( De Feng Zhu ),( Yu Ping Zhang ),( Jing Xiang ) 한국식품저장유통학회 ( 구 한국농산물저장유통학회 ) 2010 한국식품저장유통학회 학술대회 Vol.2010 No.-
China is the largest rice production country in the world. Chinese rice planting stands for 18.7 % of world rice planting area and contributes 28.5% of world rice production. Rice is a staple food in China. Its planting area and production stands for 27% and 38% of grain crops in China respectively. About 60% of the Chinese population lives on rice. Due to the decreasing rice area in the south, percentage of rice production in national grain production is decreasing in recent decades. Rice planting method is shifting from hand transplanting to labor saving planting methods, including seedling throwing, direct seeding and machine transplanting. Hybrid rice covers more than 55% of rice area. Average rice consumption per capita is 65.9 kg in the northeast and 120.9 in the south in the period from 2003 to 2009. In recent years, rice consumption per capita is decreasing by 3.3% in the northeast and 2.8% in the south annually. On the whole, the rice production in China will be sufficient to meet the consumption demand of the population in urban and rural areas. But there still exists a certain gap between the current production and domestic potential demand of quality rice in China, which will provide a great potential for rice trade. China imports and exports rice. Annual import rice is about 0.41 million ton and export 1.27million ton during the period from 1980 to 2009. Rice variety of import main is good quality rice, such as aromatic rice, while that of export main is Japonica and normal indica rice.

In order to elucidate the role of Cyp19a in sex differentiation of Schizothorax kozlovi, the full length cDNA of Cyp19a was cloned from the mature ovary of S. kozlovi by using rapid amplification of cDNA ends method, and then its relative mRNA expression levels among tissues and temperature groups were determined by using quantitative real-time PCR. The complete Cyp19a cDNA of 1795 bp of S. kozlovi was obtained, which encoded 517 amino acids and belonged to gonadal aromatase. Its deduced amino acid sequence had the above 70 % identity compared with gonadal aromatase genes of teleost fishes, but only 62–67 % when compared with brain aromatase genes of fishes. It was expressed only in heart and gonad, but no expression in other tissues, presenting relatively high tissue specificity. It also exhibited sex-specific expression pattern in gonads, but no sex differences in heart. Comparing with the Cyp19a expression levels at 12 days post hatching (dph), significant temperature effects were revealed in low temperature group (10 C) at 18 dph, and in high temperature group (26 C) at 40 dph. It suggested that gonadal aromatase Cyp19a gene may play important roles on the feminization or masculinization of S. kozlovi affected by temperature during the early developmental stage.

The cellular apoptosis susceptibility (CSE1L) gene has been demonstrated to regulate multiple cellular mechanisms including the mitotic spindle check point as well as proliferation and apoptosis. However, the importance of CSE1L in human colon cancer is largely unknown. In the present study, we examined expression levels of CSE1L mRNA by semiquantitative RT-PCR. A lentivirus-mediated small interfering RNA (siRNA) was used to knock down CSE1L expression in the human colon cancer cell line RKO. Changes in CSE1L target gene expression were determined by RT-PCR. Cell proliferation was examined by a high content screening assay. In vitro tumorigenesis was measured by colony-formation assay. Cell cycle distribution and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometric analysis. We found CSE1L mRNA to be expressed in human colon cancer cells. Using a lentivirus based RNAi approach, CSE1L expression was significantly inhibited in RKO cells, causing cell cycle arrest in the G2/M and S phases and a delay in cell proliferation, as well as induction of apoptosis and an inhibition of colony growth capacity. Collectively, the results suggest that silencing of CSE1L may be a potential therapeutic approach for colon cancer.
Saroclazines A–C, thio-diketopiperazines from mangrove-derived fungi Sarocladium kiliense HDN11-84
Feng Li,Wenqiang Guo,Li Wu,Tian-jiao Zhu,Qian Qun Gu,De-Hai Li,Qian Che 대한약학회 2018 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.41 No.1
Three new diketopiperazine derivatives (DKPs), saroclazines A–C (1–3) along with three known DKPs (4– 6) were isolated from mangrove-derived fungi Sarocladium kiliense HDN11-84. Saroclazines A–B (1 and 2) possessed a free amide structure, which was first found in sulfurcontaining aromatic DKPs. Their structures were elucidated by NMR, HRESIMS and X-ray. The cytotoxic activity of new compounds (1–3) was tested against HeLa cell lines, among which compound 2 showed an IC50 value of 4.2 lM.
An improved horizontally reversible plow design based on virtual assembly semantics and constraint

