Changes of protein contents and amino acid composition and SDS-PAGE pattern of protein of mung bean which were germinated in dark at 25℃ for 6 day. The total protein contents gradually decreased during germination and the contents of each fractionative soluble proteins were increased shortly after the soaking of mung bean and gradually decreased during the germination afterwards. SDS-PAGE of albumin fraction showed 18 bands, and during the germination the most of bands were diminished or disappeared. But protein bands at 24,000, 40,000, 45,000, 70,000 dalton position remained until 6th day of germination. SDS-PAGE of globulin fraction showed 6 discrete bands, and during the germination the protein band at 45,000 dalton position disappeard. But the protein bands at 14,000∼25,000 dalton position did not change during the period. SDS-PAGE of globulin fraction showed 10 discrete hands, and during the germination the bands of 45,000∼70,000 dalton become diminished or disappeared. But the bands of 30,000, 60,000 dalton did not change throughout the germination period.
우선권 부여기법을 활용한 무선 다중홉 중계 네트워크의 병목현상 및 불공정성 문제 해결

In the future warfare, the instant sharing of battlefield information will be crucial factor to win against the enemy. The joint awareness between battle units about the states of friendly forces, enemies, and battlefield environments enables commanders and combatants to make a decision effectively and efficiently within a limited time. To secure continual communications in battlefield environments, the implementation of multihop relay networks must be considered to be applied to C4I system. In multihop relay networks, the most commonly adopted MAC protocol is IEEE 802.11 standard due to its autonomous and distributed manner. However, this standard doesn't work well in multihop relay networks, since there exist bottleneck and unfairness problem caused by the characteristics of IEEE 802.11 allowing nodes to have same opportunities of channel usages stochastically. In this paper, we analyze these two problems and suggest two priority schemes based on CWmin and TXOP respectively to resolve the problems. The simulation results of NS-2 will be given to validate our proposed schemes and discuss the comparison of two priority scheme. 전쟁을 효과적으로 수행하는 데에 있어서 핵심적인 요소는 필요한 전장정보를 실시간으로 인접부대와 부대원들과 실시간으로 공유하고, 가장 효과적이고 효율적인 결심을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 C4I 체계라고 할 수 있다. 한국군은 새로운 형태의 미래전쟁을 준비하기 위하여 차기 전술통신체계인 TICN을 개발하고 있다. TICN 체계에서 대대급 전투부대의 C4I 체계의 보강을 위해 TICN 체계에는 TMMR이라는 다대역 다기능 무전기를 개발 및 전력화 할 계획이다. TMMR은 산악지형에서 통신 생존성을 극대화하기 위하여 Ad-Hoc 네트워크를 지원함으로써 인접 부대 또는 부대원과의 다중홉 중계 네트워크를 구성할 수 있다. TMMR은 매체 접근 제어(Media Access Control, MAC) 방식으로 IEEE 802.11 표준을 사용하는데, 하지만 이 프로토콜은 다중홉 중계 네트워크에서 트래픽의 양이 증가할 경우 병목현상 및 불공정성 문제를 불러일으킨다. 이는 전투 국면과 같은 데이터의 양이 급격하게 증가하는 상황일 경우 지휘관 또는 지휘자의 중요한 명령이 제대로 전달되지 못하여 전투에 치명적인 피해를 초래할 수 있으며, 또한 통신에 필요한 제어정보, 예를 들어 라우팅 정보 등이 제대로 전달되지 못하여 통신 효율성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다중홉 중계 네트워크에서 발생할 수 있는 병목현상 및 불공정성 문제를 해결하기 위한 CWmin과 TXOP에 기반한 우선권 기법들을 제안하고, 이 우선권 부여 기법들이 갖는 특징을 면밀하게 분석하고자 한다. 또한 이 우선권 기법들을 이용하여 병목현상 및 불공정성을 해결할 수 있음과 우선권에 적용에 따른 특징을 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 증명 및 분석하고자 한다.
지방간의 병리학적 소견과 초음파검사의 연관성에 관한 연구

BACKGROUND Fatty liver is a common disease characterized by diffuse accumulation of neutral fat(triglycerides) more than 5 percent in liver. Ultrasonography has used to be a diagnostic tool for fatty liver, because of cost-effective and non-invasive study. But the sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography for diagnosis of fatty liver are variable. Thus, we conducted a retrospective study to investigate correlation between histology and sonographic findings of fatty change in liver. METHODS We collected data from 47 patients who were diagnosed as fatty liver by liver biopsy and ultrasonography from January, 1994 to December, 1997. We compared a sonographic finding with the histologic grade of fatty liver and analysed the data retrospectively by SAS program. RESULTS Major cause of fatty liver is alcohol. The mean consumption of alcohol during 1 day is 64.1 gram, and the mean duration of alcohol drinking is 16.5 years. Degree of fatty infiltration in ultrasonography was significantly correlated with degree of fatty accumulation of liver(p=0.001). But, though it was diagnosed as normal by ultrasonography, 19.1% of total patients was fatty liver by needle biopsy. CONCLUSION We think that liver biopsy is needed for further management and follow-up, if liver function test is abnormal, though the finding of ultrasonography is normal.

Pilomatricoma was histopathologically diagnosed in a 2.5-year-old male Alaskan malamute. The patient was referred to Chungnam National University, Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital with solitary, firm and well-circumscribed mass at shoulder. Grossly, the mass was dome shaped to tumor like and 10 x 8 x 5㎝ in size. Some lesions had gritty or bony consistency and was chalky when sectioned Histopathologic feature included mumerous clusters of tightly arranged, basaloid cells with evenly distributed chromatin and ghost cells were characterized by a central unstained zone. The ghost cells often become calcified and osseous metaplasia was also present.

This thesis researches folk plays in the Late Chosun. The folk play of the Late Chosun classified group play and individual play. There are Singing and dancing (歌舞) and competition (競技) in group play. Gang-Gang-Su-Wall-Lae (강강수월래) is the most famous singing and dancing play. It origined an ancient society, but it is more popular after the battle with Japan in 1592 (壬辰倭亂). Because The General Lee Soon Sin used camouflaged froops with it. There are rock fight (石戰) and handcraft fight (車戰) in competition play. The rock fight had begun in ancient times and its playing method was very dangerous. So the deads and the victims occurred in this playing. It is used to conquest the Japanese pirate raiders. The handcraft fight was derived from the war between the Late Backjae (後百濟) and Koreu (高麗). So this is the most popular in An-Dong (安東) area. Making handcraft with holymind and sincerity in open place. When one group took down the others handcraft, they won the game. We divided into man, woman and Childs play in individual game. Fist of all there is a wrestling (씨름) in mans game. In Korean wrestling, there are the left-side wrestling (왼씨름), the right-side wrestling (오른씨름), and the waist band wrestling. (띠씨름) The first played all around the nation, and the second did Kyung Ki-Do (경기도) or Chun La-Buk Do (전라북도) and the last performed Chung Cheang-Do. (충청도) The See saw board game is the most famous play in womans. it plays from the January to the February the Lunar Calender. A ladies appearance from the Seesaw board game is so beautiful. Childrens game divided into boys and girls. Boys play hobbyhores (竹馬). Girls play grass-dolls (풀각시인형). They used the natures mouterial because they had to toys.
