        ‘好好(兒)的’의 문법기능과 의미특징 연구

        ‘hǎohāor+de’ is composed of the syntactic superimposed form ‘hǎohāor’ and the structural auxiliary word ‘de.’ It is a structure that occurs very frequently in modern spoken Chinese. ‘hǎohāor’ can only act as an adverbial (have a good time) or an attribute (a quite good book in a sentence). ‘hǎohāor’ cannot be used alone, or act as a subject, an object or a predicate. Nor can it modify a noun or a noun phrase directly. However, ‘hǎohāor+de’ can be used alone, and can be used as a predicate, a complement, an attribute and an adverbial. Different syntactic functions of ‘hǎohāor+de’ have different semantic features. This is a difficult point for the students who are non-native speakers of Chinese. This paper discusses in detail the syntactic functions and the related semantic features of ‘hǎohāor+de,’ and also tries to probe into the source of it, hoping to provide some help for Chinese language teaching. “好好的”是由形容词“好”的句法重叠式“好好(儿)”加上结构助词“的”组成的,是现代汉语口语中出现频率相当高的一个结构.。“好好(儿)”在句中只能做状语(“好好儿玩儿”),或修饰数量名结构(好好一本书);“好好儿)”不能单说,不能做主语、宾语、谓语,不能修饰名词性成分。但是,加上“的”以后,“好好(儿)的”在句中可以单说,可以作谓语、补语、定语和状语。不同句法功能上的“好好儿”语义特征不同。这对汉语非母语的学习者来说是一个难点。本文详细探讨“好好的”的句法功能及相应的语义特征,同时试着探析“好好的”的来源,以期有助于汉语教学。

        Functional Characterization of aroA from Rhizobium Leguminosarum with Significant Glyphosate Tolerance in Transgenic Arabidopsis

        Glyphosate is the active component of the top-selling herbicide, the phytotoxicity of which is due to its inhibition of the shikimic acid pathway. 5-Enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS) is a key enzyme in the shikimic acid pathway. Glyphosate tolerance in plants can be achieved by the expression of a glyphosate-insensitive aroA gene (EPSPS). In this study, we used a PCR-based two-step DNA synthesis method to synthesize a new aroA gene (aroAR. leguminosarum) from Rhizobium leguminosarum. In vitro glyphosate sensitivity assays showed that aroAR. leguminosarum is glyphosate tolerant. The new gene was then expressed in E. coli and key kinetic values of the purified enzyme were determined. Furthermore, we transformed the aroA gene into Arabidopsis thaliana by the floral dip method. Transgenic Arabidopsis with the aroAR. leguminosarum gene was obtained to prove its potential use in developing glyphosate-resistant crops.

        论《正音咀华》的声母系统

        "Zheng Yin Ju Hua"(《正音咀华》) is a book written by manchu person Sha Yi-zun to teach the Cantonese to learn Mandarin in the late Qing Dynasty. Through a through examination on the notes of the pronunciation of the words in this book, we found that there are two sets of initial systems in it. One is displayed ostensibly by the author, in which ““Jianyin””(尖音) and ““Tuanyin””(团音) coexisted and there was still a ““Weimu””(微母),while the other is revealed by the notes of the pronunciation of the words in it, in which ““Jianyin”” and ““Tuanyin”” are pronounced the same and there was not a ““Weimu”” any more. The former was the author’s ideal initial system, while the latter was the actual mandarin initial pronunciation system at that time. Based on this, we think that though the definitions of ““Zhengyin””and ““Beiyin”” given by the author were different, they were actually the same thing, and the mandarin taught in this book was probably the Beijing Sound.

