고급형 오디오 디자인에 관한 연구

Recently all over the world, countries are building their unique foundation to the present slump market not only by introducing new technologies and management stragies but also making full use of designings. In 80's, first promotion of designing by the prime minister Thatcher in England has stated the active use of designing system not only in Europe but all over the world and it is also being used for the means of economic policy. Led by corporations, Korea is also showing great development in the field of designing in elecetronics, electrics, automobiles, etc. and small companies are also improving and developing new products through the design campaign from Korea Institute of Design and Packaging. But we have established corporation standard only in commercial product designings mainly electronical items which could pass for semi-developed countries, but we still don't have much influence in designing items like automobiles, machines, aircrafts, etc. for advanced nations. The period when corporation image making and technical strategy were important in 70's and 80's has changed. New life style for the year 2000 has been born and cultural centered era is coming where high value added designs are required for originality of variety items. Especially, the technology and designs of audio systems which are considered high valued items among the electronical products are greatly changing, recently, even Vacuum Tube Amplifiers with TR Amplifiers are fastly dominating in the market and we could feel the heat in the H-fi show held in Ramada England '94 which showed from the best preferred old models to the best quality with newest technology Tube amplifier. '94 CES Tube Amplifier show in Chicago was also a great success, also to mention the electronic shows in Hong Kong and Japan, and the appearance of new Vacuum Tube Amplifier makers like Kwang-woo Elec., in the Korea electronic show '94. One good example is Samsung Elec., undertaken Janpan's Luxman, introduced new model of Vacuum Tube Amplifier. Research of this thesis puts the goal to the world market demanding high qualify amplifiers and its purpose is to develope professional designs to satisfy the users by quality and sensitivity, to met close to the new designs and to create world quality products by applying all the analysed results into designing. The content of the thesis are as follows. In the first chapter, I have researched and studied the types, their functions and characteristics of the general audio systems. In the second chapter, I have analysed the status quo and condition of Vacuum Tube Amplifier and presumed designing qualities, problems and improvements. In the third chapter, I have gathered methods of designing by setting systematic basis for developement of competitive designing. As a result of the conclusion, I have based the functions on the composition of models, simply form, high technology materials, modern image and characteristics, and tried to develope with the emphasis on the interior. (actual item - Vacuum Tube Amplifier. Actual product has been made after 10 months of researching and consulting technical advices of Monaural Block from Kwangwoo Elec.)

3 Dimensional forming design is very important educational course in Design education. Forming is expressed in 3 Dimensional space by various elements such as lines, shapes. Surface, structure, colors etc. "Performance of making Shape"is Forming itself, Designers should observe carefully an object, experience with materials and then the ability of artistic expression can be brought up. To avoid from fixed ideas and imitation, New approach for discovery of morphological sensibility, materials, and function can help to form these purpose of 3D forming design training 1: Recreate image of form that distinctly translate image of product. 2: Understand of materials and characteristics of materials and Training should have experience for implication of good functionality. 3: Start from understanding of From and Technology must coexist in form and Creating rather than just Making one. This report studied approaching form training as method for entrance level of Product Design. This suggested method could get the good result from experimental education program for students of hongik univ. Industrial design dept. So more new form study training program should establish in future.

고급형 CDP 디자인에 관한 연구 : Top Roading 방식을 중심으로

In these days, high-end Audio's development has been progressing over and over again. In the middle of go especially renual of amps not only TR Amp but also Vacuum Amp, have been growing remarkably and new model comes on every day. Sounds quality of audio system has many influences with interior elements so if we want to quality and create high quality product. It's the only way to compete with the international models. Researches of these suggests following several conclusions for the positive attitude of product development. 1. High technology based development has to go first and we need to have ceaseless effort. 2. We have to get rid of dependable mind on system parts and vest on our technology ability and variety materials. 3. In the user's point, we need to develop and study life with the cultural access and reflect interior elements to the product. As a result of conclusion, it's just only one example for design alternative but new concept and new formation studies has to go first and ceaseless study of high end Audio development is necessary.

According to the maturity of information-oriented conditions, for instance, building super-highway communications network by steps, rapid popularization of internet, combining and digitalizing communication and broadcasting, and so on, multimedia-oriented of living life and Information-oriented of family life are rapidly in progress. With development of various information technology which can accept the capacious multimedia environment, it is realized to interchange information with societies using network at home. As Electric home appliances, which were regarded as modern conveniences, were adapted to digital conditions, networking has been turned into a possibility. In addition, the connection with internet became more natural, electric home appliances have developed into high quality and multi-function devices. So, recognizing these changes and confirming possibilities of products, I collected and demonstrated documents of future technology. This article is trying to support infinite possibilities of development in information technology goods with an emphasis on growth steps of digital products. The reason that I classified into electronic and communication part, home robot part, life science part, social environmental science part and the energy of new materials part, based on 'Technology Development year book until 2030, which was published by department of science and technology of Japan. From communication, which start is traced back to last century, to life science, which is recently confirmed it's possibility of development, in the beginning there were so many different purposes and various forms, but I became convinced that current features of those part are focused on one issue, humanism. Also, I want to repeat my opinion that humanity is another ultimate object of design as a aesthetic work.

This research suggests a several important points of speaker-design and a new design by development production and consumer-environment. Especially it builds "Design Concept" in three aspects of production. Consumer and product and then suggests the following as a conclusion. 1. Maintains high-touch design technology, based on high quality, high value-added, and descrimination of other competitive company. 2. Show a new design, stressing interior-sense added a looking-speaker function to hearing-speaker. 3. Develops not only the power of production, manufacture, completion, but also the study of sound to get High tone Quality. 4. Should be proceded by inclosure, the study of High Quality and Stand-Development.
