        The King Jeongjo Tomb Parade, which began more than 300 years ago, is an intangible cultural heritage that preserves the thoughts of King Jeongjo. Currently, it is jointly held by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Suwon City, Hwaseong City and Gyeonggi Province. To sustain the King Jeongjo Tomb Parade as an intangible cultural heritage, there is a need for it to be registered under UNESCO"s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity program. Hwaseong City has been promoting the registration of King Jeongjo"s trip to UNESCO"s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 2020. The purpose of this study is to establish plans to promote the registration of the King Jeongjo Tomb Parade as an UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity through value assessment and feasibility analysis of the King Jeongjo Tomb Parade. The study consisted of three stages; (1) To research on the current situation, this study conducted, an extensive literature review and used big data. (2) the analysis of tendency of UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage of humanity was carried out through a system overview, case study, and the review of the status of the registration. (3) the analysis of the intangible cultural heritage value was conducted by means of the valuation of the intangible cultural heritage, the feasibility of the assessment of the economic value and UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage of humanity. The academic, administrative and marketing strategies were presented for the creative transmission of the King Jeongjo Tomb Parade and the value diffusion of this intangible cultural heritage. First, the academic strategies were framed by collecting the historical research related to King Jeongjo"s culture, holding international academic conferences, evaluating its economic value, building digital archives and registering copyrights. Second, the administrative strategies were created with the establishment of a conservation committee, the promotion of the designation of the Korean cultural heritage, and the promotion of festival monitoring. Third, the external strategies were forged with the Larchiveum project, festival identity development and commercialization, media facade and performance revitalization, and storytelling. This study has practical implications for the establishment of the King Jeongjo Tomb Parade as an intangible cultural heritage of the local community and a foundation for cultural revitalization, along with the promotion of listing UNESCO"s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

        학습장애의 개념 및 진단평가의 문제와 과제

        The tasks to be solved in the field of learning disabilities includes defining a comprehensive conceptual and operational definition, developing a definition initiated by nation and academic association, amending diagnostic criteria and related section of learning disabilities in Special Education Promotion Law, development of appropriate diagnostic instrument, and promoting rational awareness for ensuring learner's educational right. There have been discussed controversial issues about inconsistent diagnostic criteria, lack of diagnostic rigorousness, vagueness of concept of learning disabilities. In the field of learning disabilities, though there are many kinds of efforts to overcome those limitations, the definition need to be more improved and elaborated. This article reviewed controversial issues about the concept of learning disabilities including the changing process of its conceptual definition, the validity of definitional components and the appearance of operational definition. There are reviewed the diagnostic criteria and methods of learning disabilities including the critics of discrepancy model, calculating methods the points based discrepancy model and its limitations, alternative diagnostic assessment, and cutting off point to identify learning disabilities. Finally, tasks to be solved are considered.

