        바울의 교회음악 사상

        하재송(Ha, Jae-Song) 개혁신학회 2010 개혁논총 Vol.15 No.-

Since Paul was a Jew reared and educated in Jewish tradition, he must be familiar with Jewish religious music which includes songs in the Old Testament and Psalms, the most important Jewish sacred songbook. He quoted psalm verses 20 times and lines from the Song of Moses (Deut 32:1-43) three times in his letters. Scholars say that 12 new hymns or fragments may be found in his writings. Among his five passages referring to church music (Rom 15:6; 1 Cor 14:15, 26; Eph 5:18-20; Col 3:16), Ephesians 5:18-20 and Colossians 3:16, which are parallel passages, provide basic and important principles of church music. First of all, Paul indicates prerequisites for church music: "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly" and "be filled with the Spirit." Church music is a natural fruit produced in the heart filled with the word of Christ and the Holy Spirit. Therefore, church musicians need to strive to become spiritually mature before getting in musical activities. Also, Paul lists three kinds of church music such as "psalms, hymns and spiritual songs." Psalms are usually considered as the book of Psalms in the Old Testament, which has been a source and a material for praising God to the people of Israel and Christians. Hymns can be defined as songs of praise to God. They basically indicate songs in the Bible and further numerous religious songs or poems written by faithful Christians such as ones in a hymnal. It is our responsibility to hand our Christian faith over to next generations by means of teaching hymns. Spiritual songs point to general and spiritual songs inspired by the Holy Spirit, and they sometimes have a characteristic of spontaneity. As shown in the words, "one another," "to the Lord," "to God the Father," and "to God," there are two objects of church music: God and His people. Church music should be offered "to God" and glorify Him. It should be also used to build up the people, the body of Christ, in Christian faith. Regarding the way of church music, Paul indicates three important things: "speak to one another," "in your heart," and "with gratitude." Speaking to one another can be understood as "musical speech," a communication to one another as demonstrated in many psalms, or antiphonal singing, a common way of singing from the Old Testament period. "In your heart" means singing not only with the mouth but also with the heart, the center of human personality. In addition, church music should be offered with the attitude of appreciation and from the heart full of thanksgiving about God's immeasurable grace. These principles presented in Paul's passages form a biblical framework of church music.

        실학파 문학관 일고찰

송재소 한국한문학회 2000 韓國漢文學硏究 Vol.26 No.-

        1. Park Jae-Ka was an outstanding social economy thinker of Lee Dynasty in 18th century and also was a great poet. 2. His social economy thought and aesthetic thought was not separate but correlative, which distinguished him from other poets in the same period. He pursued material prosperity and beauty at the same time. 3. He considered social phenomena including literature as a progressive process and so he spoke ill of those who imitated Tang (唐) poetry. He emphasized that poets should not imitate past poems but create novel poems of here and now.

RAPD 분석에 의한 굴참나무 집단의 유전변이 연구

        송정호,김남수,이용섭,김영중,송재모,이재선 한국유전학회 2002 Genes & Genomics Vol.24 No.2

Quercus variabilis is one of the most important tree species in both utilization of forest resources and management of forest ecosystem in Korea. To obtain the basic information for the establishment of breeding strategy and efficient management of genetic resources, five populations of Q. variabilis from 89 selected plus trees were studied using POPGENE and AMOVA analysis based on DNA markers focussing on the genetic diversity and variation among populations. The overall polymorphic amplicons were 78.6% and levels of genetic diversity within 5 populations were similar each other (Shannon's Index : 0.289∼0.423 [mean 0.366]). The values of total genetic diversity (H_t) and average gene diversity within population (H_S) were 0.265 and 0.239, respectively. The degree of genetic differentiation (G_st : 0.098) was relatively high compared with those of other tree species. Based on the cluster analysis of UPGMA, genetic relationships among 5 populations were not coincided with the pattern of geographic distribution.

      • Plant Regeneration and Bulblet Formation of Allium wakegi Araki

        Song,Won-seob,Yang,Deok-Chun,Yoon,Jae-Ho,Ryu,Sang-Hyun 한국자원식물학회 2004 Plant Resources Vol.7 No.1

Allium wakegi was cultured shoot tip in the condition of light culture. The Allium wakegi added plant growth regulator was observed of plant regeneration and bulblet formation. Callus Induction and growing rate was the best of 78% when added alone 2,4-D 0.5mg/L. In the formation of shoot, its regeneration rate was 96% when added BA 0.5mg/L in the light culture condition. When BA 0.5mg/L and NAA 0.5mg/L mixed and BA 0.5 mg/L and NAA 1.0mg/L mixed, the rates were 99% and 97% respectively, and these conditions were suitable for forming shoot. In the formation of roots, when added NAA 2.0mg/L in the light culture condition, the regeneration rate was 90.6 % and the roots were abnormal. When added NAA 1.0mg/L, the rate was 82 % and the highest. In the formation of bulbs, when BA 05mg/L and NAA 1.0mg/L mixed, the root generantion and its size in the bulbs was the best compare to other treatment experiments.

