        경관계획에 대한 인식과 경관행정의 전개에 관한 연구 -광주.전남지역 경관관련 전문가 및 공무원을 대상으로 -

        To make more beautiful and exciting scenery of a city, the design of private buildings has to be controlled in a way to improve the public amenity by the proper design of buildings ensuring views to natural assets in the city. And it is important to provide an urban landscape solution, while solving the afflictions of architects between their dream in individual architecture and the significances of Urban landcape as a whole. This research is based on the survey of the experts and public officers in the field of Urban landcape planning and administration in Gwang-ju City and Chonnam Province in Korea. The search reveals the following fact. Comparing the fact that some of foreign countries have proper systems of planning, regulations, guidelines, and design awards for the improvement of Urban landcape long time ago, the systems of Urban landcape planning and related administration in Korea is still in a primitive stage, due to the lack of the consideration of local characteristics and resources, variety of solutions, and setting of goals and objectives. Consequently, public enlightening of the importance of Urban landcape and the development of relevant contents in Urban landcape planning and administration are mostly required, to build up the system that can allow people to live in beautiful and good scenery of a city.

        대도시 집합주거단지의 경관적 특성과 평가구조에 관한 연구

        This study selects 45 housing complexes in Munheung, Ilgok and Sangmu districts of housing side development zones of Gwangju Metropolitan City and conducts the experiment the visual characteristics of these housing complexes through visual-perceptive information with their residents. As a result of experiment for the evaluation and structurization by visual-perceptive information of view image, there were affirmative evaluations in the whole experimental subjects except variables as 'innovative' and 'new' According to cluster types, while simple reiterative types showed affirmative responses except such items as 'dull', 'common' and 'uniform'. Variational types were affirmative in the whole items. It extracted four evaluation factors including variety, stability, harmony and symbolism. From the above research, it is understood that since the current housing site development has been made after developing housing site by public agencies and sold them to construction companies, housing complexes of different types were built within the same district. Therefore, it cannot be connected to the view of the whole district even if it considered view in planning housing complex. then when future housing side development or housing complex are planned, it is required that view guideline in the dimension of the district should be prepared and housing site development district or housing complex must be able to contribute to urban view by introducing master architect system.

      • 객체기반 CAD 시스템의 건축설계적 효용에 관한 연구

        As architectural forms tend to be large-scaled, high-storied and complicated, use of computer for processing design information has been generalized. However, CAD use in the process of developing architectural design has been neglected greatly in the educational field of architectural field due to the surging of recognition that it may limit the essential property of architectural design. It may be resulted from the limitation of CAD system, that is, it is because of tardy speed of application development for the related areas with the lack of simplicity and clarity of flexibility to be secured on the drawing and user interface. Recent CAD systems, however, overcome such a limitation, convert into object-based design from entity-based drawing, drafting and modeling for implementing design concept of architects and it connects with internet linked to superspeed information communication network and changes process and stream of architectural design. Therefore, this study deals with utility of object based CAD system with products of Autodesk Co. and consequently obtain the following conclusions. First, it expands architect's design areas by supporting cooperative design system based on model-based architectural design and internet. Second, it reduces consumption of personal and material resources and time in the process of drawing production for improving architectural design works. Third, it can reduce the frequent design changes by improving understanding of architectural space with visualization of immediate 3D information, escaping from traditional methods to deliver design information to building owner through 2D drawing or model and perspective drawing requiring much cost and time. Fourth, it keeps exactness without omission or duplication of design information and generate and renew information of all related drawings on a drawing. Fifth, it is possible to change difficult and boring architectural design work into a pleasure owing to immediate modeling and drawing of design idea. In addition, digital drawing generated by using object-based CAD system can playa role of establishing Urban Information System to be used for protecting from building in disaster and urban disasters in connection with GIS numerical map and be used for reference of all kinds of information required fro post-management of buildings. However, what is more important is that surplus time from introduction of object-based CAD system should be used for consideration to be recognized as a good space and building built as a product of this project for comfort to urban people.

        지속성을 고려한 가로공간의 특성 분석 및 적주성 영향 모델 연구 - 농촌 소도읍 중심가로를 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 최근 소도읍육성사업이 진행되었던 전라남도 장성읍 중심가로를 대상으로 지속성의 관점에서 이용자들 의 가로 적주성(livability) 향상을 위해 개선방향을 모색하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 주 내용은 가로의 적주성과 가로공간 구성요소간의 영향력을 경로모형분석으로 살펴본 결과 기존의 가로의 적주성 과 관련하여 가로변 건축물의 파사드 중심의 쾌적성이 우선시 되었지만 일정의 정비를 거친 가로공간의 경우는 건 축물 파사드 관련 쾌적성이 아닌 보행 접근성과 차별화된 장소성 확보가 중요한 사항으로 여겨지며, 이를 통한 쾌 적성의 확보가 필요시 되다는 결과를 보여주고 있었다. This study was conducted to explore an improvement direction to increase users' street livability from a sustainability perspective in the main street of Jangseong-eup, Jeollanam-do where the town promotion project has been carried out recently. The effects of street livability and components of street space were examined by path model analysis. The results were as follows. The facade comfort of street buildings was the first consideration in relation to street liability in the past. However, street space after certain maintenance regarded pedestrian accessibility and making distinctive placeness as importance rather than comfort. Therefore, the findings suggested the need to secure comfort.