      • 통합교육의 개념과 쟁점 고찰

        Although both researchers and practitioners in the field of special education have been strongly demanding inclusive education in line with the global trend, yet in reality, the unprepared education service environment has been creating nothing but confusion. The discussion on the concept and practice of inclusive education will lead to unending chains of conceptual confusion if we blindly adhere to terminology in the sole consideration of the ease of implementation within the country and refuse to face the global changes in the fundamental paradigm and practice. The discussion on inclusive education must be centered not around whether to implement it, but around the implementation in what manners and to what degree may maximize the effectiveness of teaching and learning while ensuring the learner's right to education. In the same vein, focus must also be placed on the questions of how and to what degree the purposes and value of inclusive education should be actualized as well as the effectiveness and usefulness of the form of implementation. Since the environment of inclusive education varies among regions and schools, we should direct our efforts to specify and implement it in accordance with such variances rather than to standardize the concept and practice of it. Inclusive education should be seen as the purpose and value to achieve as well as the means to use, and is the task to be coomplished by the society to realize community. 특수교육 학계와 현장은 세계의 흐름과 더불어 통합교육을 강하게 요구하고 있지만 그 실제는 준비되지 못한 교육 서비스 환경으로 인하여 혼란을 겪고 있는 시점에서 본 논문은 통합교육의 배경과 근거, 의미 및 통합교육의 쟁점을 고찰함으로써 통합교육의 개념적 토대를 정립을 위한 논거를 제시하고자 하였다. 통합교육에 대한 개념과 실제에 대한 논의는 세계적으로 변화고 있는 근본적인 패러다임과 실제를 직시하지 못하고 국내의 현실적 편의성만 고려하여 용어를 고집한다면 개념적 혼란은 끝없이 지속될 것이다. 통합교육에 대한 논쟁은 통합교육의 실시 여부가 아니라 어떤방식으로, 어느 정도로 통합을 하는 것이 학습자의 교육원을 보장하면서 교수-학습의 효과성을 극대화할 수 있느냐에 초점이 맞추어져야 하며, 통합교육의 목적과 가치를 어느 정도, 어떻게 실현할 것인지와 실천의 효율성에 관한 문제가 중점적으로 다루어져야 한다. 통합교육의 환경은 지역과 학교마다 다르므로 그 개념과 실제를 정형화하려는 노력보다는 특성에 맞게 규정하고 실천하려는 노력이 이루어져야 할 것이다.통합교육은 우리가 실현할 목적과 가치인 동시에 수단임을 인식하고 사회 전체가 공동체 사회 실현을 위해 총체적으로 노력해야 할 과제이다.

      • 國際廣告의 標準化와 適應化戰略에 관한 硏究

        International promotion has generated considerable discussion since the 1960s, mainly concerning whether international companies should adapt or standardize their foreign advertising messages. International advertisers are often faced with the problem of whether, to what extent, and in which manner advertising should be adapted or changed prior to deployment in diverse foreign markets. That is, under what circumstances should advertising campaigns be standardized or localized, and to what extent? Proponents of the standardized approach advance various reasons to support their viewpoint. First, there is the cost savings. Once an advertising concept is developed, it can be transferred to other nations with minor additional Second is the realization of economies of scale made possible by the centralization of world-wide advertising authority in the home office. Third, standardization permits full utilization of home office advertising expertise hard won on the fiedl. Fourth, it prevents the generation of disparate messages in different nations which eventually may blur the established image of the product. Fifth, the common approach to advertising ensures proper concern for corporatewide objectives in promoting the product. Finally, similarities in the across nations justify the standardized approach. On the other hand, advertising theorists supporting the adaptation of commercial messages suggest that advertising is one of the most difficult marketing elements to standardize, sometimes because of the legal restrictions that require changes in copy or make certain media unavailable, but more often because of cultural differences. The determination of international advertising strategy is not a simple matter of choosing between standardization and adaptation. Conditions differ from nation have been successfully transferred, another campaign might flop in the same country. Besides, even where adaptation appears satisfactory, companies naturally do not want to give up the benefits of standardization. To resolve the problem, strategy should be formulated after careful analysis and consideration.

        A Comparative Study between Special and Integrated School Teachers’ Perspectives on Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in Nepal

        This study focused on the perspectives of teachers on Autism spectrum disorder in Nepal. The main purpose of the present study was to compare knowledge, belief & awareness, and attitude of special and integrated teachers about ASD and teaching students with ASD. Quantitative research paradigm which was followed by the survey design was implemented for this study. Seventy six teachers from seven special and twelve integrated schools from Kathmandu valley were purposefully selected. The 5-points Likert Scale survey instrument (questionnaire) was developed and conducted. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed using independent sample t-test. Result of this study showed that there is a significance difference between perceptions of special and integrated teachers. As a whole, special teachers showed more knowledge, belief & awareness, placement of ASD children in this field. However, they do not have in-depth knowledge about ASD. Furthermore, Nepalese teachers especially in itegrated schools have not felt prepared to teach children with ASD in their classroom. Therefore, teachers require more training, seminar and workshop about ASD. Finally, the major conclusion of this study was that the special schools teachers of Nepal have more knowledge, belief & awareness, understanding, positive attitudes, placement services than the integrated teachers towards ASD. However, they have the basic knowledge of ASD.