Open Posterior Approach versus Arthroscopic Suture Fixation for Displaced Posterior Cruciate Ligament Avulsion Fractures: Systematic Review

        JaeGwang Song,Kyung Wook Nha,이세원 대한슬관절학회 2018 대한슬관절학회지 Vol.30 No.4

Purpose: To compare the clinical outcomes between the open posterior approach and arthroscopic suture fixation for displaced posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) avulsion fractures. Methods: A literature search was performed on MEDLINE, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Library databases. The inclusion criteria were as follows: papers written in English on displaced PCL avulsion fractures, clinical trial(s) with clear description of surgical technique, adult subjects, a followup longer than 12 months and modified Coleman methodology score (CMS) more than 60 points. Results: Twelve studies were included with a mean CMS value of 72.4 (standard deviation, 7.6). Overall, 134 patients underwent the open posterior approach with a minimum 12month followup, and 174 patients underwent arthroscopic suture fixation. At final followup, the range of Lysholm score was 85–100 for the open approach and 80–100 for the arthroscopic approach. Patients who were rated as normal or nearly normal in the International Knee Documentation Committee subjective knee assessment were 92%–100% for the open approach and 90%–100% for the arthroscopic approach. The range of sidetoside difference was 0–5 mm for both approaches. Conclusions: Both arthroscopic and open methods for the treatment of PCL tibialside avulsion injuries resulted in comparably good clinical outcomes, radiological healing, and stable knees.

      • Constituents Analysis of Amino Acid and Antioxidative Activity from Cultivated Callus and Rhizome in Rhodiola sachalinensis

        Song,Won-Seob,Chi,Hyung-Joon,Rim,Yo-Sup,Yoon,Jae-Ho 한국자원식물학회 2002 Plant Resources Vol.5 No.1

The material of Rhodiola sachatinensis collected from an alpine region of the west-northern China. For analysing the effect, 1 used Rhodiola sachatinensis s rhizome and cultivated callus. In EtOAc, BuOH, H₂0separation the plant showed strong antioxidative activity, but not in Hexane. The radical scavenging effect of EtOAc(RC50, 35(g), BuOH(RC50, 43(g), H₂0(RC50, 50(g) fraction and MeOH extract(RC50, 50(g) of the Rhodiola sachatinensis was comparable to that of synthetic antioxidant BHA(RC50, 14(g) and α-Tocopherol(RC50, 12(g). Total amino acid concentration of plant of In nature condition were 18,009ppm, and major components were arginine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid and valine. The ratio of essential/total amino acid on plant of In nature condition was 46.93%. Total amino acid concentration of callus of In vitro condition were 32,435ppm, and major components were valine, histidine, lysine and leucine. The ratio of essential/total amino acid on callus of In vitro condition was 56.07%. was 56.07%.

        다산의 사언시(四言詩)에 대하여

송재소 ( Jae So Song ) 다산학술문화재단 2005 다산학 Vol.- No.6

        1. Tasan(茶山) had continuous interests in the Book of Odes[詩經]. He told his sons, repeatedly in letters for his sons, to write poems of four-character following the spirit of the Book of Odes. Actually he himself also wrote poems of four-character, even though they are not large in numbers. 2. Tasan construed `poong(風)` as a satire, which means "dropping a hint, not talking frankly, to make a person learn a lesson for himself." The object of dropping a hint was a king in the first place, and then `father and son`, `king and subject`, `husband and wife`, and `between-friends` in turns. In brief Tasan thought that the spirit of the Book of Odes was a kind of awakening of king to rule a country well, and then awakening of `father and son`, `king and subject`, `husband and wife`, and `between-friends` to have a moral duty as human-being. 3. Tasan concluded that the writer of Gookpoong(國風) in the Book of Odes was a wise man and a virtuous man. This opinion was opposed to that of Zhuzi(朱子) that Gookpoong was a collection of folk songs. A wise man and a virtuous man referred to a royal subject, a good son, a virtuous wife, and a faithful friend. In other words, Tasan thought that the Book of Odes was a collection of poems on human morality sung by a royal subject, a good son, a virtuous wife, and a faithful friend with a pure heart. 4. Though he layed stress on the Book of Odes, Tasan actually did not write so many poems of four-character, unique style in the Book of Odes. He wanted his sons not necessarily to write poems of four-character, but to write poems of realizing the spirit of the Book of Odes. Through emphasizing the poems of four-character, Tasan seemed to express his thought of the nature and effects of poems in a manifestative form by borrowing the authority of the Book of Odes.
