        Bacillus lentimorbus WJ5의 감마선유도 돌연변이체들에서 공통으로 발현되는 방사선 관련 유전자의 microarray 분석

        본 연구에서는 감마선으로 유도된 돌연변이체들에서 공통으로 발현되는 방사선 관련 유전자들의 발현을 연구하기 위하여, B. lentimorbus WJ5의 방사선 유도 돌연변이체에서 발현되는 유전자를 DNA microarray로 동시에 탐색하였다. DNA microarray는 B. lentimorbus WJ5 genome을 무작위로 절단하여 2,000단편으로 구성하였으며, 감마선 (^(60)Co)으로 유도된 7돌연변이체의 발현을 정량적으로 관찰하였다. 클러스터 분석결과 발현된 408 유전자 중 27개가 감마선 유도 돌연변이체 모두에서 유의하게 발현이 증가되었다. 특히, 복구(mutL, mutM)에너지 대사 (acsA, sdhB, p하, yhjB, citB), protease(npr), 산화자극에 대한 환원 (HMM)관련 유전자들이 동시에 증가되었다. 이는 감마선 유도 돌연변이체들에서 자발적인 직/간접 복구 관련 유전자의 발현 증가는 방사선 노출 직후 보이는 stress response와는 다른 현상임을 나타내는 것으로 생각된다. To study the radiation related gene expression in mutants of Bacillus lentimorbus WJ5 induced by gamm radiation, the simultaneous gene expression was analyzed by DNA microarray. We constructed DNA chips including two thousand randomly digested genome spots of B. lentimorbus WJ5 and compared its quantitative aspect with seven mutants induced by gamma radiation (^(60)Co). From the cluster analysis of gene expression pattern, totally 408 genes were expressed and 27 genes were significantly upregulated by the gamma radiation in all mutants. Especially, genes involved in repair (mutL, mutM), energy metabolism (acsA, sdhB, pgk, yhjB, citB), protease (npr), and reduction response to oxidative stress (HMM) were simultaneously upregulated. It seems that the induction of the direct and/or indirect repair related genes in mutants induced by gamma radiation could be remarkably different from the adaptive responses against acute exposure to radiation.

        The purport of education is to help students-as educational target-recognize and turn values. The real value of education lies in motivating students to achieve their desired goals for themselves with sound sense of value and intelligence. That is why we must correctly recognize and institutionalize teacher's educational authority and student's human rights before addressing the priority between the two rights. In view of the history of human rights, children and students were considered beneficiary of rights before their own rights were legitimately accepted in public, but they were not recognized as independent persons who can enjoy or claim their own rights. The Constitution of Republic of Korea assures human respect, values and personal rights. These are basic rights that everyone must enjoy, and our right derives from human respect, values and personal rights. Regardless of these essential aspects, our current educational sites commit corporal punishment in the name of 'whip of love', 'fair club' or the like, and such bodily punishment is actually understood in the context of standing and assurance of educational authority. In addition, according to feasible theory of educational authority or subrogation of parental authority, the rights of children or students are considered as a subordinary right subject to parental custody, and bodily punishment is indeed justified by the logics advocating educational authority substituted for this parental custody. The necessity and effects of corporal punishment have been reported in form of theory and findings associated with Law of Reinforcement from the perspective of pedagogy and psychology. Moreover, the behavioral practices of some teachers who blindly believe the effectiveness of such punishment also bring about many issues. Thus, it is required to make jurisprudential review of human rights and respect before addressing pedagogic efficiency of bodily punishment.

      • 교육인권과 스포츠권에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to consider the 'right to sports' which has emerged as a basic right and to enhance the understanding on sports in the field of law. First, I established a concept of sports by surveying where the right to sports idea came from and considered the significance of right to sports from the international viewpoint of 'sports for all'. I also exemplified other countries legal cases. Next, I demonstrated right to sports as a constitutional one. I referred to the freedom of congregation and association, and other associated rights such as the right to education, happiness and life. According to the study, there are two types of legal characteristics: civil liberties and as a basic social right. That is to say, the characteristic of free from the intervention and invasion from the country and the right for individual to ask an authority to establish and implement policies for right to sports actualization.

        Purpose : To evaluate the impact of added progestogen on biochemical markers of the bone turnover undergoing hormone replacement therapy in the postmenopausal women. Materials and Methods : There are 71 postmentopausal women who are divided into three groups (Group I, Group II, Group III). Group I(continuous combined)is given conjugated equine estrogen (CEE, 0.625mg, day 1-30) plus medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA, 2.5mg, day 1-30), Group II(unopposed estrogen) is given conjugated equine estrogen (CEE, 0.625mg, day 1-30) plus medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA, 5mg, day 1-12). And there were measured serum osteocalcin, serum total alkaline phosphatase and urinary deoxypyridinoline excretion before starting hormone replacement therapy and 12 months later. Results : The serum osteocalcin, serum total alkaline phosphatase and urinary deoxypyridinoline excretion significantly decreased after hormone replacement therapy (Group, I, II, III). And there was no significance in decreases in biochemical markers of the bone turnover among three groups. Conclusions : It was concluded that the impact of added progestogen on the biochemical markers of the bone turnover undergoing hormone replaced therapy in postmenopausal women was not significant than nothing added group. Thus we concluded that progestogen was not impact on decreasing on the biochemical markers of the bone turnover in postmenopausal women undergoing hormone replacement therapy.

