Sodium Laury1 Sulfate에 의한 Cu 침전의 기포-포말 흡착 분리에 관한 연구
이회근 釜山工業大學校 1984 論文集 Vol.26 No.-
Bubble-foam adsorptive separation method is one of the most effective techniques for the removal and recovery of dilute heavy metal components from industrial water. In the recent year, many reports on this field have been published. In this study, experiments were carried out to obtain the data for the effect of Cu(OH)₂coagulation, foam stability, PH, concentration of surfactant and kinetic rate on bubble-foam adsorptive separation of Cu-NaLS system. The results obtained from the experimental data are as follows. 1. The Cu(OH)₂precipitate was most effectively coagualted at PH 8 and below NaLS concentration of 2.0×10?? mole/ℓ, above the concentration of 2.5×10?? mole/ℓ, coagulation was not obserbed because of it's re-dispersion. 2. The foam stability is increased with increase of NaLS concentration and foam is stable above NaLS concentration of 1.6×10?? mole/ℓ. 3. In the bubble-foam adsorptive separation, PH has considerable effect on the removal ratio of Cu. The most effective result was obatained at the PH8~10. 4. In the range of NaLS concentration of 1.6~2.0×10?? mole/ℓ, effective removal was obserbed, and at the concentration of 1.8×10?? mole/ℓ, best result was obtained. 5. At PH 8, the separation rate epuation of Cu is R=0.97-0.97t?? for NaLS concentration of 2.0×10?? mole/ℓ, R=0.97-0.98t?? for NaLS concentration of 1.9×10?? mole/ℓ,