There exit model errors in the constructed Horizontally reversible plough (HRP) structure through Interference check technique (ICT). This is basically due to missing parts and geometric interference and, hence, has significantly adverse effects in improving HRP. In thispaper an improved design to refine the three dimensional (3D) model of HRP is implemented by using Virtual assembly technology(VAT). To achieve this, the authors propose a combined virtual assembly semantics and constraint for assembly planning and simulationof HRP in the commercial software, e.g., SolidWorks. First, the assembly planning of HRP was captured with a semantics-based model, including spatial position, assembly orientation, type and parameters of the semantic entities; secondly, the assembly simulation of HRPwas performed by using constraint-based VAT, e.g. component grasping, moving and releasing; finally, the obtained HRP model wasverified through ICT again. The results demonstrate that not any model error exists in the refined 3D HRP model any longer and thatsemantics and constrain based VAT can support the interactive operation more effectively and accurately than those with geometric constraints. This technique was previously used for HRP model. Based on the refined 3D HRP model, the design improvement of Remotecylinder base (RCB), an important component of HRP, will be forthcoming in a future paper.

Objective: To assess induction effects of Chlamydia pneumoniae (Cpn) on lung cancer in rats. Methods: A lung cancer animal model was developed through repeated intratracheal injection of Cpn (TW-183) into the lungs of rats, with or without exposure to benzo(a)pyrene (Bp). Cpn antibodies (Cpn-IgA, -IgG, and -IgM) in serum were measured by microimmunofluorescence. Cpn-DNA or Cpn-Ag of rat lung cancer was detected through polymerase chain reaction or enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The prevalence of Cpn infection was 72.9% (35/48) in the Cpn group and 76.7% (33/43) in the Cpn plus benzo(a)pyrene (Bp) group, with incidences of lung carcinomas in the two groups of 14.6% (7/48) and 44.2% (19/43), respectively (P-values 0.001 and <0.000 compared with normal controls). Conclusions: A rat model of lung carcinoma induced by Cpn infection was successfully established in the laboratory for future studies on the treatment, prevention, and mechanisms of the disease.

This paper studies the secure consensus control problem of multi-agent systems under DoS attacks onthe sensor, the actuator, and the communication topology. A resilient intermediate estimator based attack tolerantcontrol strategy is proposed. By fully exploiting the hardware redundancies, both of the estimators and the controlprotocols can be reconstructed online according to different DoS attack scenarios. Finally, the experiment results ofthe networked multi-axis motion control system are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

( Hai Yang Feng ),( Yu Ping Zhu ),( De Chuan Li ) 한국응용약물학회 2014 Biomolecules & Therapeutics(구 응용약물학회지) Vol.22 No.1
Irinotecan suppository was prepared using the moulding method with a homogeneous blend. A sensitive and specific fluorescence method was developed and validated for the determination of irinotecan in plasma using HPLC. The pharmacokinetics of intravenous administered and rectal administered in rabbits was investigated. Following a single intravenous dose of irinotecan (50 mg/kg), the plasma irinotecan concentration demonstrated a bi-exponential decay, with a rapid decline over 15 min. Cmax, t1/2, AUC0-30h and AUC0-∞ were 16.1 ± 2.7 g/ml, 7.6 ± 1.2 h, 71.3 ± 8.8 μg·h/μl and 82.3 ± 9.5 μg·h/ml, respectively. Following rectal administration of 100 mg/kg irinotecan, the plasma irinotecan concentration reached a peak of 5.3 ± 2.5 μg/ml at 4 h. The AUC0-30h and AUC0-∞ were 32.2 ± 6.2 μg·h/ml and 41.6 ± 7.2 μg·h/ml, respectively. It representing ~50.6% of the absolute bioavailability.