        朱彛尊 詞論 硏究

        朱이尊的詞學理論是爲了糾正淸初詞學中興時期詞壇出現的弊端而提出的. 他廣博閱讀詞籍,幷將主意力集中干南宋詞的變化上, 對慢詞體表現技法的巧妙給子了高度的評价,糾正了只重視五代北宋詞的云間詞派的狹益觀点, 將姜?推崇爲成就最高的作家, 從而明確了與主張學習辛棄疾的陳維崧 · 學習李煜的納蘭性德等的詞學路線的區別, 提出了浙西詞派的理論方向. 同時糾正了淸初詞壇低俗的氣韻及不和諧的音律, 爲了在詞中能구體現出雅正的情緖, 將醇雅列爲論詞的最高標准. 但是他的醇雅論只集中干詞的言語 · 音律的和諧 · 表現技法等形式方面的問題, 而忽略了對內容方面的論述, 因此他的理論幷不徹底. 其原因可歸干淸朝文字獄等森嚴的思想統治社會背景下有意識地回避現實問題的明哲保身的漢族出身知識分子自我保護的本能. 朱이尊在詞的創作上爲他人作出了傍樣, 提出了符合時宣的詞學理論, 一掃當時沈干鄙俗的詞風, 倡導了浙西詞派, 可謂爲其功; 但浙西詞派的詞風內容空洞逐漸流干空疏, 陷干두정, 這些與其理論的不徹底性又是分不開的.

        〈蕙風詞話〉'中拙大' 意味辨析

        重拙大是況周願蕙風詞話的論詞核心. 爲了明白況周願的詞論, 應先理解重拙大的意味. 一般辭典裏減不到重拙大這個詞語的名目或解釋. 按漢語大詞典拘解釋, 重的含意近於莊重穩重, 拙就是筆拙或質朴自然的意味, 大是與小相對的槪念. $lt;蕙風詞諸$gt;裏沒有對重拙大的直接說明, 可是按其評語可以探到重拙大意味的端緖. $lt;蕙風詞話$gt;裏況周顚提出重拙大就是作詞的三要. 重就是沈着, 可謂是深厚的作品內容充分地發現於作品之外表的. 拙是博統美學槪念上之巧不如拙的拙, 要求表現方面的自然和內容方面的眞率. 大是作品的氣象或意境的廣大, 這就誤寄託有密切關係. 況周願把重拙大析爲三個名辭, 而其意味領域難以分開. 從(蕙風詞話)的評語看, 況周願把重拙大看是一個統一槪念的詞語. 按筆者的分析,重拙大的意味領城包含如何的幾個特徵. 一, 作品裏充滿著作家深厚的情感而內容豊雷, 作品的可容性浿大. 二, 筆法裡自然, 作家的眞函貌具現得眞率, 因而充滿著生機. 三, 作品之外表洋濫著深遠的韻致,餘談無窯窮.

        Education involves teaching people various subjects, usually at a school or college, or being taught. Education is essential fir every human, to be able to be civilized and join the cultural society, if it is not possile for someone to be civilized and join the cultural society, he or she con't be a member of a society. If someone can't be a member of a society, he or she will neither have the cultural life nor be able to survive in this world. therefore, education is one of the basic human rights and everyone should have the opportunity to have an education. The major purpose of the study the germany the concept, subject, content, and restriction of the rights to education as freedom. The germany, this rights means the freedom to receive education from outsider's unreasonable interference. Actually the education activities are mostly accomplishedin the direct educationla interactions between the teacher and the student. so the purpose of this thesis to show the complementary reltionship between teacher's and student's educational rights. Somtimes teacher's right to teach violates and limities the student's right to learn, but sometimes both rights are in the harmonious relation in the sense of educating desirable democratic citizen, the main purpose of current Korean education. that is, the relationship between teacher and student iscontradicted to each other and harmonious at the same time.

        Bacillus sp. MS202에 의한 Dinitroaniline계 제초제인 Pendimethalin의 부분환원

        토양과 지하수에서 pendimethalin의 지속성은 환경에 해로운 영향을 미친다. 경남 마산에서 분리한 pendimethalin분해 균주는 API CHB50 kit 시험, FAME 분석, 그리고 165 rDNA 염기서열분석 결과로 Bacillus sp. MS202로 잠정적으로 동정하였다. TLC, GC, 그리고 GC-MS 분석에 의해 Bacillus sp. MS202가 pendimethalin의 -NO₂를 -NH₂로 환원시킨다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 일반적으로 알려진 호기성 미생물에 의한 pendimethalin 분해가 탈알킬화가 우선한다는 보고와 상반되는 새로운 결과이다. The persistence of pendimethalin in soil and ground water has an injurious effect on ecosystem. Pendimethalin-degrading bacterium was isolated from Masan, Gyeongnam province and temporarily identified as Bacillus sp. MS202 by the analysis of API CHB50, kit, FAME, and 16S rDNA sequence. From the analysis of pendimethalin metabolite using TLC, GC, and GC-MS, we found that the degradation of pendimethalin by Bacillus sp. MS202 did not result in the dealkylated form, but the formation of the reduced compound, 6-amino-2-nitro-N(1-ethylpropyl)-3,4-xylidine or 2-amino-6-nitro-N(1-ethylpropyl)-3,4-xylidine.
