본 논문은 한·중·일 고전 문학 속에 등장하는 음식을 만드는 여성들의 모습을 살펴보고자 하였다. 여성이 음식을 만드는 행위는 사랑과 정성의 실천이자, 누군가를 치유하는 수단이 되기도 하였다. 그리고 이러한 여성들의 음식 만드는 행위는 신을 감동하게 하여 복을 받거나 기적을 이루는 통로가 되기도 하였다. 한편 여성이 어떤 음식을 만들고 먹는가에 따라 자신의 전통적 신분과 사회적 지위가 드러나기도 하였으며, 일부 낭만과 운치를 아는 여성들은 음식을 만드는 행위를 자연과 조화를 이루는 예술, 새로운 창조의 경지로까지 승화시키기도 하였다. 마지막으로 봉건적 가부장 사회에서 여성이 음식을 만드는 행위는 단순히 음식을 만든다는 것을 넘어 현모양처의 기준이었고, 여성의 정체성을 보여주는 척도가 되거나, 여성존재의 이유가 되기도 하였다. 이처럼 한·중·일 고전문학 작품 속에서 여성들이 만든 음식은 사랑하는 가족을 먹여 살리고, 공동체와 사회를 키워냈으며, 자신을 치유하기도 하며, 죽은 이에게는 최고의 봉양이며, 신에게 헌신으로 바치는 고귀한 제물이었다. 인간은 누구나 이 세상에 태어나서 엄마의 가슴에 안겨 먹는 젖으로부터, 사후 귀신이 되어 먹는 제사음식에 이르는 기나긴 인생의 여정을 어머니, 아내, 그리고 딸과 며느리가 만든 음식을 먹으며, 그녀들의 손을 잡고 함께 걸어갔던 것이었다. This paper attempted to examine the appearance of women making food in classical literature of Korea, China, and Japan. The act of women making food was both an expression of love and sincerity, and a means of healing someone. In addition, these women‘s actions of making food touched God in the world of religion to be blessed or to achieve miracles. On the other hand, depending on what kind of food women make and eat, their traditional status and social status were revealed, and the act of making food by women who know romance and charm is an art in harmony with nature, and has been sublimated to the point of new creation. Lastly, in a feudal patriarchal society, the act of women making food went beyond simply making food, and it was a criterion for a wise mother or wise wife, a measure of women’s identity, or a reason for their existence. Food made by women in the works of classical literature between Korea, China, and Japan fed their loved families, raised communities and society, healed themselves, and was the best reward for the dead, and a noble sacrifice to God as a dedication. All human beings have walked together holding the hands of women on the long journey of life, from milk in their mothers‘ hearts to food for ancestral rites that they eat as ghosts after death.

There are approximately 1,000 patients who undergo mastectomies each year in Korea. However, there is no company who manufactures mastectomy brassieres and breast prosthesis in Korea. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the wearing conditions of the imported mastectomy brassieres with breast prosthesis and to develop the better-fitted and comfortable mastectomy brassieres in reasonable price. 254 patients participated in this survey. In the results of our survey, 117 out of the 254 patients were wearing mastectomy brassieres and breast prostheses, which have been imported mostly from USA. The degree of satisfaction at wearing mastectomy brassieres was low. The patients generally feel hot when wearing mastectomy brassieres, specially in summer and also pointed out the heavy weight of breast prosthesis and the discomfort in wearing mastectomy brassiere for a long period of time.

항공사의 ESG경영과 소비자 반응의 구조적 관계에 대한 연구

Airlines companise have continued to contribute to society by taking advantage of each airline’s strengths, such as eco-friendly, co-existence, talent development. In addition, the airline industry’s interest in ESG management and investment is increasing than ever as the European Union (EU) stipulates that all aviation oil used will be mixed with Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) from 2025. In particular, ESG(environmental, social, and governance) elements are increasing interest not only in individual companies but also at the national level. As such, ESG management is generally an important concern for various companies at a strategic level for corporate sustainability. Accordingly, This study attempted to investigate the impact of airlines’ ESG management activities on consumer attitudes, service evaluation, and corporate support and trust. ESG management activities were classified by each activity field, and the effects and relative effects of these efforts on customer attitudes were considered among various stakeholders. Through this study, we presented a measurement scale that can measure an airline’s ESG activities in a balanced manner across all environmental, social, and governance activities from the consumer’s perspective. In addition, the ESG management scale has practical significance in that airlines can comprehensively measure consumers’ perceptions and reactions to ESG activities and re-strategize them.

Thyroid cell culture is very important for thyroid research. Currently wide varieties of animal thyroid and human thyroid are using for thyroid cell culture. We cultured the porcine thyroid cells and studied the thyroglobulin synthesis and secretion. And also we studied the hormonal effect of the thyroglobulin synthesis and secretion from the mono-layer cultured porcine thyroid cells. Primary thyroid follicular epithelial cells isolated from fresh porcine thyroid tissue by sequential trypsinization in the pressence of EGTA were washed twice in DMEM containing 10% newborn calf serum (NCS) at the end of the digestion to quench residual trypsin. Cells were than seeded at high density (1×106 cells/cm2) in DMEM containing 1% NCS onto 24-well plates which were precoated with matrigel. Next day, medias were changed for serum-free DMEM with different hormone conditions. The growth of thyroid cells and the thyroglobulin formation from the cultured thyroid cells were excellent. And the synthesis of the thyroiglobuln and cell proliferation were regulated by the hormone conditions in the media. In conclusion, cultured porcine thyroid cells were very useful in thyroid and thyroglobulin research, and hormone conditions in medial were considered as important regulating factor of thyroid cell growth-and thyroglobulin-associated research (J Kor Soc Endocrinol 8:303~309, 1993)
