        MicroRNA-362 Inhibits Cell Proliferation and Invasion by Directly Targeting SIX1 in Colorectal Cancer

        Purpose: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer in China and poses high morbidity and mortality. In recentyears, increasing evidence has indicated that microRNAs played important functions in the occurrence and development of tumors. The purpose of this study was to identify the biological mechanisms of miR-362 in CRC. Materials and Methods: Quantitative real-time PCR was carried out to assess the expression of miR-362 and SIX1. The Kaplan-Meier method was employed to evaluate the 5-year overall survival of CRC patients. The proliferative and invasive abilities of CRCcells were assessed by MTT and transwell assays. Results: miR-362 was significantly decreased in CRC tissues and cell lines, compared to the normal tissues and normal cells. Asignificant connection was confirmed between the overall survival of 53 CRC patients and low expression of miR-362. Downregulationof miR-362 inhibited the proliferation and invasion through binding to the 3'-UTR of SIX1 mRNA in CRC. Additionally, wediscovered that SIX1 was a direct target gene of miR-362 and that the expression of miR-362 had a negative connection with SIX1expression in CRC. SIX1 could reverse partial functions in the proliferation and invasion in CRC cells. Conclusion: miR-362 may be a prognostic marker in CRC and suppress CRC cell proliferation and invasion in part through targetingthe 3'-UTR of SIX1 mRNA. The newly identified miR-362/SIX1 axis provides insight into the progression of CRC.

        Four new compounds from the bulbs of Lycoris aurea with neuroprotective effects against CoCl2 and H2O2-induced SH-SY5Y cell injuries

        Three new alkaloids, 2a-hydroxy-6-O-n-butyloduline,O-n-butyllycorenine, (-)-N-(chloromethyl)lycoramine(1–3), and a new phenolic compound, ((7S)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-hydroxypropyl)-20-methylbenzene-30,60-diol (14), along with ten known alkaloids (4–13), wereisolated from the bulbs of Lycoris aurea collected fromHuaihua County of Hunan Province, China. Their structureswere elucidated by spectroscopic methods includingHRESIMS, UV, IR, and NMR. All the isolated compoundswere tested for their neuroprotective effects against CoCl2and H2O2-induced SH-SY5Y cell death. Compounds 1–7and 10 exhibited significant neuroprotective effects againstCoCl2-induced SH-SY5Y cell injury, while compounds1–5, 7, 10 and 12 showed obvious neuroprotective effectsagainst H2O2-induced SH-SY5Y cell death.

        서비스의 가장 중요한 특징의 하나가 바로 고객 참여이다. 서비스 질 또한 중요하게 고객의 인식된 질로 표현되는 것이지 서비스 시스템의 운영된 질이 아니다. 그러나 서비스의 저장 불가능성과 이질성은 서비스로 하여금 기본적으로 서비스 시스템의 제한된 서비스 능력으로써 고객의 다양화한 서비스 수요, 참여행위와 인식된 결과에 대응하게 한다. 그래서 서비스관리의 boundary는 조직boundary에만 멈출 것이 아니라 앞으로 곧, 혹은 지금 한창, 혹은 이미 조직과 서비스 관계를 수립한 고객에게도 적극적이고 과학적인 관리를 실행해야 한다. 이것이 혹시 서비스 관리가 생산관리와 구별되는 하나의 선명한 특징일지도 모른다. 본문에서는 서비스 기업의 고객관리 문제에 대해 비교적 깊은 탐구적 토론을 진행하고자 한다. An important trait of service is the participation of customers in the service process, and the quality of service is mainly represented by the customer's perception quality, rather than by the service system operation quality. However, the simultaneous production and consumption as well as the heterogeneity of service make the service companies have to face the diversified customer's demands, participation behaviors, and perception results with the limited capacity of the service system. Therefore, the service management should not stop at the boundary of the nature service organization. The active and scientific management should be applied to the customers who are going to have, or are having, of have had service relationships with the service organizations. This may be one of signigicant different characteristics between service management and production management. This article intends to make a deep discussion about the problem of customer management.

        有關新時期中國 "校園語言" 的思考

        본 논문은 "校園語言"의 특성, 발생원인 및 "校園語言"을 어떻게 파악하고 받아 들여야하는가등의 문제를 다루고 있다. 사회 언어학의 관점에서 보면, "校園語言"는 바로 일종의 언어 變異이며, 또한 언어 운용상의 變異이기도하다. 청소년들은 언어의 "창조적인 운용"에서 "新","奇","異",등의 효과를 나타낸다. 그리고 變異가 나타나는 원인은 사회경제와 문화의 두가지 큰 환경으로서, 캠퍼스 환경은 청소년기에 특수한 심리 영향을 파급시킨다. 그리고 캠퍼스 언어 현상을 어떻게 받아들일것인가에 대해서는, 책망을 하기보다는 유리한 방향으로 유도하고 규범화시키며, 대중문화의 청소년들에 대한 인도 작용을 염두에 두어야 한다.

