        커널분석을 활용한 미세먼지 신규 측정소 선정 - 서울시 초등학교를 대상으로 -

        The particulate matters show high values in winter and spring season, it has a bad influence on the outdoor people. That's why government needs to come up with countermeasures for social weak people like elementary school students. In this paper, new particulate matter stations select ed about elementary schools using spatial analysis. Seoul city areas were divided with 608 hexagon grids(500m), and then implement spatial analysis such as kernel analysis. Finally, new particulate matter stations select through the results of kernel density analysis and point displacement. The results show that, 10 hexagon grids about new particulate matter stations were selected and listed 15 elementary schools including 10 hexagon grids. The 15 elementary schools were including Gangbuk gu, Eunpyeong gu, Guro gu, Dong gu, Geumcheon gu, Dongdaemun gu, Gangdong gu, Songpa gu, Gwangjin gu and Gangnam gu. The results suggests a new management plan direction according to the spatial analysis, result in the process of selecting the measures for the '2018 School Fine Dust Comprehensive Management Measures' announced by the Ministry of Education. Also, this study can be expanded by adding specific buildings as well as the school. 미세먼지는 주로 겨울철과 봄철에 높은 수치를 보이며, 실외 활동이 많은 사람들의 건강에 더욱 치명적이다. 특히 초등학생과 같은 사회적 약자에 대한 미세먼지 대책은 국가적 차원에서 더욱 시급한 과제이다. 이에 본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 GIS를 활용하여 초등학교를 중심으로 미세먼지 신규측정소를 선정하였다. 서울시 전체를 500m 반경의 헥사곤 격자를 활용하여 608개의 헥사곤으로 구분한 뒤 측정소와 학교에 위치에 대한 공간분석을 실시하였다. 최종적으로 학교 밀집도 분석과 포인트 대치기법을 통한 조건식을 활용하여 신규측정소 지역을 산출하였다. 연구 결과로 총 10개의 500m 반경의 헥사곤 격자를 신규측정소 지역으로 선정하였고 해당 폴리곤에 포함된 15개의 초등학교 명단을 나열하였다. 최종 선정 폴리곤이 포함된 행정구는 강북구, 은평구, 구로구, 동작구, 금천구, 동대문구, 강동구, 송파구, 광진구, 강남구로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 교육부에서 발표한 '2018년 학교 미세먼지 종합 관리 대책'에 근거하여 공간적인 분석 결과에 따른 새로운 관리 대책 방향을 제시하였으며, 대상지를 학교 뿐 아니라 대상 건물을 확장하여 차후 연구의 활용도를 더욱 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

        입력관측기의 정량적 성능지표 (I) -과도상태 해석-

        The closed-loop state and input observer is a pole-placement type observer and estimates unknown state and input variables simultaneously. Pole-placement type observers may have poor transient performance with respect to ill-conditioning factors such as unknown initial estimates, round-off error, etc. For the robust transient performance, the effects of these ill-conditioning factors must be minimized in designing observers. In this paper, the transient performance of the closed-loop state and input observer is investigated quantitatively by considering the error bounds due to ill-conditioning factors. The performance indices are selected from these error bounds and are related to the observer robustness with respect to the ill -conditioning factors. The closed-loop state and input observer with small performance indices is considered as a well-conditioned observer from the transient perspective.

        비정규지표를 이용한 Well-Conditioned 관측기 설계

        In this paper, the well-conditioned observer is designed to be insensitive to the ill-conditioning factors in transient and steady-state observer performance. A condition number based on 12-norm of the eigenvector matrix of the observer matrix has been proposed on a principal index in the observer performance. For the well-conditioned observer design, the non-normality measure and the observability condition of the observer matrix are utilized. The two constraints are specified into observer gain boundary region that guarantees a small condition number and a stable observer. The observer gain selected in this region guarantees a well-conditioned and observable property. In this study, this method is applied to the Luenberger observer and Kalman filters for small order systems. In designing Kalman filters, the ratio of the process noise covariance to the measurement noise covariance is a design parameter and its effect on the condition number is investigated.

        An ichneumonine genus, Probolus Wesmael, is first reported from Korea with P. fukuchiyamanusUchida andP. cyanogaster Jeong. The former is new to Korea and the latter new to science. A key to the two species, andtheir descriptions and photographs of diagnostic characters are provided.

      • GIS기법에 의한 한반도 수달 서식지의 공간분석

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the spatial data analysis for Otter habitats in the Korean peninsula using GIS techniques. The spatial analysis of Otter habitats were carried with DEM(digital elevation model) and land-cover data with satellite image. The averaged air temperature and otter distribution map data were analyzed with each cell units. The each cell size of this study was 13.75 km and 11 km scale. The Otter habitats of study area are correlated with DEM and distance of urbanization area. The forest area from satellite land-cover have the most habitats site of southern part in Korea.

