sCAX1 gene was introduced into potato under either CaMV 35S or patatin promoter. Transgenic potato plants were generated using an Agrobacteriummediated transformation system, in which they were selected on MS medium containing 2 ㎎ㆍL⁻¹ zeatin, 0.3 ㎎ㆍL⁻¹ IAA, 500 ㎎ㆍL⁻¹ carbenicillin, and 100 ㎎ㆍL⁻¹ kanamycin. Expression of sCAX1 gene in transgenic potato tubers was confirmed by Northern blot and RT-PCR analyses. The transcript level of CaMV 35S-sCAX1 fusion in transgenic potato tubers was higher than that of patatin-sCAX1 fusion. The transformants under CaMV 35S promoter contained more Ca than untransformants; however, sCAX1 transgenic potato plants regulated by patatin promoter were not.

교사가 인식하는 학교책무성과 교사협력의 관계

본 연구에서는 교사가 인식하는 학교책무성과 교사협력 사이에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 중․고등학교에 근무하는 교사 330명의 설문 응답을 분석에 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS를 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 학교책무성에 대한 인식 수준은 ‘학교생활기록부 및 문서관리’, ‘학급편성 및 운영’, ‘수업시간 편성’ 등에 대해서는 높았지만, ‘학생의 신체적 발달 및 관리’, ‘학생의 인성발달’, ‘학생의 학업성취 결과’ 등에 대해서는 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 교직경력은 교사의 학교책무성에 대한 인식과 상관관계가 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 교직경력과 교사협력에 대한 인식과의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 셋째, 교사의 학교책무성에 대한 인식은 교사협력에 대한 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 학교책무성은 학교 현장을 설명하는 구체적인 변인으로서, 교사협력에 영향을 미치는 설명 변인으로 작용하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers’ perceptions of school accountability and teacher collaboration. In this study, 330 responses from middle and high school teachers working in the Gyeonggi-do province were used in the analysis. Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were carried out using the SPSS. The main results were as follows. First, teachers’ perceptions of school accountability were high for the management of the school records and documents, the organization and management of a classroom, and the organization of teaching hours. Teachers’ perceptions of school accountability, however, were relatively low for students’ physical developments and their managements, students’ character development, and students’ academic achievements. Second, the correlation between teaching careers and teachers’ perceptions of school accountability was low and the correlation between teaching careers and teachers’ perceptions of teacher collaboration was not statistically significant. Third, teachers’ perceptions of school accountability gave a positive effect on teachers’ perceptions of collaboration. Through these results, it can be said that school accountability is playing a role as a specific variable which is able to explain the school. Thus, school accountability is playing a role as an explanatory variable which affects teacher collaboration.