        Effects of Feeding High- and Low- Forage Diets Containing Different Forage Sources on Rumen Fermentation Characteristics and Blood Parameters in Non-Pregnant Dry Holstein Cows

        This research was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding high and low forage diets with different forage sources on rumen fermentation characteristics and blood parameters of Holstein cows during the dry period. Eight Holstein cows were completely randomized assigned to two groups and repeated measurement was utilized in the analysis. Cows in two treatments were fed with diets with high (F:C = 70:30, 70F; forage source: mixed-sowing whole crop barley and Italian ryegrass silage, BIRG) and low (F:C = 55:45, 55F; forage source: tall fescue hay, TF) forage level. Rumen fluid pH was higher in 70F group. Levels of acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid showed a similar pattern: from the lowest value at 07:30 h to the highest at 10:30 h and then decreased in both groups. The ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid was significantly higher (p < 0.05) in 55F group at 09:30 and 10:30 h. Rumen fluid $NH_3-N$ concentrations were significantly higher (p < 0.05) in 70F group at 09:30 and 10:30 h. Blood urea nitrogen was significantly higher (p < 0.05) in 70F group. It was concluded that BIRG based diet with a high forage level had no adverse effects on rumen fermentation, some blood chemical parameters, and immune system in dry Holstein cows and could be used as a forage source instead of imported TF.

        A Study on Effects of Primary English Teachers’ Classroom Assessment on Students’ English Learning Interest

        In 2001, The Ministry of Education Guidelines for Actively PromotingPrimary School English Course was issued by China’s Ministry ofEducation, mandating that students start to learn English as acompulsory subject from the third grade. Up to now, the New EnglishCurriculum has been implemented for more than 10 years. How is theformative assessment done by the teachers? Questionnaire investigationand interviews are carried out in this study to examine the correlationbetween primary English teachers’ classroom assessment and students’learning interest. The results show that primary English teachers’classroom assessment is in clear positive correlation with students’learning interest. Simultaneously, for students in different grades, ofdifferent genders and from different school types, teachers’ classroomassessment has different effects on their English learning interest. Thisstudy gives primary English teachers insights into improving Englishclassroom assessment.

        “S+對+O+VP”結構類型分析

        The preposition phrase “对(dui)+ O” can modify verbal phrases, adjective phrases and noun phrases. According to the existing research results, there is a choice of adjectives or nouns when “对(dui)+ O” modifies the adjective phrases or the noun phrases. However, so far there is no detailed discussion about the case that “对(dui)+ O” modifies verbal phrases. There are two types of “对(dui)+ O+ VP”: the first type is that “O” is just the object of “对(dui)”,and the second type is that “O” is both the object of “对(dui)” and the object of the verb. This paper analyzes the structure of these two types, and the first type is divided into three small classes, and the second type is divided into four small classes This paper analyzes the characteristics of the various components of the structure of every small class, the possibility of removing “对(dui)+ O” from some structures, and the negative form of them, and also tries to make a reasonable explanation for some phenomenon of the structures.

        “快……了” 結構語義分析

        “Kuai …… le” is one of the common structures in spoken Chinese. “Kuai” is an adverb of time, which means that something is close to or about to happen soon. “Le” is auxiliary word, which means change. The words or phrases which can be put into “kuai …… le” can be a noun (phrase), or a verb (phrase), or an adjective (phrase), or a subject-predicate phrase. However, not all nouns, verbs, adjectives and subject-predicate phrases can be put into this structure. This article discusses the words or phrases and their meanings which can be put into this structure, which words or phrases can put into this structure and which can not, and also explains the reasons why they can or can not be put into this structure.

        《正音新纂》韻母系統考

        “Zhengyin Xinzuan” ,written by a native Nanjing speaker, is a veryvaluable material which records the Nanjing mandarin in the late QingDynasty. The research on its initial consonant, vowel, tone system helpsto make clear the true face of Nanjing mandarin. Through the investigation on the thirty-four finals of Nanjing mandarin given by theauthor and the pronunciation of the characters under them, this paper gives a clear description of the characteristics of the final system of Nanjing mandarin in the late Qing Dynasty. The following are the characteristics: Firstly, there is no ending consonant “m”, and all of the ending consonant “m”had changed to “n”. Secondly, there existed no distinction between “an” and “ang”, and between “uan” and “uang”. Thirdly, there existed no distinction between “en” and “eng”, and between “in” and “ing”. Fourthly, there were ɿ and ʅ . Fifthly, there was no entering endings (but there was a entering tone). Sixthly, there was “o”, but there was no“uo”. Seventhly, “o(渴)”and “e(克)” are clearly distinguished. These are the characteristics of the pronunciation of Jianghuai dialect(江淮方言). .