      • 프로골프 선수들의 슬럼프대처에 관한 인지적 접근

        본 연구는 프로골프선수들이라면 누구나 한번쯤 겪게 되는 슬럼프를 근본적인 원인을 분석하고, 그에 따른 해결책을 통해 프로골프선수들의 슬럼프 원인, 증상, 극복방안으로 구분되었다. 프로골프선수들이 어떠한 방법으로 슬럼프를 대처하는지 심층적으로 분석하여 도움을 주는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 9명의 남녀 프로골프선수들을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고, 질적 연구 방법과 절차에 준하여 전사된 면접내용을 토대로 내용을 추출 후 분석을 실시하였다. 프로골프선수들을 본질적으로 이해하기 위해서는 그들의 생활과 사회적 현상에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 한 접근이 먼저 이루어 져야한다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 선수생활은 활동 중인 프로골프선수들이 진술한 경험을 바탕으로 슬럼프 원인, 증상, 극복방안에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 슬럼프 원인, 둘째, 슬럼프 증상, 셋째, 극복방안으로 범주화 하였다. 첫째, 슬럼프 원인이라는 범주에서는 다시 사생활 문제, 부정적인 말, 불안으로 세분화 하였다. 둘째, 슬럼프 증상이라는 범주에서는 다시 입스, 부정적 생각, 심적 불안감, 복잡한 생각, 자신감 상실, 혼란, 의욕상실로 세분화 되었다. 셋째, 극복방안이라는 범주에서는 다시 연습하기, 휴식하기, 긍정적 생각, 심리상담 받기, 조언 구하기, 자신감 갖기로 세분화 하였다. This study is to analyze fundamental causes of a slump that would happen to all professional golfer at least once and provide solutions, taking deeper look into the cause, symptom and breakout plan of professional golfer to overcome a slump. The purpose of this study is to offer insights, with in-depth analysis on the method of professional golfers coping with a slump. Data was collected through in-depth interview with 9 male and female professional golfers and it was analyzed after extracting contents based on the contents of interview transcript, following qualitative research method and procedures. To understand professional golfers at fundamental level, it is pre-requisite to understand their life and social environments. Accordingly, this study was designed to investigate the cause, symptom, and overcoming plan, based on the stories stated by professional golfers, who are currently active in professional golf circuit. The research results were categorized into first, cause of slump, second, symptom of slump, and third, overcoming plan. The first category of cause of slump was again segmented into private-life problem, negative words, and anxiety. The second category, symptom of slump was again segmented into yips, negative thoughts, mental anxiety, complex thought, loss of self-confidence, confusion, and demotivation. The third category, overcoming plan was again segmented into practicing, taking a rest, positive thoughts, psychological counseling, getting advice, and regaining self-confidence.

        대학평생교육 프로그램 개발의 정치적 속성

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the political dynamics and negotiation aspects among various stakeholders involved in the development of lifelong education strategies and program initiatives based on case study related to the activation of university lifelong education. To achieve this, the researcher employed qualitative research methods such as participant observation during the entire process of the case study, focus group interviews with various stakeholders, and quantitative research methods including surveys on the state and status of lifelong education programs and feedback from lifelong education students. The research analysis was conducted in four stages: preliminary exploration, draft preparation, draft review, and initiation of implementation plans, with a focus on the interests, political context, and negotiation dynamics of participants at each stage. The results revealed that both university members and lifelong education program beneficiaries in the local community expressed diverse opinions and perspectives based on their respective interests. They actively engaged in negotiations not only with the project lead researcher but also among themselves regarding resource allocation for strategic planning and direction-setting within the university. Notably, the development of lifelong education programs at national universities requires differentiated strategies and detailed program design, which was a common concern among stakeholders. Overall, this study reaffirms the continued relevance of Cervero and Wilson’s political negotiation model in the development of university lifelong education programs. Program developers should leverage their understanding of the political attributes and negotiation dynamics of participants to contribute to the greater benefit and goals of adult learners and lifelong education institutions.

      • 삼천지의 저서성 대형무척추동물의 군집구조 및 생물학적 수질평가에 관한 연구

        The present study was conducted for the study on the community stucture of the benthic macroinvertebrates and the water quality in Smchun-impoundement based on the biological parameters. The survey area induced eight sites in Samchun-impoundment and the study was carried out from September 1997 to July 1998. The result are as follows; (1) Benthic macroinvertebrates are composed of 74 species including 64 genera, 41 families, 13 orders, 5 classes in three phyla. (2) Hemiptera and Ephemeroptera were dominant taxa in this area. (3) The diversity indices ranged from 2.022 to 2.519 depending on the site. (4) The water quality criteria was investigated as α- mesosaprobic with Group Pollution Index(GPI) 1.91.

      • 수치 주제도를 위한 고해상도 위성영상 활용

        This paper proposes a new thematic mapping method from 1 m resolution satellite image using remote sensing technique. The original methods, which were designed by researchers to extract features from air photo images, are modified for high resolution satellite images. The proposed method consists of two phases. First, thematic map are extracted by digitizing with a given satellite images on screen. Second, some thematic map are composed by detecting algorithm from the filtering and shapening, which are not man-made objects. The test results showed that digital thematic map are made using the high resolution satellite images are useful method for the thematic mapping.