        세계경제와 사회생활중 비영리조직의 중요성은 점점 부각되고 있으며, 전통적으로 제3부분으로 구분되어진다. 정부가 제1부문, 사영기업이 제2부문, 비영리조직이 제3부문으로 구분되어지며, 두 가지 조직으로 진화되기 시작한다. 그 첫 번째 종류는 열리조직 즉 기업이며, 두 번째 종류는 비영리조직이라 통칭하며, 정부 비영리집단과 사영기업 비영리집단이 포함된다. 지식경제와 서비스경제 시대가 도래한 현실에서, 두 종류의 비영리 서비스조직의 구분과 그 경영 및 경영자가 처한 상황은 비교적 심오한 理論 의의와 현실 의의를 구비한 도전에 직면해 있다. 본 연구는 서비스 경영의 각도에서 중국의 각종 사회기구(비영리조직)를 발전시키고 관리하기 위한 전략적 계시를 제공하고, 국내기업(영리집단)이 단기이익관을 초월하여 장기적 영리능력의 구축할 수 있도록 하고, 비영리와 서비스의 관접에서 중국의 정부기구의 정책행위에 전략적 신사고와 의사결정 상의 참고자료를 제공하고자 한다.

        SWS 490A 강의 용접 열영향부 음향방출 특성에 대한 연구(1)

        The object of this study is to investigate the effect of compounded welding through the AE(Acoustic Emission) characteristics for weld HAZ(Heat Affected Zone) under the static tensile test. This study was carried out an SWS 490A, high tension steel for electric shield metal arc welding(SMAW), CO₂gas arc welding and TIG welding. Data displays are based on the measured parameters of the AE signals, along with environmental variables such as time and load. The accumulated AE event curve of HAZ definitely have the point of inflection subject to tensile test. The results of the tensile test of HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > CO₂ gas arc welding >TIG welding in case of single welding, but generally the tensile test of HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > TIG welding > CO₂ gas arc welding. These history plots give us useful and powerful information to analyze the results of material evaluation testing.

        The object of this study is to investigate the effect of joinability by using acoustic emission (AE) signals and doing a pattern recognition for weld heat affected zone (HAZ) in tensile testing. This study was carried out an SWS 490A high tension steel for electric shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), CO₂ gas arc welding and TIG welding. And correspondingly, the root openings are 3, 4 and 2.8㎜. The results of the tensile test of weld HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > CO₂ gas arc welding > TIG welding in case of single welding. It is believed that this is a phenomenon where difference of its root opening or base metal thickness. Also, the technique of AE is ideally suited to study variables which control time and stress dependent fracture or damage process in metallic materials.

        The objective of this study is to evaluate an acoustic emission (AE) source characterization and fracture behavior of the SM45C steel by using k-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifier. In previous research continuously, simple tension and AE tests were conducted against the 5 kind of circular hole defect coupons. Also, for this, we used K-means clustering as an unsupervised learning method for obtained multivariate AE main data sets, such as AE counts, energy, amplitude, risetime, duration and counts to peak. And we applied KNN classifier as a supervised learning pattern recognition algorithm for obtained multivariate AE working data sets. Through the classified results, i.e., determinant criterion (Wilk) and heuristic criteria (Rij & Tou), of the effectiveness of the proposed method is discussed.

        This study is to investigate a fracture characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) under the tensile loading as a function of acoustic emission (AE) according to the frequency analysis (transient mode) and AE source location (location mode). It was found that the fracture mechanism of AE frequency analysis was a useful tool for the estimation of different type of fracture in CFRP, i.e., matrix(epoxy resin) cracking, delamination and fiber breakage same as AE amplitude distribution.

        A New ent-Kaurane type Diterpenoid Glycoside from Inula japonica Thunb

        A new ent-kaurane type diterpenoid glycoside, 17-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-16α-ent-kauran-19-oic acid (1), together with 17-hydroxy-16α-ent-kauran-19-oic acid (2), 16α,17-dihydroxyl-ent-kauran-19-oic acid (3), and 16α-hydroxy-17-acetoxy-ent- kauran-19-oic acid (4) were isolated from the aerial parts of Inula japonica Thunb. The structure of 1 was determined mainly by use of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques including HSQC, 1H-1H COSY, HMBC, and NOESY. In addition, 4 exhibited significant inhibitory activity on NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells with IC50 value of 14.3 μg/mL.
