        How to retrieve the encrypted data on the blockchain

        Searchable symmetric encryption (SSE) scheme can perform search on encrypted data directly without revealing the plain data and keywords. At present, many constructive SSE schemes were proposed. However, they cannot really resist the malicious adversary, because it (i.e., the cloud server) may delete some important data. As a result, it is very likely that the returned search results are incorrect. In order to better guarantee the integrity of outsourcing data, and ensure the correction of returned search results at the same time, in this paper, we combine SSE with blockchain (BC), and propose a SSE-on-BC framework model. We then construct two concrete schemes based on the size of the data, which can better provide privacy protection and integrity verification for data. Lastly, we present their security and performance analyses, which show that they are secure and feasible.

        Degradation Kinetics of Anthocyanins from Purple Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) as Affected by Ascorbic Acid

        Storage (4oC and 25oC, 28 days) and thermal(70oC-90oC, 6 h) stabilities of purple sweet potatoanthocyanins (PSPAs) with varying concentrations ofascorbic acid (AA) were investigated in a model soft drinkmedium. For storage stability, the model drink wassterilized at 85oC for 15 min prior to storage. Zero-orderkinetics and first-order kinetics were fitted for storagedegradation at 4oC and 25oC, respectively. However, alldata for thermal degradation fitted first-order kinetics. Thetemperature dependence on degradation was modeled afterthe Arrhenius equation. Storage degradation of PSPAs wasincreased by the presence of AA (40-360 mg/L). Retardedthermal degradation was be achieved by adding 120 mg/Lof AA, while accelerated thermal degradation resultedfrom 360 mg/L of AA. Heat treatment did not markedlychange the DPPH radical-scavenging activity of PSPAs.

        Surface Molecularly Imprinted Polymers Based on NH2-MIL-53 for Selective Extraction Ochratoxin A in Real Sample

        In this study, surface molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized with the metal-organic framework NH2-MIL-53 as carrier and naringenin as alternative template of Ochratoxin A (OTA). The amino groups on the surface of NH2-MIL- 53 reacted with the epoxy groups in glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). Subsequently, the double bonds of the GMA grafting on the surface of the material were used for polymerization to prepare the surface molecularly imprinted polymers. The obtained polymers were characterized by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, energy spectrometer, Fourier infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffraction, and laser particle size analyzer. Synthetic polymer was combined with solid phase extraction for separation and enrichment of trace OTA in grains. The spiked recoveries were found to be 78.95-106.45%, with relative standard deviations ranging from 5.16% to 6.31%. The detection limit and the quantification limit of the method were 0.04 μg·kg-1 and 0.12 μg·kg-1, respectively. Comparing the pretreatment effects of the self-made cartridge and the immunoaffinity column on the OTA in the sample, it showed that the self-made column had excellent performance and provided a new pretreatment method for the treatment of OTA in grains.
